Enter the Open Concept Living/Dining/Kitchen Area. You will First Notice all the Natural Light Flooding in from the Many Large Windows. All the Rooms have Large Light-Bearing Windows. In the Living Area is Plenty of Comfortable Seating for Conversation & Entertainment. Play one of the Provided Family-Friendly Games, Assemble a Puzzle or Pick an Enticing Beach Read. Stream your Favorite Shows or Movies on the Smart TV.

With All its Amenities, this is a Chef’s Kitchen. The Large Kitchen Island has a Breakfast Bar which seats 3. The Island is not only Extra Prep Space but also Perfect for setting up a Buffet for Family Meals. Put the Large Pot on the Gas Stovetop & Use the Pot Filler to Begin Preparation for a Low Country Boil. The Double Oven allows for Cooking Separate Dishes at Different Temperatures. The Many Small Appliances include: K-Cup & Drip Coffee Makers, Tea Pot, Blender, Toaster, Hand Mixer, Air Fryer & Deep Fryer for Our Area’s Favorite, Calabash Style Seafood. The Large Refrigerator is a French Door with a Drawer for Beverages & a Bottom Freezer. The Dining Area is Conveniently Located Next to the Kitchen for Easy Service & Cleanup.

This Cottage Sleeps 11 in 4 Bedrooms. On the Upper-Level: Bedroom #1 - Primary with a Southern Tide Vibe, King, Vanity Dressing Table with Mirror & Upholstered Stool, Smart TV, Dresser & Large Walk-in Closet, Barn Door into the EnSuite with a Double Sink Vanity so 2 can get ready more quickly, Large Glass Walk-In Shower & Soaking Jet Tub, Hair Dryer, Private French Door Entrance to the Upper-Level Screened Porch & Sundeck. (Additional Entrance in the Hallway.) Bedroom #2: Coastal Inspired Queen with Dresser & Closet for Unpacking, Smart TV. The Desk in this room has an Ink Jet Printer & is perfect for Mobile Work/School. Bedroom #3: Nautical Design Double over Double Bunkbed (with Stairs which are Safer than a Ladder) & a Twin, Dresser & Closet, Smart TV. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share the Hall Bath with a Tub/Shower Combination. Here you will also find a Soft Cushion Potty Ring for Toddlers Transitioning to a Full-Sized Toilet. The Laundry Room has a Full-Sized Washer/Dryer, Utility Sink & an Iron/Ironing Board. At the end of the Hallway is the Doorway that leads to the Back Screened Porch & Sundeck.

For a little More Privacy 2 Guests can stay in the Lower-Level Studio. For Bedroom #4, Enter through the French Doors from the Outside or Descend the Staircase from the Hallway in the Upper Level. You will find a Kitchenette with a Full-Sized Refrigerator, a Toaster Oven, Drip Coffee Maker & Sink. There are 2 Smart TVs, each with different Streaming Options. When you first enter, you may wonder where the bed is. There is a Platform Full-Sized Murphy Bed which is a Smart Space-Saver that takes you from Day to Night in an Instant. The Folding Mechanism is Designed for Ease of Use when Lowering and Lifting the Bed. The EnSuite has a Step-In Shower. Enjoy a Good Beach Read in the Comfortable Chair. At the Base of the Stairs is a Rod Rack to Hold your Fishing Rods.

Take the Golf Cart to the Beach & to Explore the area. Under the Cottage is Covered Parking for Easy Loading & Unloading. Behind the Parking area is a Table to Enjoy Alfresco Dining. Keep the Grill-Master Company while they give Extra Flavor to your Meal as it Sizzles on the Propane Grill. In the Back is an Outdoor Shower, with Changing Room, to Rinse Off the Salt & Sand. Relax on the Love Seat Glider as you await your turn. There is a Clothesline Downstairs to Fresh Air Dry your Beach Towels. After you Rinse Off, get in the Warm Bubbly Water of the Hot Tub. Ahhhh, Fun in the Sand & Sun & then Relax in the Soothing Hydrotherapy Spa. Bring your Favorite Yard Games to Play in the Enclosed Backyard.

**Must be 21 years or older to operate the golf cart. Prior to receiving the keys, 2 people must provide their license and signature after reading the rules & laws for OKI. We will also do a walk through of the golf cart to ensure you understand how to properly operate the vehicle. This is required to get the keys.**
