13. Please empty the trash and recycling bins inside the home into their respective larger outdoor bins.
14. No illegal substances allowed on the premises (including any legalized synthetics mimicking illegal drugs)

16. No running around pool area and no diving into the pool. Please do not take glassware into the pool area.
17.*Please note there are external cameras on this property, front and back. These are only used when vacant and for emergencies.
18. Guests must be 25 years or older to rent the property. Failure to follow this rule will result in tenant(s) removal from the property and forfeiture of rent money.
19. Tenant is responsible for all golf cart damages, repairs, and any traffic or parking citations incurred during the rental period.
