This Dog friendly island home on the desirable 3rd row has everything you are looking for at the beach. Great views, large outdoor decks to enjoy the great weather, a short walk to the beach with excellent beach access and very comfortable living and sleeping areas! The large open living area and kitchen is ideal for catching up with family and friends. The comfortable bedrooms are equipped with a King, Queen and 2 twin bunk beds. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to make your favorite meals and the gas grill comes with a full propane tank waiting to be used. You don't have to wonder about the little things....just enjoy and make memories on your time well spent. There is an outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the fun day at the beach and then plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy your favorite beverage with family and friends reflecting on the day together.

*On January 10th, 2023 the Oak Island Town Council voted to approve paid parking on the island. The paid parking will be in effect from April 1 through September 30th and the hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The cost is $5 per hour, $20 per day and $80 per week.*

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house… we had plenty of room to relax and play. The house was also friendly in regards to my parents who accompanied us, this was an important factor for us and this house met all of our needs while allowing us to have a relaxing get away.
