Imagine sipping your morning coffee from a high-top seat on the covered deck, watching waves roll in and the beach come to life — all from your private balcony.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers a comfy coastal escape for families, couples, or friends traveling together. The primary bedroom has a king bed and private bath, while the second and third bedrooms feature a queen, and a queen with twin — perfect for flexibility and comfort.

Relax on the cozy sofa in the living room, enjoy movie nights on the big-screen TV, and stay cool with central air and ceiling fans throughout. High-speed WiFi and an in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience.

Spend the day at the beach with the 6 beach chairs and an umbrella. When it’s time to rinse off the sand, head to the outdoor shower located by the stairs — perfect for beach feet or sandy puppy paws.

The covered deck is ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun, complete with 4 bar-height chairs, 2 rocking chairs, and a direct view of the ocean. . You’re steps from the sand and minutes from great restaurants on Oak Island and in Southport.

Whether you're eating out, picking up takeout, or exploring the island, you’ll find everything you need close by — including a guest book curated by your host with dining suggestions, parking info, and fun local activities. Kids (and kids-at-heart) will love the Middleton Park Splash Pad, skate park, and outdoor concerts. Plan a kayaking excursion or hop on the Southport Fun Tour Bus for even more memories.

Please note: Linens are included with your reservations and your beds will be made prior to your arrival. Also a Welcome Bag will be waiting for you upon your arrival with starter supplies which includes 2 trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher powder, washing machine powder, dish sponge, small shampoo and conditioner with bar of soap, make up remover, and 2 bottles of water.

Must be 25+ years old to rent. Failure to follow this will result in removal and forfeiture of rent.

House Rules for Pets: Limit of 2 dogs w/ total weight of 80 lbs. Non-refundable $200 pet deposit applies. Dogs must be up to date on ALL shots/ vaccines, and on a flea & tick regiment. Strict NO-cat policy and no pets on any furniture or beds. Pets must be disclosed at time of booking. Home does not include a crate -- please bring one, if needed. This can provide comfort to your pet while you are out enjoying the beach or town, as well as protect the home from any possible damage.

Parking at the condo is always FREE, and you’re just steps from the beach — no need to pay for beach access parking!

FYI: As of January 10, 2023, Oak Island has implemented paid parking at beach access points from April 1 to September 30, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Rates: $5/hour, $20/day, $80/week.

4. Unit is not child proof, please beware of objects in the home with your child.

7. Please respect the noise curfew for Oak Island which is 11pm. 
8. Please do not turn AC temperature lower than 68 degrees.
9. Please respect check-in and check-out times. 
10. Please take care of the furnishings and appliances in the property. You will be responsible to pay for damages that may happen during your stay.
11. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
12. Please make sure all dishes are clean and properly put away before checking out. (Dish washer pods can be found in your welcome bag)
13. Please empty the trash and recycling bins inside the home into their respective larger outdoor bins.
14. No illegal substances allowed on the premises (including any legalized synthetics mimicking illegal drugs)
