Enjoy your morning coffee on your patio overlooking the massive fenced back yard. (Keurig and regular coffee maker). When you are ready for some white sand and surf, the beach is a 10 minute drive (free access and parking).

You’ll love all that Navarre Beach has to offer: it boasts the longest pier in NW Florida. You can walk on the pier to view a wide variety of aquatic life. More frequent are sightings of dolphin pods, rays and sea turtles. Since Navarre Beach sits on a barrier island, you’re surrounded by water to take kayaks or paddle boards out for a day of fun. You’ll find calm waters to help beginners learn the finer points of navigating the water.There are multiple fishing charters to choose from. Visiting golfers will want to bring their clubs and challenge the 18 holes at the Club at Hidden Creek, just a few miles away. Take the whole family to the charming Gulf Breeze Zoo with over 800 animals, giraffe feedings, and a fun train ride. Drive to Juana’s or Windjammers for food and drink and engage in some beach volleyball! And be sure to treat yourself to some tropical shave ice!

Ready for fine dining and nightlife? There are many options in Navarre (check out the electronic guest book for recommendations). If you want to expand your horizons, Fort Walton Beach and Pensacola are both about 30 minutes away, with many amazing dining and entertainment options.

With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of space for up to 8 people. This ranch-style home features 3 bedrooms on one side of the house and 1 full bathroom close by. The master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom is split from the other 3 bedrooms. This thoughtful layout allows for adult privacy yet the children are close enough.

WINTER GUESTS: If you are interested in staying for 28 days or longer, please message for special monthly rates. Please include your desired start and end date in the message.

House Rules

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. No smoking/no pets. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind.

This property sleeps 8 people!!! If we determine you have more than 8 people, we will charge a fee of $100 per additional person over 8, per night.

Parking: The driveway has room for 3 cars (3 car limit). Garage is not available.

STRICT: This property does not allow pets. $500 penalty if we find a pet on the premises.

NOTE: This property does NOT have a grill. Please do not bring a grill as grilling is not allowed. $200 fine for grilling. Please see the photos for the grilling pavilions on Navarre Beach. These are free to use and 10 minutes away by car.

Our properties come with freshly laundered linens and towels, and a starter supply with dish soap (and dishwasher soap too), laundry soap and facial tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hair dryer, along with a welcome amenity kit of bathroom supplies.

IMPORTANT: There must be at least one person in the unit that is 25 years of age or older on the check-in date.  You must be 25 years of age or older to book this property.  If there is no person on the reservation and participating in the stay that is 25 years of age or older, we reserve the right to evict all tenants with no refund.

General Rules:

Violation of these rules may result in eviction without refund or additional fees.

This property is located in a residential neighborhood that has all-year residents.  Please treat this home as if it were your own.

PARKING--- There is room in the driveway for 3 cars.  Please do NOT park in the garage or the grass (you might break a sprinkler). Any other cars can park on street.

1) No parties!!  If you want to have a party, we can help you find an appropriate venue (just give us a call).  Of course,guests are welcome. 
2) Trash is picked up on Monday only.  There are two trash cans in front of the garage for your trash.  You may set out the trash Sunday evening  after 6:00PM as needed at the end of the driveway. Please bring the can back up to the garage after pickup.  The property manager reserves the right to enter the garage to set out the trash (and we will do so at your request; just call, text or e-mail).  We know you like a clean unit!
4) Out of respect for the neighbors, please keep noise to normal family activities.
5) No pets are permitted in this unit.  We love pets, but some people are highly allergic.  If pets are found to have stayed in the unit or are reported in the unit, you will be required to pay a $500 cleaning fee, pay for any damage caused by the pet and may be evicted without refund.
6) Any intentional damage to the common areas will be paid by the guest.
7) This home is no-smoking.  Smoking means anything inhaled.  Smoking inside the home will result in an additional $300 cleaning fee.  We respect your right to smoke, so please smoke outside on the patio with the doors and windows closed.  Please be respectful of the neighbors.  Please use ashtray provided and clean after use.  No cigarette butts on lawn!
9) Please do NOT fly drones on the property.  Flying drones is prohibited.
10) Beach supplies are not provided.
11) Beach towels are not provided.
12) Games or anything left out are for your enjoyment, please put back when finished using
13) Please be advised that this house has external security cameras monitoring the front yard and the beack yard.  This is due to periods of vacancy to protect the home; and to help protect our tenants as well.
14) No grilling!!!  Please do NOT bring a grill.  This is the owner's wishes and must be honored.  A $200 fee will be charged if we find a grill or have evidencve of grilling.
15) This property has external security cameras that have a view of the front entry door, driveway, and back yard.  Signs and notice are posted as required by Florida law and by signing the tenant agreement you acknowledge the existence of the security cameras and agree not to tamper with them.
16) This property sleeps 6 people (all ages counted)!!!  If we determine you have more than 6 people, we will charge a fee of $100 per person, per night.  !!!!!DON"T BRING MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE!!!!!!
