The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units and wired access for your computer is also available. In the lobby, you will find 2 computers and printer w/internet access,, racquetball, pickleball, tennis, small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub/spa( Currently out of service), and 6 BBQ gas grills throughout the property. The picturesque grounds include walking bridges, ponds, and fountains that create a truly tropical oasis setting
There is an on site restaurant (Hogfish Harry’s).

"A" HAS INCREDIBLE LANAI VIEWS! IT'S ALSO CONVENIENTLY LOCATED IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE LOBBY AND SWIMMING POOL. THIS IS A FIRST FLOOR UNIT WITH NO STEPS AND NO NEED FOR ELEVATOR! PARKING IS ACCESSIBLE RIGHT OUTSIDE FRONT DOOR OF UNIT. THIS UNIT IS ALSO EQUIPPED WITH STACKABLE WASHER AND DRYER.

We’re a bit perplexed by your 2 star review, particularly when nothing you’ve mentioned (short of your complaint about filthy closets) should have been a surprise to you. Your reference to the unit being tiny, tiny, tiny…..that’s fairly typical of a one bedroom unit; not sure what you were expecting. Speaking of property size, we do apologize if the closets were not up to your standard; as there’s limited space in which to accommodate the extra items we like to supply for our guests. However, that doesn't warrant describing closets as "filthy". You also mentioned the unit was dated and specifically complained about the kitchen being dated. Since the online pics are exactly as you found the unit, I find it hard to grasp how you could have been surprised or disappointed in any way. There has been absolutely no misrepresentation on our part. As for your suggestion that “it’s probably acceptable at half the price….& that you can get much better at half the price”, I encourage you to shop your options in the future and let us know what you find in Naples offering an entire apartment and amenities for the nightly rate you paid. The tone of your communication prior to arrival was quite clear that your extreme concern for not being able to secure a keyless entry code versus going to the lobby to check in was an issue with you. There were multiple emails expressing concern for “safety/health” issues (check in procedure) that seemed to “set the negative tone” prior to your arrival. Since there were no complaints made during your stay, we assume your discontent over those matters influenced your review. Fortunately, we have several 5 star reviews from guests with clearly different perspectives regarding their accommodations and experiences in this unit. Respectfully, Itrip Management
