Welcome to one of Lely Resort's premiere condominium communities - "Coral Falls"!

Coral Falls is conveniently located in South Naples, between downtown Naples and Marco Island. This well manicured community is tucked away in a private and tranquil setting, which is easily accessible from 951/Collier Blvd. or 41/Tamiami Trail.

The condo has changed ownership (summer 2026) and undergone an entire transformation with new vinyl plank flooring, new furniture & decor throughout.

This 2 BR/2BA, 3rd floor condo (bldg. w/elevator) is tastefully decorated and well stocked with everything needed for a fantastic vacation experience. The unit boasts incredible views from its private screened lanai. Spend endless hours relaxing in the cozy conversational seating space overlooking the pristine community swimming pool, hot tub/spa, and BBQ picnic area below. There's also a poolside screened community dining area available for guest use. Guests will also find a community bike rack located behind the mailbox stand.

Our Naples Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at our Coral Falls condo. We were happy to have met Tammy as we were arriving. It was unexpected but very much appreciated as we had arrived earlier than expected. She took the opportunity to show us around the condo and make sure everything was perfect for us. We had stayed in a different unit in Coral Falls in two prior years and were looking forward to our stay this year. It did not disappoint! The condo was very clean and in very good repair. Everything was great and, overall, exceeded our expectations! We would rent this condo from them again!

This was our second stay at Coral Falls. Condo was great. Location in Naples allowed us to get everywhere we wanted to go. Pool area and pool was well kept. Although our experience around the pool this year was a little more hectic with children running around, jumping in the pool (cannon ball!), throwing balls and catching while jumping in the pool. Still a good time around the pool, but not nearly as peaceful as last year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this location. It was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and provided us with ample space. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. Master bed was very comfortable, and the towels were plush. The lanai overlooking over the pool was good place to relax after a full day. There were plenty of good walking paths around and a Publix nearby. I would highly recommend this unit.

This condominium at Coral Falls was terrific. Spotlessly clean; well organized and equipped. The complex itself is very nice. There’s a lovely pool area as well as shaded areas for barbecues or relaxing. The folks we met there were very friendly. Coral Falls is centrally located between Downtown Naples and Marco Island so it’s easy to access either. Though traffic in both these popular sites can be heavy at times we found it pretty easy to get around. I’d like to give a shoutout to the agent for this property. She was fantastic. Looking forward to working with her again.

Pros: Beautiful condo - comfortable, great view, great location, great amenities plus a few extras like a cooler, beach chairs and umbrella, etc. Really enjoyed the details like candles for our use, coffee creamer, etc. Cons: Extra toilet paper not provided, and we didn't realize this until we ran out. Condo is a bit dated and could use some updating - and some of the nice extra amenities provided could use replacing as well. These aren't deal breakers by any means - but we saw some other condos at the same price point that were a bit more luxurious. Not enough hangers. There were two of us, and only about 10 hangers provided in the unit. We were staying a week and had a lot of items to hang. Again - not a dealbreaker, but would be nice to have extra hangers. Signs were posted that elevator doesn't work if rain is present. Wasn't a huge deal to go up to the 3rd floor via the stairs every day for us - but for some that would be difficult. Suggestion: - Provide a beach cart for transporting items to the beach. It was great to have the towels, cooler, chairs and umbrella, but was really cumbersome to transport these large items to the beach without a cart. -Provide rain umbrellas. We were there during the rainy season, and didn't think to pack umbrellas. Would have been really nice to have some available for our use.

We had a great time and the condo was exactly what you see in the ad. I was very clean and quite, which made the stay very enjoyable. The unit has all the amenities need if you what to have your meals at home and plenty to chose from if you want to eat out. A bonus, since we were there for two weeks, is the washer and dryer. You can't go wrong if you need a two bedroom unit.

This condo is very welcoming, beautiful decor, and very clean. There is a lot of space! The furniture is very comfortable and the tv’s are a good size for each room. The lanai is stunning with an outdoor fan and an amazing view down to the pool. This really was a wonderful two week vacation! Can’t wait to come back and book this condo again. Highly recommend this condo for your stay!

We found this condo on VRBO and were very pleased with how well the pictures and description represented it. It is nicely furnished, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, and cooking utensils. We loved it so much, we booked another stay before we left. Also, the iTrip representatives were very responsive any time we reached out with a question. One thing we would change is the carpet in the living/bedroom areas—it could be updated and preferably with tile or a quality vinyl. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and look forward to the next time!

Coral Falls was perfect for our stay in Naples! The condo was clean, comfortable, close to shopping and restaurants, yet quiet with a beautiful view all around. Neighborhood is perfect for walks. Pool was just steps away. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-supplies with needed cooking items. Property managers kept in touch and would have helped with anything we needed. I would recommend Coral Falls to friends and family, and would return again. This was our second stay, and we were very happy to return.

We enjoyed our time at this clean and beautiful condo at Coral Falls. Everything we needed was provided (kitchen well-supplied, beach chairs, umbrella, etc.) and the owners/managers were quick to respond to any questions. Quiet surroundings, wonderful pool, friendly neighbors, close to grocery store and restaurants, yet not too busy of an area. The beds were very comfortable, and the condo was nicely furnished. This would be a first choice for us to stay again, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

MY FAMILY AND I HAD AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING STAY AT THIS CONDO. THE POOL AND OUTDOOR AREA ARE WELL KEPT AND BEAUTIFUL. IT HAS A GREAT VIEW OF THE POOL AND HOT TUB FROM THE SCREENED IN LANAI. IT IS WELL DECORATED AND HAS ALL THE AMENITIES OF HOME. IT WAS A FAR SUPERIOR EXPERIENCE TO ANY HOTEL WE HAVE STAYED AT IN THE NAPLES AREA. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE STAYING HERE AGAIN NEXT YEAR. THE PRICING OF OUR STAY COMPARED TO THE VALUE AND QUALITY IS SECOND TO NONE.
