Beautiful condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Even though it overlooked the pool there was no noise issue for us. Around 8:30 - 8:45 PM is was always very quiet. The condo itself had pretty much everything we could ask for. The only things missing were a couple of beach chairs (and maybe a cheap boogie board). The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. AC was working great, you just have to follow the instructions :-) Even though there was roofing / solar installation going on throughout our stay, we didn't have any noise complaints. Work was done during the day when most people are out on the beach or at the pool. The resort, BBQ & pool area were kept very clean. We can't wait to go back.

This is a beautiful condo and well equipped. We enjoyed eating at The Kitchen which is located on property. The grounds are well kept and very pretty. I was disappointed that the trail to the beach was closed and the only way to get there was climbing down rocks and walking around the point in the water to get to the beach. The laundry room is clean. The only real drawback was that it was difficult to keep the sliders open or use the lanai for several days because of the location right over the pool. It was too noisy and sometimes people were very loud until almost 10 pm. It’s a great place especially if you want to use the pool easily.

Very Nice Place to Stay in Maui

The unit was nicely renovated. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed was comfortable. The on-site beach rental was well stocked and very knowledgeable and friendly. Both restaurants had good food and good service. The grounds were very well maintained. I was trying to think of a complaint, but I can’t find one. The unit was close to the pool. However, there is a very high-quality sliding glass door that blocks all the occasional unwanted noise. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I’m partial to the location the coves beaches around Napili are somewhat under used.

Napili Shores-most beautiful unit!

E-243 is modern and clean! We loved out stay especially at this unit-we have been at Napili resort 4 times and by far this was the nicest, well decorated and stocked condo with all the amenities we have had the pleasure of staying at. Itrip management was a great help with questions-immediately answered and resolved no matter how small they were pleasant and quick! We will be back!

Great condo.

We are a family with two teenage daughters and stayed in E243. The description of the condo sounded small, but the decor made it feel very spacious. It was well stocked with a tea kettle, blender, toaster, rice cooker, plenty of towels and cleaning supplies that lasted the whole 10 days. There was a packet of coffee and a few spices in the cupboard. Awesome shelves of books and DVDs for days or nights when you just want to chill. Lots of drawer space so we could unpack properly. Three beach chairs were great and the wifi was reliable. The bed was comfortable, but I think my daughters found the sofa bed tough, but then again, they are teenagers and will complain about anything! Overall, the decor and quality of this condo were excellent. Would book again. As far as the resort, we arrived at a very busy time and there were NO rental cars available on the island and we could not get an Uber for love nor money. We had prebooked a Speedishuttle from the airport and we used the hourly transit bus service to get to Kaanapali. Super easy.

Great View, Quiet Location

The condo itself is well maintained and has everything needed for a great stay. The views from the balcony are outstanding. The complex itself is very quiet at night. We slept every night with the windows and sliding doors open. We never turned on the AC. There is a farmers market and grocery store close by. It is walking distance if needed. Condo will easily sleep 4 and could do a 5th on the couch downstairs. The management company used had clear directions and communications. Would highly recommend this unit.

The Perfect Spot!

This place is awesome, right on the water and easy access to the beach. Our teenage sons could walk right out front and surf, fish, snorkel, etc. It's less than a mile from a good grocery store, it pretty much has everything! The only thing I can think of to 'complain' about was that there is no jacuzzi. The complex has a pool but no spa which was kind of a bummer.

Perfect stay!!!

E-243 was a perfect stay for us...super clean with all needed amenities, great location right on Napili Bay(one of the best on all of Maui). Super close to shopping, groceries, dining, etc....we actually walked to get our groceries and the local coffee shop. The Owner and Property Management firm answered answered any questions we had promptly. Will DEFiNITELY be coming back :)

Best get-away ever!!!

This was our first vacation using iTrip and they were THE BEST! We have already recommended their services to several friends and colleagues. Leanna is so attentive, knowledgeable and helpful, even sending the Wifi password in the middle of the night (!) so we were ready to work/school upon our arrival. We spent a month in unit 106 at the Makani Sands and it exceeded our expectations. It was the best work/vacation we've ever had and was well equipped with everything we needed to live and play comfortably for the month. It's close to restaurants, groceries and lots of island activities. The beach, just step off the lanai did not disappoint with regular visits by turtles and even some dolphins and two whale sightings at the end of our stay (Nov. 30). Already looking forward to our return!!

Beautiful Mahana 215

I had the pleasure of staying at Mahana 215 for four months this year. It was the perfect space and location! Situated at the north end of Ka’anapali, I stepped out of my door and onto the beach for sunrise and sunset walks, swimming, paddling and snorkeling with an abundance of turtles, colorful fish, manta rays and gorgeous coral. The condo is very clean, well appointed and maintained and the property grounds are manicured and complete with An oceanfront pool, clean BBQs and shuffle board games. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you, iTrip for yet another beautiful and serene piece of paradise!

Had an amazing stay at this location. We arrived later in the evening and had no issues with check in. The room was spotless and the view of the balcony was incredible! We were able to see some whales pass by (stayed during February.) Would highly recommend, and we will be returning.

i love the place the person was very fast responding to our calls very close to all teh places we want i to go and alos to the take our kids to the beach i really recommend this place to stay and i will be glad to come back to stay here on teh a note teh only thing that was missing and it will help a lot is to have a refrigeratior with water dispenser that will help alot to save people money on buying water to drink at night

We enjoyed our stay in Napili. The condo is beautiful. We were only here for four nights so ate out most of the time but kitchen is pretty well stocked. Wished they had a tea pot for the mornings. Easy walk to the beach and super close to the pool. Even when the pool was busy it was never to loud from the condos lanai. The grounds are pretty and the overall vibe here is chill. It was a nice change after staying at a bigger resort at beginning of our trip. Overall we had s great stay and would recommend to anyone who enjoys Napili! I would be happy coming back.

What a perfect spot! From the moment we booked to the moment we arrived we felt taken care of and at home. When we arrive the Condo was spotless, and completely upgraded and we enjoyed our personal welcome note. Nice touch! There were 4 of us staying here (me, my husband, 17 year old daughter and 11 year old daughter) and it had everything we all needed. The master bed (a King size bed) as well as the pull out sofa (a queen) were extremely comfortable! We slept so well. My favorite part might have been the breeze that came through the condo. Slept like a baby! My girls loved the ease of getting on Wi-Fi and being so close to one of the pools and hot tub. I loved being right outside the pool and being able to watch them from the upper balcony. We didn't have time to use the BBQ but it was very close to us. Thank you for providing beach towels, boogie boards and beach chairs! wow! We used them every day. It was also really nice to have a rental shop on site - we rented snorkel gear for the week. So fun! The bay is so beautiful and so easy to get to, from the condo, walking only a short distance through the immaculate property. The property grounds are very clean and well taken care of - we saw them cleaning and checking the pools daily. We snorkeled in the bay, swam with turtles and relaxed. We literally have no complaints! We all agreed the condo was perfect for us - we will come back here!

We were very happy with our accommodations at Aina Nalu Resort. We arrived to a very clean and supplied rental. They had everything we needed to cook with, as well as all the cleaning supplies (soap, laundry supplies, tp, etc.) Beach towels, chairs, boards were very appreciated. It was perfectly located in Lahaina and we conveniently walked to excellent shopping and restaurant choices...as well as a beach! We were too busy to use pools or hot tub but they looked wonderful. Everything on the premises was well landscaped and cared for.

The condo had everything we needed and so much more, including a blender for smoothies in the morning, snorkeling gear, beach towels & chairs, and even a cooler that we could bring along with us! The place was sparkling clean and in a great location, and the customer service was excellent when we had a question after checking in. We would love to stay here again!

My wife and I had the recent opportunity to travel to Maui. We had an amazing time on vacation and one of the major things we enjoyed was our stay in unit E243. The short walk to one of the best beaches on Maui is amazing and this unit has so many positives that we will be coming back for sure! This is a second floor condo which means it has a vaulted ceiling and doesn’t feel like you are staying inside a shoebox. The back patio overlooks the pool/hot tub area but still retains privacy from trees. This avoids the issue of people walking by at ground level being able to look directly into your room. We had the blinds and massive sliding glass door open almost the entire time! It really feels like the owner and management team want you to feel like ohana! The pile of books, from novels to tourism guides as well as the cabinet full of board games helped encourage us to put the cell-phones away, turn the TV and radio off and get on island time with some quality time enjoying each other’s company. The unit is also very relevant and updated. It was immaculately clean with bright art hung up and fresh paint on the walls and trim. The QR code for WiFi made connecting a breeze and the USB outlets were a really nice touch. Drying hooks in the shower we’re a great idea too! We didn’t feel like we were staying in some random rental or hotel, but like we were somewhere that someone genuinely cared about our trip and spent time trying to provide a welcoming, comfortable, and memorable stay.

I have been coming to Maui for the past 15 years, and have stayed at Napili Shores in various units, and this has been hands down the best unit. The vaulted ceilings makes the unit seem 10x bigger, it’s bright with natural light, it stayed cool day and night, and was very clean. Parking and access to the beach was a breeze. This unit overlooks one of the swimming pools, hot tub, and bbq’s. We were able to look to see if the hot tub was full before walking down. Drink refills was a 10 second walk back to the room. Being on the second story, we had privacy from beautiful plumeria trees, and we didn’t have to deal with people walking by us while we sat out on the porch. The Gazebo restaurant is a must while you visit, the lines are always long. It’s a 60 second walk from your room, which means you don’t have the people standing in line looking into your room. We called a to go order in, and ate by the pool. Beach chairs, boogie boards, board games and movies were provided. I highly recommend staying in this unit!

Let me start by saying, this condo is exactly as pictured on their listing. It was very clean, comfortable and exceptionally well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will be back. The condo and the Napili Shores Resort itself was very clean and welcoming. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because there was no air conditioning and it was very muggy and hot most of our days there so it was hard to sleep, (and the bed was very comfortable). No disrespect to the owners, we did know there was'nt any air and most places don't use air conditioning. We're just used to it. I'm sure it's just fine, most of the year. We'll just come back a different time of year!

We were a group of 20 families in Napili Bay,Maui for a destination wedding. 12 of the group stayed at Napili Shores Resort. We arrived after staying in Honolulu for a few days. Apartment E 243, 1 bedroom has been renovated. Compared to the other apartments the.upgrade stood out and ensured a happy holiday. The WI Fi internet was excellent , easy to use.and much better than the property we stayed in Honolulu. Overall we had a grand time in Maui.

I have been staying at Napili Shores for the last 25 years and I need to say that E-243 is one of the nicest units I have stayed in. It is decorated beautifully in true island spirit and is fully equipped with high end supplies. I thought that not having an ocean view would disappoint me but it did not in the least. The beauty of the unit definitely made up for it and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Outstanding in Every Way - We'll Be Back

"Qualifier: We're huge Maui fans. Our family has visited Maui about every 1-2 years for the past 20 years. We've stayed all over the island, including a 4 night stay in Hana. Our favorite area is Napili / Kapalua because of it's lush, green foliage and spectacular views. We LOVE LOVE LOVE Napili and especially Napili Shores. We've stayed in just about every building there. We really prefer the one bedrooms over the studios, particularly upstairs rooms with vaulted ceilings and better views. Plus you can leave your sliding glass door open all the time. The view from the lower pool of Napili Bay and Molokai is a near religious experience (not kidding). Review: This was by far the nicest room we'd ever stayed in. By far. Everything about this unit was spot on... new and in perfect condition. What an absolutely beautiful room. It was bright, clean, modern, and well decorated - kudos to the designer. The proximity to the pool was perfect - not too far and not too close - and parking was easily accessible. In addition to the nice furnishings and appliances, we very much appreciated the little things throughout, like the QR code wifi placard which made it super easy to access the room's wifi (just scan and you're connected); integrated USB ports in electrical outlets (my wife forgot her charger so that came in real handy); hundreds of DVD's (total pleasant surprise); tons of books (my wife is an avid reader); etc. The bed was big and comfy and the towels and linens were super soft... like Four Seasons soft. The stickers on the inside of the medicine cabinet was a fun surprise - some were very funny (apparently it's customary to add one during your stay). And of course, being right there on Napili Bay is the best of all. The Gazebo is amazing! (with their banana mac nut pancakes, and the view... oh man) Its a short, pleasant stroll through beautiful grounds. The nightly gathering place (the Jacuzzi) is just down the stairs and right around the corner. We spent probably every other night in the hot tub talking with people from all over the world. The view from the lanai is gorgeous (I love plumeria) and its private. In short, we've found our 'go to' place on Maui. It's a gorgeous room, convenient, and not crazy expensive. We will most definitely be back... as often as we can afford."
