This convenient three bedroom, two level condominium is surrounded by stellar views of the San Juan Mountains with views of Palmyra Peak & Whipple Mountain! Vaulted ceilings throughout the kitchen, dining, living area, and master suite provides a sense of openness with natural light, brightness and warmth throughout the space.

As you enter the residence, the main level has an open floor plan with mountain and neighborhood views, allowing for welcoming conversations throughout the kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is efficient and well equipped with an electric stove and oven. The balcony off-of the living space has a gas grill overlooking the creek and the neighborhood.

Two guest bedrooms are located off the living area; the first guest bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, and a twin bed and private bath with step in tub/shower combo, and the second guest bedroom has king bed and a full bathroom with a step-in tub/shower combo, they bathroom has shared hallway access and privacy door. The stacked washer and dryer are located on this level as well for your convenience.

The spacious top level primary suite with comfy king bed and a bright en suite bathroom with a step in tub/shower combo, and large vanity with plenty of space for two as well as a large walk in closet.

The two-car tandem garage is located on the ground level and has secure parking for one vehicle along with ample storage for ski and outdoor equipment. For reference, the unit is on the second floor (top level) and is accessed by an open-air staircase.

Skiing, hiking and biking trails are steps outside the door with easy access to all activities offered throughout Telluride and Mountain Village. Ski access is approximately 300 yards, a very short walk to The Meadows Ski Run located at the base of Chondola (Lift 1) and Sunshine Express (Lift 10).

Three FREE seasonal transportation services offered throughout Mountain Village, make getting around convenient and hassle-free for everyone without the worry of driving conditions, parking or choosing a designated driver. 1) Chondola (winter only) “hybrid ski lift/gondola car” for skiers or non-skiers which allows you to ride inside a gondola car to the heart of Mountain Village then you can decide to walk around or ride the Gondola down into the town of Telluride or take the Mountain Village Gondola to Town Hall Plaza showcasing Mountain Village Market , Coffee Shop or Town Hall. 2) Dial-A-Ride is a call away, and they will take you anywhere in Mountain Village. 3) Local Bus Shuttle Service stops at bus stop at the entrance of the Outlaws complex and stops at the Town Hall Plaza with additional stops throughout Mountain Village, all of which access the core of Mountain Village and the free Gondola to the Town of Telluride.

Outlaws 7B Mountain Village

Condo worked perfectly for two couples and two children (and our dachshund) to visit our son and daughter-in-law who live at Mountain Village. Kitchen was nicely equipped for preparing meals, and home was well furnished for our use. Be mindful that this is top floor and only stairs. We are active 70+ year old so it was fine for us.

Surprisingly spacious! Each bedroom slept comfortably with great living, hanging, working and cooking spaces as well. Parking was easy, though it was even easier to walk or bike to Mountain Village (there was also free transportation). The neighborhood is beautiful with great views. ITrip made it super easy and seamless as well!
