A spacious living room provides a place to congregate after a long day on the mountain, while the well-appointed kitchen is ideal for cooking and includes a spacious breakfast bar and dining area. Enjoy the stunning views from your private balcony equipped with a gas Blackstone griddle for those perfect Telluride summer nights. With a convenient split level floor plan, in-unit washer/dryer and a steam shower in the primary suite bathroom, you really can indulge at this mountain retreat!

The heated garage offers parking for 2 vehicles plus another dedicated spot in front of the garage, and is equipped with proper equipment storage and seating to gear up - skiing, hiking and biking trails are steps outside the door with easy access to all activities offered throughout Telluride and Mountain Village. Ski access is approximately 500 yards, a short walk to the base of the Chondola (Lift 1) and Sunshine Express (Lift 10).

Three FREE seasonal transportation services offered throughout Mountain Village, make getting around convenient and hassle-free for everyone without the worry of driving conditions, parking or choosing a designated driver. 1) Chondola (winter only) “hybrid ski lift/gondola car” takes you to the heart of Mountain Village then you can decide to walk around or ride the Gondola down into the town of Telluride or over to the Mountain Village Market. 2) Dial-A-Ride is a call away, and they will take you anywhere in Mountain Village. 3) Local Bus Shuttle Service stops at bus stop at the entrance of the Northstar complex and stops at the Town Hall Plaza with additional stops throughout Mountain Village, all of which access the core of Mountain Village and the free Gondola to the Town of Telluride.

Mountain Village Bikecation

We had an outstanding stay at 106 Northstar Court! The location was absolutely perfect for our mountain biking trip, making it easy to ride every day without having to drive. The condo itself was beautifully maintained, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay after long days on the trails. One of the highlights was the spacious garage, which gave us plenty of room to securely store and work on our bikes. It made traveling with our gear so much easier. The management company was fantastic throughout our stay. Anytime we had a question or needed something, they responded quickly and took care of it right away. A special thank you to Mike and Gary for being such wonderful hosts. It’s clear they take great pride in their property, and it really shows in every detail. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Telluride/Mountain Village area, especially if you’re coming to ride. PS. Pet friendly accommodations!!

Great place to stay. The unit was very clean and very well stocked. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would stay again. The dial a ride free transportation worked great also.

Amazing stay in Northstar 106

We loved our stay in this condo. This is our second condo in the same complex (Northstar Court), and the condo was well-equipped for eveything needed for the kitchen. It had large pots, including cast iron pots, and enough plates and utensils for 20! This is a tri-level condo where you enter on the ground floor from the garage and go up a set of stairs to find two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Then you go up another set of stairs to reach the living room, dining room and kitchen where it was spacious. We especially liked the large dining table that could seat 8 around the table (including the bar stools.) The master bedroom on the top floor was spacious and had enough room for an air mattress so we didn’t have to make the living room sofa bed each day. We enjoyed our stay very much despite the lack of snow this Christmas, but we will certainly be back. Thanks for having us again.
