There are 4 smart televisions throughout the home that are wifi connected with Roku for your viewing pleasure. Simply log into your Apple TV, Disney Plus, YouTube TV, Netflix or Hulu Account. Basement game/entertainment room is outfitted with darts, foosball and an arcade hockey table for the competitive folks in the group along with a fantastic movie area complete with 70” OLED TV. The expansive deck includes seating, gas heater, and a gas grill for enjoying the outdoors and the breathtaking views. The location is less than a mile from I 25 in Monument and within a short drive from central Colorado Springs and the Denver Metro area.
