Very nice in a great location!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was very clean and comfortable, and we loved that it was a first floor unit with no one above us and next to the pool. The only drawback was the beach umbrella very small and worn out. We purchased a larger shade cover and left it in the unit for others to enjoy.

This house was PERFECT for our yearly family vacation. Enough room to comfortably fit 6 adults and a child. Beach chairs, a beach buggy, charcoal grill, and plenty of comfortable furniture provided. The resident parking permit was a life saver if you didn’t feel like walking to the beach. Quick walk to the beach and downtown/boardwalk area. Quiet neighborhood, spacious living quarters.

Great place to stay. Very clean. Lots of room. Could not have been happier when we walked up the stairs. WOW!! Had lots of fun just sitting on balcony and people watching. Would recommend. Will definitely stay again.

Great property for family vacation

Palacio de Panferio is a wonderful property for a family vacation. The owners have thought of everything. Pool and hot tub overlooking Santa Rosa Sound, kayaks, golf carts, all the amenities one would need for a memorable family vacation. There is even a high chair and pack and play for a toddler! Book this for a family vacation - relas at the beach or go into town. Highly recommend.

Place was all that was reported in advertisement. Place was big enough for our party of 13 people, there was plenty of space. Pools were spacious enough with plenty of options to swim in. The place was clean.
