Plus, the kids (big or small) or another couple can get comfortable and have their own space in the loft with FULL over FULL bunk bed with TV & XBox and bean bags for hanging out and relaxing. The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials! Plus, enjoy a private hot tub after a day of skiing, snowmobiling, and/or hiking.

FALSIFIED RESERVATION

any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of reservation deposit, damage deposit, and/or balance of rental payment.

UTILITIES

No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, or telephone service. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible. Please note that you may want to bring a calling card for placing long distance phone calls, as these are restricted.

ENTRY BY OWNER

Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1.    Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
2.    All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles. Please place trash bins in front of house for pickup.
3.    Close all blinds in all rooms.
4.    Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
5.    "No pets" policy must be observed, when Pets are not allowed on premises.
6.    Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the unit.
7.    Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
8.    Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Idaho, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Idaho or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.

HOLD HARMLESS

iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The undersigned Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.

Wonderful time I spent with company at this beautiful cabin. Was very clean, organized and gave us a lot of room to enjoy the weekend. No hassle, everything was very easy and smooth to use. Hot tub worked fantastic! Would definitely recommend a weekend trip to this cabin with your friends, family and dog too!

Nice Mountain Retreat

We stayed at the modern Cabin for 5 days and it was great! I had my 2 granddaughters visiting from out of state, and they loved the "dorm" upstairs, and really loved the hot tub. This little cabin is just outside of the main street area, so is nice and quiet, but still close to town. We got ice cream from Ice Cream Alley, and lunch at McCall Brewing, and did some fun shopping downtown. We also discovered the Upper Payette where we spent most of our beach time, it was uncrowded, and just perfect for lazy summer afternoons floating on our giant swim island raft. I would recommend this place to anyone, the downstairs bedrooms have comfortable king size beds, the kitchen was well stocked, and they had streaming channels available for guests for when you 're in for the night. This cabin is perfect for a family get away.

Overall a nice rental house. The house is clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were all comfortable. The King bedrooms and bathrooms have been nicely remodeled and decorated. We stayed during a 100 degree temperature week so the house was quite hot. That being said the communication with the property management was awesome. They brought us a fan right away. Thankfully there were also some ceiling fans in the house. The backyard is nice and quiet however is just mainly dirt. We enjoyed sitting out in the front porch more than the backyard.

Just spent an amazing 3 nights at the “Modern Cabin” in McCall. It was clean, comfortable and had the amenities. Woke up every morning to deer in our front yard. Walking distance to the Marina and just about everything in town. I would highly recommend this property.

This house is very clean and in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. The fenced backyard is perfect for dogs. The bed is really comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub. I would definitely rent this house again!

Winter Carnival weekend

We had a great weekend in McCall at the Winter Carnival. This property is in a great location. Away from the bustle of downtown but close enough to be convenient. The property is nice. Several updated renovations. Great kitchen supplies. The wood stove was amazing. Great heat and cozy. It would have been nice to have had something to chop wood for kindling. Hard to build a fire without kindling. There was dog poop in the backyard from previous guests. I thought that should have been picked up. The sidewalk into the property was quite icy. Overall, however, we were happy with our stay.

Everything was wonderful during the stay! It was very clean, super comfortable beds with plenty of places for everyone to sleep, well stocked kitchen for cooking in, walking distance to The Pancake House and Ice Cream Alley! I couldn’t have asked for more! We will for sure be up again soon!
