Some General info:

-We are steps away from the causeway and there is an association dock and private island beach with access out to the point. All within an easy 3 min walk.

Silver Shell Beach is in town with lifeguards and snack stand.

Tabor Academy is in town of Marion.

There are life jackets / beach towels/ chairs, paddle boards and grill.

-The house sleeps 10 ( 2 queens, 2 twins and a bunk with trundle. There is an additional pull out couch .

The second floor is one large room with a dividing wall.

Other 2 bedrooms are on the first floor
