Imagine watching the sunrise while sipping coffee on the deck, listening to the sounds of the ocean and the sea birds. Then, grab your beach chairs and all the gear we provide and spend all day body surfing or strolling the beautiful soft sand beach, watching boats cruise past. Ahh - Plymouth at it's best!

Enter the home after walking the boardwalk through the sand and instantly be greeted with views of the oceans through the windows. This home has been recently renovated to offer luxury designs and comfy areas to unwind. There are 2 queen-size private bedrooms, 1 on each floor and 1 additional bedroom on the 2nd floor with 2 twin beds.

There is also a queen-size pull out couch in a public sleeping space on the 2nd floor. This home has 1 full bathroom and a gorgeous private outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach day!

After a day at the beach, return to relax with plenty of AC and a large smart TV in the living room! Or, if you prefer, open the windows on the enclosed porch with dining seating for 6 and enjoy the lovely sea breezes. So refreshing! Then fire up the grill for dinner on the deck. After dinner, take a long walk and watch the sun set over the ocean.

Plymouth is a coastal town in Massachusetts, south of Boston. It is the site of the first Pilgrim settlement, founded in 1620. Plymouth Rock, a boulder in Pilgrim Memorial State Park, marks the place where settlers are thought to have landed on shore. The Mayflower II, a full-scale replica of the ship that carried the Pilgrims across the Atlantic, is usually anchored at the park.

- Walkway to house is NOT wheelchair or ADA accessible - there are specific instructions to follow in order to get to this house that will be provided upon booking.



- Primary renter must be 25 years or older

- No smoking/vaping indoors

- Pets are prohibited at all times

- There is also available on-street parking for use with the parking passes that are in the unit. Please note that there is a $50 charge for any lost or unreturned passes (this is the fee the town charges for replacement)

- Please NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS, OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. Please be respectful of the neighbors at all times!

These are all separate causes for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.

**Please Note - this is a private home that sleeps 6 comfortably and can accommodate 8 people due to the queen sleeper sofa on the 2nd floor landing, this can also be used as a sitting room. Parties of greater than 8 people will not be accepted.**

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Tenant and guests agree to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant and guests found the premises to be upon check-in, normal wear and tear expected.

  • ​Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping. Towels should be placed in the bathroom on the floor.

  • All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles.

  • The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed 8 people, not including a child in a crib.

  • Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.

  • "No pets" policy must be observed. Pets are not allowed on premises.

  • Smoking is not allowed in the unit.

  • Parking is provided and details are included in the check-in instructions. If the property provides parking passes and they are lost or not returned, a $50 charge per pass will result (cost of replacement of the pass). 

  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).

  • Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Massachusetts, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Massachusetts or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.

We typically vacation on Cape so weren’t sure what to expect with this trip. The White Horse Beach get-away did not disappoint! Before we set off, Jim was so responsive and helpful with providing instructions and answering questions. When we arrived, he was able to accommodate an early check-in. The home is located directly on the beach, with easy ocean access and spectacular ocean views and sounds from almost every room. The interior of the home has been newly renovated, is well decorated and meticulously clean. It came equipped with everything you could need for a week’s vacation. We enjoyed walking the beach each morning, exploring the park, shops and restaurants in the waterfront district and spent hours in the evening playing cards on the large back porch overlooking the ocean. We happened to have perfect temps, but could imagine enjoying this porch even in colder months. There were a few drawbacks- the bathroom is very small, tight quarters. However, the outdoor shower was a bonus and we ended up not using the indoor shower at all. Additionally, the low and sloping ceilings upstairs were tricky to navigate and my husband, who’s much taller than me, bumped his head on more than one occasion. Yet, neither of these things would deter us from coming back. It’s a beautiful and comfortable home in a perfect location. Couldn’t pick a better place to be during a September heatwave!

Perfect week at White Horse Beach

We had an amazing week at White Horse beach. The cottage was in an amazing location, just steps from the beach and close to downtown Plymouth. The cottage is newly updated and was comfortable for two couples and two kiddos. It was stocked with everything we needed and we used the kayak and paddle board every day. We had a minor issue with a noise from plumbing and Jim responded immediately. Communication was very clear and timely. Thank you for an amazing week! We will be back!

Our family of four stayed at this house for 4 nights in July. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed. The A/C systems worked amazingly well and we all slept well in the comfy beds. The beachfront location made it so easy for us to get some beach time in each day. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Our only recommendations would be to get a new beach buggy for renters to use to transport items between the parking spots and house; a few more beach chairs would be a nice addition; and lastly, the glass tabletop on the table in living room was an obstacle for us - I think all four of us ran into a corner of it during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again if we had the opportunity.
