As you enter this 16th floor unit, you’ll immediately notice the spacious living/dining area and the amazing water views. The dining room flows into the large living area with ample seating, flat screen TV, balcony access and stunning views of the beach, bay and lagoon. Take in the beauty as you kick back with a cocktail and read a book or browse the internet on the hi-speed wifi. The fully furnished kitchen provides all the necessities for cooking a great meal to share with the whole family in the dining area that easily accommodates six. The first bedroom is the master suite, complete with a King size bed, a flat screen TV and access to the balcony. The master bathroom has more than enough room for two people to get ready for or wind down from a busy day! The second bedroom has two twin beds, perfect for kids or adults. This bedroom has its own bathroom, complete with a shower/tub combo, traditional vanity area and plenty of towels. Spending your vacation in this South Seas unit means a comfortable and convenient tropical vacation for the whole family.
South Seas Condominiums is a private, gated community just minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, boutiques, and the beach. As a guest here, you’ll have exclusive access to amenities such as the heated community pool, fitness center, walking paths, tennis & pickle ball courts, and a putting green. South Seas is the only community on Marco Island which boasts both beach access and boat docks, which can be rented at very reasonable prices.
NOTE: South Seas Tower 1 & 2, which are just south of this Tower willing be replacing their slider doors due to Hurricane Irma; therefore, there may be intermittent construction noise between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday once work commenced. Construction should be complete by late summer of 2022.

The beach is wide and feels even wider when you have children in tow (we've felt your pain :-) The payoff is worth it as are the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Hope you will come stay with us again!
I am so sorry about the smell of cigarettes in the condo. A guest prior to your checkin apparently smoked in the unit even though it is a smoke-free building and our rental agreement clearly states it. Prior to your checkin, we wiped down all the walls and surfaces with vinegar and sprayed Febreeze repeatedly in an attempt to eliminate the smell. After you checked out, we had the condo professionally treated with Benefect Botanical Decon 30 which is a one-step hospital-grade, botanical disinfectant, cleaner, sanitizer and deodorizer registered with the EPA. We will also check with building management to see if the smell could possibly be coming from an adjacent unit. We take the enjoyment and comfort of our guests seriously and our apologies again for the smell.
