Condo is in a great location walking distance to local restaurants. Beachfront is gorgeous and easy access. Condo itself is dated kitchen and bathroom. Could use a remodel. overall would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Kima 501! The condo sits right on the Gulf, making it a spectacular place for beach lovers! The added benefits of getting a free admission to local sightseeing destinations, just added to the experience! The kitchen was huge, allowing for stay in meals! The views from everywhere in the condo were fabulous! Although, this spacious condo was bigger than we needed (2 people), we would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful vacation. Clean and comfortable. One suggestion would be twin beds mattress covers need updating. Or maybe get a king/queen bed. Would definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay...even though cut short by medical issues. We were a little concerned regarding hurricane damage from last fall...but the beach was beautiful...the views from balcony outstanding. The painting and construction crews were working hard and were very polite and courteous. Unit 501 had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. There was a keak in the ceiling which was responded too quickly and we understood the roof was on the repair list for post hurricane damage. Parking was a bit of an issue...again...due to damages but was straightened out. We booked again for next year and can't wait to get back

Perfect Location

I’m a Native Floridian and have been going to Madeira since I was a kid and let me tell you, look no further the condo at the Kima was exceptional. Very clean and conveniently located with plenty of food choices in walking distance. The pool is a great size and even has shade part of the day. Loved the balcony and the exquisite view. Watching dolphins and manatees swim daily was an added bonus. The condo was spacious and plenty of seating for the family to be together.

Condo on the beach

This condo was great as it was on the beach. It was a little inconvenient as far as being able to walk places. John Pass Village was nearly a mile away and it was a very hot walk. The Freebee shuttles don’t come to the condo area. In order to use those you would need to stay about one and a half miles south near Treasure Island unfortunately. The condo was good but the furniture is a little outdated and worn. The master bedroom was nice. The bed was great. The showers and toilets has some mold in places and I had wished they were cleaned in between visitors better.

We definitely enjoyed the condo and appreciate the way iTrip responded when we had a couple minor issues. We are scheduled to return to 501 next year. If I could suggest one thing---maybe a couple screens on the doorwalls from the living room and master bed. Not a major issue, but a convenience since some people prefer fresh air to air conditioning. Thanks again for the good experience.
