Please note there are structural repairs scheduled for the building during the months of February 2018 through August 2018. The work will include concrete repair work in the garage underneath the building, balcony flooring repair work, and painting the outside of the building. There may be some interference with access to assigned parking spaces during this time (there are plenty of unassigned spaces available), and depending on the work necessary, may be a bit noisy or dusty. At this time, it is not anticipated that the pool will be closed at any point. The contractors are instructed to keep the disturbance as low as possible, but some will be unavoidable.

Great location, adequately outfitted, quiet stay. The condo's location and view was fantastic and made up for any shortcomings. We had some maintenance issue but they were handled quickly and professionally. The view and the 30 second walk to the beach were really great. I would highly recommend this unit and management company.

Condo was accurately depicted in the photos. There was plenty of room for the three of us. Right on the beach and across the street from John's Pass. Condo was clean. One maintenance issue was resolved within one hour. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay for the price. Beach was nice and right out the back of the condo and not crowded at all. Pool was also nice. Also liked being able to walk across the street to St John's Pass. Would stay at again.

This condominium complex is in the perfect location! The beach is pristine and just steps away from John's Pass where you can watch fishing ships come and go, dolphins and beautiful sunsets as the condo faces the west. Also just steps away is the crosswalk immediately adjacent to the complex parking lot to allow for easy access to the shops and restaurants just across the street. The unit we stayed in was perfect for our family of four, well equipped, clean and modern. The balcony was wonderful for morning coffee, evening drinks and nighttime stargazing. The pool was clean and private with adequate pool chairs and some shaded seating as well. Having the added bonus of a parking spot and both stair and elevator access made for easy and convenient trips in and out of the unit - especially with a coded lock (no forgotten keys!). Be sure to try out the Mad Beach Microbrewery over in John's Pass shops/boardwalk - the Key Lime Hard Cider was AMAZING!!!!!! They also have a taster you can order to try all of their other yummy brews and the menu is a unique offering of fresh seafood and traditional pub fare - all perfectly prepared. The fresh grouper fish sandwich was fabulous! Also - you can tell the property is well maintained as the office is on the first floor and you can see maintenance folks or someone always around helping folks out. We also used the available washer/dryer on our floor steps away from our unit - it took quarters, but any of the shops at John's pass will make change for you as well as the visitor's center. We will definitely be back! This would be a great unit for elderly thanks to the elevator and ease of access, sidewalk/crosswalk and pull through garage/parking. It would also be a very safe unit for families of small children with the excellent safe railing on the balcony, along with the elevator, and the gated pool area (no lifeguard of course) and quick steps to the beach. They do allow pets (with owner approval) - or maybe just dogs - under 25 pounds and we saw several folks there who managed their sweet puppies very well on leaches with cleaning up after them and didn't ever hear barking at night, etc.

We really liked this unit. We would stay here again. It was clean and well maintained. The home owners have done a great job decorating and keeping the place up to date. There was nothing wrong with this unit. The deck was screened which is really nice. You have a nice view of the beach and the courtyard. There was stuff in the unit such as beach chairs and other beach items so we could go out and enjoy the pool or beach. Great location as you just walk onto the beach. Enjoyed the restaurants we had 2 dinners in the two different ones, great food. Great place to sit back and relax, lots of beach walking and bike riding to do. Definitely recommend this unit.

We had a very happy stay in this condo. It is very clean, spacious and well maintained. The beach/ocean view from the balcony is fabulous. We didn't do much cooking, but the basic kitchen utensils are provided. It is very close to the John's Pass Village and Boardwalk (about 3-5 minutes walking), where you can find many good restaurants, boat rentals, and other small shops. Will definitely stay here again when we are back to the area.
