Excellent host location, easy and convenient spot…easily accessed and great communication from the owner. Loved the ease and surroundings with many restaurants and bars. You’ll love every minute of your stay.

Condo was as advertised and clean. Easy in and out. Nice, quick access to the beach. Please note: If you have mobility issues, the king bed was extremely high to get into, but it was comfortable.

First time doing an Air B&B, and this condo didn't disappoint!!! Beach front with pool & BBQ, had all the amenities of home. Everything was provided; Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella. Washer/dryer, parking spot, hair dryer. One free ticket to local excursion was a blessing!! Went to Dali Museum, and took the dinner boat cruise Excellent place to stay if you love the beach. Totally enjoyed my stay!!

Our stay at the Gulf Strand resort exceeded our expectations. When booking, I was looking for a place on the beach within walking distance to places to eat/shop, this location was it! In addition the management itrip was super responsive by text to any questions we had and even allowed us a later checkout due to our later return flight!! Exceptional service! Email communication prior to our trip was super useful with links to transportation/attractions etc. It really helped us get a lay of the land prior to arriving. Everything has door codes which is nice not having to take a key to the beach. Place was clean and updated and a/c worked great for the hot days. Enjoyed being in a smaller resort, wasn’t crowded and nice views especially if you go to the 6th floor to overlook the beach. Would definitely stay here again as well as book through itrip.

We rented this condo for 5 nights for a smalls girl trip. The space was perfect. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable and the bed in the bedroom sits very high. We did absolutely love this place. It was nice and quiet, we didn't see many others staying at the condo. I'm not sure if that was due to the time of year, but it was amazing. The pool had floats and noodles to use. The beach access was super easy. There were only 2 beach chairs so we bought a 3rd and left it for future occupants. Everything seemed to be really close. We walked many places but took advantage of the freebe ride service. We did Lyft and Uber several times. We found many great places to eat: The Buona Ristorante across the street was so good, Prima Catina & Tacos wasn't too far and it was very unique but blew your taste buds away, Crabby Bill's was another favorite, 1200 Chophouse drew you in by the smell, the salad was heaven and the steak was good too. In St. Pete there is a little place called Tijuana flats that had a super cheap lunch special and was tasty. Shrimpy's wasn't my fave but my friends liked it. Taverna on the bay was my least favorite. Presentation was fab, food was edible. The Drunken Clam across the street is a neat little dive bar with live music. They say there wings are good. Ellenton Outlet Mall is a must, but it's about a 25 minute Uber ride and closed at 7. We did a 3 hour dolphin/booze cruise. Another fun must, they took you to sand dollar island and let you get out and look for shells and sand dollars for an hour. Definitely worth the $$$. This was our 1st trip to St Pete and definitely not our last. Gulf Strand was a great place to stay. I highly recommend it. There is a Chick-Fil-A across the street as well. Thank you to Charles & Liz for being great hostess. They were quick with answers to any questions. We didn't incur any issues while staying here. 5 star!

Location was right on the beach and so walkable for restaurants and groceries. Parking was easy and the elevator was helpful with the luggage carts. Pool was well kept and the hot tub was a blessing as it was a little chilly during our visit. The bed was also comfortable with lots of pillows. Thank you, would rent again.

We loved our 5-day stay in this lovely 1 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo on the 3rd Floor with views and easy access to the Beach. The property is great for walking to amenities or grocery, dining, pharmacy, etc. We are Florida natives of Sarasota and Anna Maria Island and have owned an FRBO we liked all the items here to use, such as beach towels, plenty of dishes and pans, a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer unit. The bathrooms are big enough one with a walk-in shower and one with a tub. The living area and patio are very nice with big TVs and a large king-size bed, I recommend being ready to climb in as it is well off the ground. The porch has great views, and due to the weather, we were able to open the windows for great breezes. A pool, and access to the beach as well as an elevator are extra nice features. Oh and large covered Parking spot too. Go stay and enjoy yourself!

We have stayed at this property numerous times and we love the location, the beach, and the pool area. This is a quiet and comfortable location and the building is in good shape. Every unit we have stayed in has been updated, clean and comfortable. This unit was priced lower than some of the others which was why I selected this unit. The unit was clean, nicely decorated and everything worked properly. My only complaint, and it’s a very small complaint because we had an overall great stay, is that the living room furniture (couch and chair) are not comfortable at all- stiff and cheap. Other than that we were very happy with the unit and the price.

Nice clean condo with a great location on great walking beach. Perfect for our short vacation! Excellent communication with everyone.

We booked this condo for our Babymoon/Honeymoon. We had the best time! Close to the beach, clean, and well taken care of. We will definitely be back!
