315-G - Madeira Beach Yacht Club

Our stay at 315-G was everything we dreamed of! The location was perfect... On the water with a fishing dock right outside, right across from the pool, a nice park right across the street, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Our family spent a lot of time in all of these places. If you're into fishing, this is the spot. My kids caught one after another while we sat on the screened patio just above them. The area has lots of restaurants, shops, and mini golf within walking distance. We took the trolley many times to areas a little farther away, which was a great, cheap option! The condo itself was clean, well stocked, nicely decorated, and comfortable. My daughter loved the little room with the murphy bed! Beds were comfortable and there plenty of space for our things. All appliances worked great, including the washer and dryer. There isn't anything I can think of that the condo was missing. Publix and Walmart are both a short drive away for groceries. The ITrip team were excellent hosts. They responded quickly when we had a couple questions (no problems). Upon arriving home we realized we left a special kids blankie behind and they personally went to the condo to find it and promptly mailed it to us. They saved the day! We could not be happier with our stay and recommend ITrip and this condo to anyone looking to travel to Madeira Beach!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely wonderful spring break stay! My girlfriend and I traveled with her granddaughter and her friend, and this condo was perfect for our group. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn’t have been better—everything was convenient and easy to get to, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The kitchen was especially impressive. It was fully stocked with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you could possibly need, making it simple to prepare meals and spend time together. Everything about our stay was comfortable and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay

Condo was wonderful. 2 beautiful bedrooms, nice dining room and equipped kitchen. Porch was great for coffee in morning and drinks in afternoon. Location on water, 2 blocks to beach. Walking distance to all restaurants and bars. Only caveat is sofa and love seat need to be upgraded.

Our family of 5 stayed at this Madeira Beach Yacht Club condo for 2 weeks and overall we loved it and would recommend anyone to stay there. We will definitely come back (if the mattress is changed lol). Here is a more precise review of what this condo and resort has to offer: LOCATION A1 -On the water where we saw boats daily, and we were lucky to see dolphins -Right next to groceries and pharmacy -A block away from the Archibald Park beach -ROC park in front with softball, basketball, tennis and water playground for kids -Close to many restaurants and shopping -Only 20 minutes from Tampa KITCHEN -Big fridge with icemaker is really useful -A wide main countertop to prepare food and hang around -Oven is recent and functional -Equipped with lots of stuff you probably won't need but would benefit from more plates and dishes for a family. You will need to start the dishwasher everyday. Not a huge deal but... RESTROOMS -Main restroom could be tidier as there is mold in the shower tiles and crust on the faucet. -2 separate sinks and countertops which is a great for a family -First floor restrooms faucet is loose MASTER BEDROOM -Wide and confortable -Lots of storage space -The biggest issue we had with our whole condo experience was the king mattress which is done. It needs to be changed NOW. We could feel and hear springs, especially on the right side where you litterally roll onto the middle. -The view on the water is so relaxing (from pretty much everywhere!) -Lots of dust coming from behind the bed! -Only one bedside table -One of the three blinds does not close SECOND BEDROOM -Bed is confortable -Lots of storage -The separate den with the murphy bed was definitely a plus for us as our 3 year old could sleep near our bedroom, but not in it LIVING ROOM -Sofas feel like they need a cleanup -I am not sure if the carpet (or any in the condo) are ever cleaned between guests stay -Netflix directly on the TV is great -2 hdmi cables hanging from the side but none of them seem to work, just like Roku controler OUTDOOR -Outdoor BBQ and tables are very nice -Walking path around the resort is fun -Both pools are very clean and accessible -Sitting on the dock right outside the condo is relaxing OTHER -AC works great -Carpets and floors need a thorough cleaning, especially underneath dining table, couches, beds, etc. -We had to broom because there was no vacuum -Washer-dryer are useful and work fine -Easy safe access and plenty of parking -A quiet and confortable condo and resort -We were not satisfied with iTrips communication/preparation, or lack of it, before/during Debby storm.

The condo was well-updated and even more spacious than I expected. The location is great and an easy walk to the beach. I loved the patio space. The kitchen is well-stocked and I loved having in-unit laundry and access to a grill. Would definitely stay again!

Great unit with all the facilities needed to make our stay enjoyable. Easy check in and very responsive to questions. Location is ideal. 5 min walk to beach. Grocery, restaurants and shopping nearby.

The condo we rented at 315G Madeira Beach Yacht Club was great! Updated! So nice! Close to everything but not too crowded! The staff at iTrip was great and helpful too! They are on top of it! Even when we needed something fixed, they responded immediately and went above and beyond!

We stayed here for a week it is a very nice place that comes fully stocked with all the essentials.

Very nicely decorated but a little pricy for the complex

We enjoyed our stay at Madeira Beach Yacht Club in unit 315G. The condo was exactly like the pictures showed, and very well equipped. The only thing we couldn’t find was an electric mixer so we bought one and left it in the unit for other renters to use. We had a few problems checking in but everything was taken care of immediately. The only problem (and it was a real problem) was the WiFi. It was extremely slow. It was so slow that it wouldn’t back up our phones the two weeks we were there. We do plan to come back to this unit and would recommend it.

Beyond my expectations. Fast service or rather immediate service if there is a problem. The place we are staying has everything. Extra perks are offered-swimming pool, exercise room, sauna and some free admissions to local places of interest. I can walk to the beach.They were able to find me exceptional rates, and I would highly recommend them. PERFECT!

The water views on the condo are obscured by some sort of film that is cloudy and distorted so we cannot see the water clearly This was an important feature in us choosing this condo Also the main bathroom smells of mold. There are missing a broken blinds throughout the unit

We had a great vacation. Was very pleased with how efficient the i trio personnel were. I told them about some issues, I had found and they did there best to fix them.Would definitely come back, lovely condo.P.S. Rita was lovely, too. She was very nice.
