We had a great time. The condo was really nice with one exception. The sliding door was almost impossible to open. Otherwise the condo was clean, beds were comfortable. We would stay again. Thank you.

My teenage daughter and I came down for the week of July 4th. We absolutely loved the location and how close we were to the pool and beach! We’ll be back for sure! The condo had everything we needed. I wish it had a washer and dryer, but that is personal preference. There were even beach chairs and an umbrella from previous guests in the closet. If you buy something and can’t take it with you, people leave it for the next, which is awesome! Again, the location and being walking distance (literally less than 2 minutes) to John’s Pass was amazing! Thanks for the stay and we’ll hopefully see you next year!

Beach Place was a perfect weekend getaway. Upon arrival we parked the car and did not see it again until we left. Waking up to perfect sunrises and watching perfect sunsets. In between that it was enjoying the beach and pool amenities and shopping across the street at John's Pass. Our unit was perfect for two.

Being on the beach on the first floor was fabulous. Pool was great and looked great after being redone. On-site parking spot was very convenient and contacting property manager was very easy, they promptly replied. Would stay again.

My husband and Zi spent the month of a January in a lovely condo at Beach Place. It was the perfect size for the two of us… nicely decorated and all the amenities that we needed. If we had any problems a quick call was all it took and a maintenance man came to our rescue!! We met so many nice people while we were staying there and had a number of fun times at John’s Pass that was right across the street from Beach Place. I would highly recommend Beach Pkace for a great getaway. You won’t be disappointed ! Nancy Alens

The condo location and view was amazing. Right on the beach. Nice pool area. The furniture and carpet in the condo is pretty dated. My friend ended up getting an upper respiratory infection, possibly from breathing bad air. The floor also was pretty dirty. I would stay again but not recommend to anyone with asthma or breathing issues. If owner would remove carpet, that would be great.

Enjoyed staying at resort. Unit older but recently repainted. Cushions in living room area need to be aired out and sanitized, foot stool needs to be thrown out or replaced (all worn out and ripped apart. There was dry food in microwave and stove area. One of the coffee pots the one that makes hot chocolate full of crud (actually filthy). We had to wash our dishes before using them. They were not all clean. In any case, need to do better cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen area. Bedroom clean, beds comfortable. Bathroom ok. (Just need to fix the bathroom door -minor adjustment). Resort in an excellent location being across the street from John's Pass, beach and gulf view. Yes we would stay here again as we are regulars in the Madeira Beach area a few times a year (we live on the east coast of Florida). But maybe try a different unit.

Definitely will go back again. Perfect location and within walking distance to many places, especially John’s Pass. Condo had everything we needed and was cozy. We will be back to visit again!!!!!!!

Condo was clean, and a nice size. We didn’t do any cooking but kitchen looked like it had all pots and utensils just needed kitchen towels and wash cloths or sponge. There were 2 chairs rafts and some beach toys and umbrella also there to use. I would rent there again. It was very convenient and an easy walk to John’s Pass
