This Northwest facing corner condo is spectacularly furnished with wood grain tile throughout, granite counters and tiled showers, a modern kitchen, a large dining area for six, plenty of seating in the living room, and a huge 42-foot wrap around balcony giving unprecedented views of the beach, sand, and Gulf.

Recent stay at Kima 106

We enjoyed the stay but there were some things that must be improved: 1) mattresses in the guest bedroom on all beds are worn out and must be changed . Our daughters did not sleep comfortably on any of the those beds . We would like for next year those mattresses to be changed . We had to buy a mattress foam topper for the beds they slept specially for the full bed in the guest room . The bunker beds also need new mattress . 2) the window blinds in the living room must be changed as they have been a pain for many years . You should just put curtains like in the master bedroom.

This was our 5th year coming to Kima. Our girls now call it our ‘beach tradition’. The condo is always clean and any issues that pop up (rarely) are handled quickly and professionally. The beach is never crowded and the sunsets are perfect. We will keep coming back year after year!

Really Nice-Beach Front Condo Vacation

This is our 2nd time renting this unit and 3rd time in this condo complex. The unit is a nicely lighted and updated corner unit, felt like home. Lived the newer touches like the large kind sized fabric headboard with USB outlets. We arrived late, the unit was clean and the ceiling fans were already in pricing a refreshing entry to the condo. We loved the easy and super close access to the beach, pool and some of our favorite places to eat-The Reef and Shrimpys. We rented beach chairs and an umbrella from our favorite beach guy, Bill. The unit has newer beach chairs as well, a good supply of beach towels. Planning on same time next year for 10 days!

Our family of 5 has stayed at Kima for four years now. This is ‘our condo’ as my girls affectionately call it. We love the view, how clean it is, and how convenient it is to walk straight out to the beach. We will book it again for next year as soon as we can.

We loved the condo. We had an incredible week. And wanted desperately to rebook next year for the same week. We come every year this same week. And this by far was the best place we have stayed in the past 6 years. But unfortunately they don’t book Sunday-Sunday at this condo any longer. And that was very disappointing. Just glad we got to come this year Sunday-Sunday and stay at this beautiful place.

We absolutely loved our time in Madeira Beach! The location couldn’t have been better — steps from the sand and close to everything we needed. The condo itself was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell the complex has done an amazing job recovering from what was clearly a devastating hurricane — everything felt fresh and well cared for. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were super comfy, which made it easy to relax and enjoy every minute. Can’t wait to come back!

Great week in Madeira

We enjoyed our spring break week at Kima 106! The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. Even though the weather was cooler than normal, we loved spending time on the patio with beautiful sunsets and views of the gulf. It was sad to see the hurricane damage to the Redington/Madeira area, but it’s good to see the recovery happening with tourists supporting the restaurants and shops. The Kima property management was working hard the week we visited to improve the property after the hurricane with new paint and fencing. The pool was open and clean. We are looking forward to staying at Kima again when we travel back to the area! 😃

Wonderful Vacation

We had a fantastic vacation at 106 Kima. The condo was all that was promised and more. The view of the gulf was awesome. The condo was beautiful and very well stocked. We left with most of the soaps, paper products etc. that we came with. The arrival was seamless. Questions we had were answered speedily and thoroughly by iTrip personnel. The location is great - near just about anything you would want. The pool was a pleasant surprise because it was sparkling clean and not overly chlorinated. The info provided by iTrip before we arrived was most helpful. Over all we gave the experience a 10.

This is our 2nd year staying in Kima 106, and 3rd year at Kima. The condo location is perfect and the views are stunning! We always feel at home here. Liz and Charles are great hosts who are always available if needed and check in to see that everything is as it should be. We’ve made amazing memories here and look forward to staying again next year.

Madeira beach is a great location. The condo was great and right on the beach, 9 straight days of great beach weather. October is a great month to go because it’s not crowded. We will definitely be back and hopefully be able to get the same condo.

Kima is the perfect location in Madeira! Close to shopping, restaurants, fun activities and right on the beach. This is our second time staying here and we will be back. Condo was spacious and cozy for our family of 5. Spectacular views of the gulf and sunsets from the wraparound balcony. The owners are quick to respond and super nice. My only complaint was that there wasn’t beach chairs or toys. Luckily, there is a chair/umbrella company right on the beach that you can rent from. Our vacation was fabulous and we can’t wait to come back next year!

Wow! The location of this condo is superb. There are restaurants and coffee shops within just a few minutes walk, and John’s Pass Boardwalk is only about a 35-minute relaxing walk away, as well. The condo and street area were quiet at night, and the balcony area for this corner condo is very spacious. The condo is a bit outdated, but we really weren’t inside too much. Overall, highly recommend this condo and hope to return soon!

The pictures don't do this place justice. The home is beautiful and very well stocked. The entire is building is very clean and well maintained. Maintenance is quick to respond and very friendly. And then...there's the beach! We spent most of our time on the balcony, at the pool, and on the beach. It has been glorious! Stores and restaurants are nearby and easy to access, our parking spot was right by the door, and the entire property is very secure. We have enjoyed our time and hope to return. Thanks so very much!

Perfect location in a lovely condo. You can not beat the gorgeous view from the moment you walk in the door. Condo was very clean, lots of towels provided and beach essentials were great. Loved the walk out to the beach and a cool dip in the pool to finish off our day. Comfortable furniture and beds. Faucet in the kitchen is broken and made it difficult to wash the dishes. Only thin i found to be missing were tissues. Loved it here for our nine day stay and would definitely return!!

I have used ITrip for a couple of trips now and they have proven themselves to be FANTASTIC! I had booked the trip through ITrip but at a different location. About a month before my trip iTrip contacted me to let me know construction was still taking place at the condo I rented and they offered to find me another place to stay in the same area. Within an hour I was sent a link to a wonderful condo (even bigger than my original) and it was only 1 mile from my original site. I accepted the condo Option and asked what I needed to do to secure it. The answer was nothing! I trip took care of everything and we arrived at 106 Kima and found it to be everything we were told. Beautiful condo that has been renovated and we even had access to the owners storage shed which was filled with chairs and toys and beach necessities! 106 Kima had everything We needed and then some!

Kima 106 was wonderful!! Nothing beats waking up and drinking coffee on the balcony overlooking the water and then watching the amazing sunsets with a glass of wine from the same balcony! The condo was clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. We will definitely look to stay here again!

We love this area, and we really loved this condo! We’ve been to the Madeira Beach/Redington area several times, and we thoroughly enjoyed the layout of this condo and the property. This condo has a great storage shed on the lower level with nice beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys galore. The condo was tidy and well stocked with plenty of extra garbage bags, soaps, and cleaning supplies. Highly recommend.
