We were pleasantly surprised by this condo. The owner was extra accommodating to get us in as soon as possible. Two nice and very comfortable bedrooms. Updated & clean bathrooms. Nice living room and balcony to enjoy. Great beach & pool access. They provided a cooler, pool noodles, beach towels and beach chairs which saved us from having to purchase these for our four day stay. A Parking Pass was provided and we thoroughly enjoyed many activities that Treasure Island had to offer. We were super happy with our stay.

We loved this place. Perfect location, had everything we needed, plus offered a lot of extra stuff like sand castle buckets and lawn chairs, etc.. overall it was great and I one hundred percent will be coming back to stay here again

Overall, it was clean. However, the water pressure was poor in both bathrooms. Most of the furniture, especially the couch, was old and worn. Definitely needs some attention compared to other units in this same complex I’ve stayed in. The area itself never disappoints!

We were very pleased with our stay at Sunset Vistas Treasure Island FL. Our only complaint is price we paid for room versus room itself which is in need of some major updating, furniture, flooring, appliances, mattresses etc..

Lovely place nice to have the beach and wonderful pool.the are is wonderful nice restaurant the unit was nice nice room the only thin was the sofa bed was very very uncomfortable my son couldn’t sleep because his back hurts with all the metal thin underneath of the mattress but my wonderful wife and I give him our bed our son is 17 and my other son is 21 they don’t wanna share a bed that’s why I would give up our bed to give it to our son, the room is next to the gym so if you like to sleep late you do you won’t Sleep because the noise of people do in the gym all at all the places are really nice very clean and relaxing by the beach wonderful sunsets and overall really good.

Excellent location and condo. Rooms a bit small but overall very nice. Will be back. The room next to the gym was a bit noisy and the housekeepers area was busy but the whole property was great location and amenities! Staff was excellent!

It was nice and clean however there were a few things that could be improved on. Pillows in second bedroom were like bricks- linens were average. Kitchenware was minimal - would have been nice to have a blender. There wasn't a knife to cut a cantaloupe or onion with. Dishwasher wheels came off and was very hard to load and it didn't clean dishes well - it needs replaced. Sliding back door lost a screw (prior to our arrival) and would not lock and hard to open and close. Carpet in both rooms was VERY NASTY! I recommend it be taken out. LIghting in bathroom room very dim. I called and reported those items but did not request repair as we did not want anyone in the room while we were out. Would only book again if those above mentioned items were corrected.

All in all it was a cute little place. Not much of an ocean view but was ok. The dishwasher broke, the sliding glass door broke and wouldn't lock, light in bathrooms was bad, not a sharp knife to even cut a cantaloupe or onion and pillows in the second little room were like sleeping on bricks. Could use better pillows and linens. Kitchenware very minimal (a blender would have been nice). They said we could not enter room until 4:00pm which I think is a day wasted but we managed to get in a little earlier and the room was ready. Not sure if I would book again.

We recently spent two great weeks (and our second consecutive year) in this unit and are pleased with the quick response, courtesy and professionalism of the staff whenever there is an issue or question. For example, they called back within 30 minutes when we reported an internet access issue that we resolved ourselves just before the call-back. They quickly replaced a defective shower head. As for other observations that we could live with, both bathroom sinks in the unit leak slightly at the base and the dishwasher, while still functional, may be on its last legs. For safety, we recommend installing a grab bar in the master bathroom for entering/exiting the shower tub which is rather high. Just the same, still one of Treasure Island’s best finds.

We love treasure Island and Sunset Vistas was a great place to stay. Beach and pools perfect. Had a bike rack for our bikes so we could ride on the boardwalk. Unit was good. Bedrooms are a little small but beds slept great. Beach towels, toys, etc..nice to not have to bring some of those things. No floats so bring your own or try the community box on the way to the beach to see what folks left behind for guest use. Was clean and although we didn't cook it had basics. Ping pong table, 2 hammocks, and corn hole were available to enjoy. Public very close but they close at 9pm so plan accordingly. Walmart not far away either. Sloppy Joe's had great grouper sandwich. Didn't try on site cafe but it's open 8-5pm. BilMar resort down the street has good breakfast and open to public. Had a maintenance issue which was taken care of in a timely manner. We would stay here again for sure!!

We arrived home today and I have to say, we enjoyed this unit at SunsetVistas. Having not driven, we were unable to bring Chairs and Umbrellas with us for the beach. The unit had everything we needed and more. The beach toys in the unit were great for the kids and I was thankful for the umbrella since it was so warm, I would definitely stay here again.

Just completed our annual half-February stay in Treasure Island at Sunset Vista. Delightful, as always. Condo was good although there were a few minor problems with ageing plumbing (kitchen and baths) and the sliding glass door needs repair. However, the Itrip staff was right on it, responsive and very helpful. We'll definitely be back because of tradition, the location and the helpfulness of the people at Itrip.

This property is absolutely perfect! My husband and one year old stayed for five days in early March and couldn't have been happier. The kiddie pool, regular pool and beach were all we needed. Everything is well maintained and clean. Having laundry in the unit was an extra plus. There were plenty of towels for the beach and showers. The staff at itrip were attentive and accommodating. We will definitely rent through iTrip and this property again!

Enjoyed our stay at Sunset Vista's this year. Loved out room. Master had a King size bed that is not typical in this resort. Living and dining area have leather furniture in lieu of cloth. Extremely clean and comfortable. We live in the area and had family staying in this resort for a week. Everyone came in to our room said Wow, this room is nice. Will definitely reserve again. Thanks!
