The private complex outdoor area includes a beautiful heated swimming pool overlooking the beaches, tiki huts, and a lovely picnic area for a front row seat to one of the most incredible sunsets in the world.

This particular condo is on the street side of the building (doesn't face the beach), but still, just step out the front door and down the elevator, and your feet are in the soft white sand. There is not a private balcony for this condo.

This second floor home has everything you could want for your family Florida vacation. With over 1360 square feet, there's plenty of room to comfortably sleep up to eight people.

Quick trip to the beach

Property was spacious and perfect location to walk the beach! Location was close to walkable restaurants and within 5-10 minute drive to grocery. Pool was warm and clean. Unit was clean. Parking is tight for large vehicles. Unit provided some beach chairs/towels which was perfect. Owners were quick to answer any questions and easy to work with!!

Fueron unas buenas vacaciones, el hotel estaba frente a la playa, la piscina estaba buena bien limpia. We live about 50 minutes from Maderia Beach but had family in town and thought we'd rent a place on the beach. The location of this condo is perfect to park your car and walk to restaurants and activities. We were pleasantly surprised at how big the condo was. The rooms were all oversized as were the bathrooms. Everything was clean and in great condition. We had an issue trying to get the TV on and I text the host and they sent someone over within 15 mins. AMAZING! Was just the battery in the remote. The condo included all the linens and towels, including beach/pool towels. Which is an added bonus to not have to pack. As others have mentioned this condo does not face the beach so you will hear road noise at night. That didn't bother us. Will definitely stay again. Thank you for hosting us!

This is the second time we stayed at this location. Great access to the beach. Very comfortable space. Love having the laundry room. Cooked Christmas dinner in the kitchen. Had almost everything we needed. The vacuum cleaner was a pain to use. Its old and hard to manipulate. There were plenty of towels and I love all the beach chairs and items in the closet for us to use. It was very convenient to not have to try to bring all of that. I did feel the unit wasnt as clean as it was the first time we stayed there. Some of the kitchen items were dirty and had to be treasured before I would use them. We do love this unit and will most likely stay there for a third time if we go back.

Everything about our stay was great. This condo was spacious with plenty of room for a family of five including 3 teen and preteen boys. The unit was clean with plenty of towels. Loved the in unit washer and dryer. Kitchen was large and well equipped. Check in instructions were clear..loved having a number coded door lock. Onsite parking, elevators, grocery carts, luggage carts all helpful. Best thing is the location. This condo is right on the beach with a nice heated pool as well. Decent restaurants right across the street, plenty of amenities near by. Would definitely stay here again

The condo was well stocked, clean and an overall awesome place to stay. Cooked Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner without needing anything that wasn’t provided. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Beach is easily accessible from parking lot. Very specious. Only problem is parking if you have 2 cars. It only has one parking spot.

Condo is very spacious and clean. Beach and pool lovely and easily accessible minus the slow elevator. if you can do stairs, they're very close and much faster. The lack of beach view is mildly disappointing and the noise of people in the halls is quite clear from the master bedroom. Overall, would stay again.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay at 100 Las Brisas. You literally don't have to bring anything to stay here but your clothes and personal items. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay at the beach. Cooler, games, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella, playpen, beach towels, etc. We stayed with 2 adults and 3 children and the condo is so large that we actually had dinners at night with 4 additional adults. The 9 of us were quite comfortable having dinner with all the space. We would definitely book it again!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Las Brias 100 was so fitting, perfect for our short getaway, super clean and very roomy for the 6 of us. The property was much better looking in person than in pictures. Hubby and I can't wait to book the same property for next year!!! Thank you for keeping your property maculate, and supplied with the necessary supplies!!!

The condo was as the pictures depicted, the rooms were clean and we had everything we needed. The only thing some might want to know is the rooms are not sound proof, traffic was very busy at night ranging from loud motors to emergency vehicles and their sirens. Also the trash truck is very noisy and they picked up the trash everyday. I-Trips vacation is a great company to work with on any rentals, they are the main reason I'm giving 5 stars since they can't control the traffic. We had a problem with our key pad entry when we arrived and it was only a matter of minutes after calling and the maintenance man was there and replaced the keypad, kudos!! if I were to plan another trip, I would most definitely use I-Trips again!!

We both loved the condo! We loved the location, close to many other towns full of activities. We spent a lot of time in John's Pass and we also recommend the Daquiri Shak-live entertainment and refreshing drinks to choose from! The condo was the perfect size for the two of us and we took advantage of cooking in the kitchen as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and hope to be back soon!

Our stay in this unit was wonderful! What I really liked about the unit is the layout. Although it is without view of the beach and is not part of the main building per se, meaning there is no other units above, below or beside this one. Easy access from stairway and elevator. This unit feels like a real apartment. It was clean and very comfy. The kitchen was large enough to handle the six of us. Also, there was a lot of natural light coming in from the windows. The beds are very comfy, I typically have back pain on unfamiliar mattresses but not this one, pain free! The pool is a definite refresher after being at the beach all day, which is the backyard by the way! I do recommend this unit! Many eateries and pubs within walking distance. Very centrally located. Again, our stay was wonderful and would choose this unit over others.

This was THEEEEEE best trip. it was my husband and my honeymoon (32 years in the making) and our families first trip together (children's ages 34,30 and 28). The condo exceeded my expectations and I am so lucky that this condo jumped out. I have never planned a trip, nor set it up on the internet. I was nervous and excited all at the same time. Once my husband and I arrived, I cried. It was everything and more. I was so relieved to have found such a wonderful place. And once my critics arrived (the kids) they too were blown away by all the imentiies. Thank you again for sharing this place with us and creating memeories of a lifetime. We will return. If I could give 10 stars I would. Again, so appreciative of everything that was available to us.

I meet my daughter and sister had a great stay. The condo was very nice, large space, and well kept. Would have liked having shampoo and balcony, but those are minor items. I would like to suggest to lowering the wattage of the light-bulbs, they were extremely bright, but still had no impact on the condo. They had more then enough beach chairs and supplies which was great! We enjoyed our stay.

The place was clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay including kitchen stuff and bathroom towels. It was a little noisy at times, the front bedroom had foot traffic out front and the back bedroom had a toilet that was running all night/day. When I stay in a place I think it's courtesy for the owner to let the renter know if someone will be stopping by so you don't have a random person show up at the door asking to come in to change out something with the cable/internet- when everything was working fine. Then when said cable/internet person finished they asked one of my fellow guests to sign the receipt and leave their social security number. What?! There is no need for a guest renter to sign anything and especially give a strange repair man your ssn! That made me and my guests very uncomfortable. Besides that the condo is a great location next to the beach.

My fiancé and I just stayed in 100-las brisas for our vacation and loved it. Though from the street the building can seem a little sketchy, the condo is wonderful and has everything you could ever need for a beach vacation...just bring your swim suit! The unit was very clean and colorful just what you want when going to the beach. Though this is the only unit in the building that faces the street and does not have a beach view, once off the elevator you are just steps to the soft white sand of Madeira beach. We spent every morning lounging on the beach watching Dolphins jump for hours. We loved the location of las brisas and how easy it was to walk to places from here. A couple of local restaurants are just across the street. Johns Pass fishing village is just about 3 miles up the street and has several cute little shops and restaurants. ITrip staff was so helpful to us and our needs we will be returning for sure and have decided to make Madeira beach our yearly vacation spot!

Review of 100 Las Brisas

I was familiar with this particular unit from approximately 4 (four) years ago. I really liked the size of the units and decided to rent 100, even though there were less expensive units available. I was somewhat disappointed that the unit and facility in general was not in as good condition as it had been in the past. The stove had a light that indicated a burner was on; it never went off. The toaster only toasted one side of the bread in both slots. The clothes dryer was old and slow so it was necessary to restart the dryer several times to get the clothes dry. The floors of the condo were not clean and there was loose sand on the floors. If a person walked without shoes on, their feet were black. There was no frying pan, so I had to go buy one. The pool restrooms were very unclean on occasions. The maintenance man was on the premises but walked around for over an hour, not doing anything, including checking the restrooms to see if they needed cleaning. Both of the grills had only one working grilling area that worked though there were many areas in each grill. In order to grill, it was necessary to use the one working area in each grill. The garbage chute was full Saturday, Sunday and Monday. This resulted in the floor of the chute room being covered with many bags of empty garbage. It was unfortunate so many things were neglected and unrepaired both in the unit and in the common areas. This review does not give the reviewer the option to assign a rating. If it I would assign 2 1/2 - 3 stars out of 5 stars.
