HOUSE RULES:
It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA Home Sharing Dept. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.
This is a short-term rental property only. No Tenants rights apply. You must check-out on the date your contract finishes.
We collect separate $3,000 refundable security deposit that is required prior to arrival.
* Minimum age to book is 30 years old. Valid photo ID will be required, as well as names and ages of all your Guests.
* Check-in is after 4 PM. Self check in w unique door codes
* Check out is at 11 AM
MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS - 6 (includes infants)
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $200 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.
NO SMOKING If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine and the cost to eliminate residual odors.
NO PETS of any kind. Owner highly allergic.
NO U.S. Mail permitted. Only delivery or packages allowed with Concierge on-site.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times. All outside visitors must be pre-approved.
A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.
NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $1000 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.
NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.
* You will provide valid photo IDs of all Adult guests
In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.
NO Film Production or Commercial Photoshoots. We require Management approval, separate hourly rate based on crew count, COI and FilmLA permit

It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of Los Angeles and we also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. All your guests must READ our House Rules prior to your arrival.
iTrip Los Angeles reserves the right to ask the Guests to vacate the premises with no refund should any of these rules be violated and unresolved. No refund of monies will be issued due to violation of the house rules, noise ordinances, or occupancy limits. Guests agree to follow any and all House Rules provided to them by iTrip Los Angeles, as well as any and all rules of the Homeowners Association where the property is located, and any and all City or County ordinances in the area where the property is located. Any and all legal matters arising out of this agreement shall be adjudicated in the city in which you are renting. ALL GUESTS hereby acknowledge and agree to follow all house rules, neighborhood rules and city laws and ordinances.
LOST & FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler's expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out.

If the Police are called out a second time, guests will be immediately evicted with no refund. Guests shall be liable for any and all costs incurred by Property Management as a result.
QUIET HOURS: City of LA Mandatory Noise Ordinance 10 pm – 7 am **
No Loud Voices or Outdoor Music are allowed during these times. Our NoiseAware technology will alert us after 10pm if you're in Violation and our local team will arrive to address the complaint.
City of LA has been cracking down on party houses in the Hollywood Hills. Any loud noises/music reported by neighbors or if police are called you will be charged a fine.

** Upon check-out inspection if it is discovered that any extra cleaning or stain removal or smoke smell or any damages are required, you agree to pay any additional cleaning and damage fees.
