Formerly a celebrity owned estate, experience a luxurious Spanish Villa tucked in the Hollywood Hills with designer touches, curated art work, grand chandeliers, and manicured landscaping. Bring your family together again and entertain them under our outdoor strung lights in our lush and scenic courtyards. Open up all (5) of our double French doors in our grand Living Room and embrace our indoor - outdoor living spaces. Casa Escaleras has 5 separate outdoor spaces filled with bougainvillea, orange, lemon, olive trees, rose garden and 2 more water fountain features. Plus the musician in your group will love our grand piano to entertain by the fireplace.
Grab a seat by our front water fountain and say Hello to hikers or you'll never know which celebrity neighbor you will see walking their dog. You will find such peace in discovering your own favorite zen spot for your first cup of coffee/tea, meditate, yoga (we even provide yoga matt) or sip the day away with sunset views of Hollywood Hills over a glass of wine.

It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA HSR22-001917. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.
* Minimum age to book is 30 years old. Valid photo ID will be required, as well as names and ages of all your Guests.
* Check-in is after 4 PM. We greet all our Guests.
* Check out is at 11 AM
MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS - 8 (includes infants and children under 2 yrs age)
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $200 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times.
A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip Vacations Hollywood in writing prior to the arrival date.
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $1000 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.
NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.
* You will provide the Full Names and Ages of all your guests
* In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.
NO FILMING/PHOTOSHOOTS - must require prior approval by Management
In order to maintain the property we have our gardeners servicing the property. Please note that sometimes we may on rare occasions need to adjust the days of service due to weather/rain or other unexpected events.
