Enjoy and relax in this large two-story 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath beach condo that has been recently redesigned with nice finishing touches throughout. Our floor plan makes this property feel very large and it is, in fact a very large 2 bedroom condo. Everyone will feel like they have ample room to relax.
Enjoy our vacation home, where modern design and conveniences blend seemlessly with in the quiet beach community of the Long Beach Peninsula. We are located near boardwalk of the Long Beach Peninsula with beach access one of most relaxing beaches in Southern California, you are walking distance to the famous Belmont Shore neighborhood with it's shopping, dining, and nightlife. This is a great property for a small family or a couples retreat. Our property is also perfect for extended executive accommodations or snowbird stays during the winter! We do have various beach items for you to use for enjoyment at your own risk. Currently there are stand-up paddle boards (SUPs) and kayaks to use.
Located on one of the quietest stretches of beach in Southern California and a short walk to the best stretch of beach neighborhoods (Belmont Shore), all details have been thoughtfully planned and executed. Probably the most visible – or invisible – features is our expansive living room downstairs with the large windows cov ered by plantation shuittters. The room provides a relaxing mix of seating and entertainment. Custom materials and tastefully-appointed furnishings have been carefully chosen for a monochromatic setting that is relaxing, yet energizing at the same time: the perfect combination for any successful vacation stay!
We are located just two houses in from the beach and just across the street from Naples/Alamitos Bay.

The living room and second bedroom are located on the ground floor. The living room has a large flatscreen TV so you can keep up with the game or the news. The bedroom is large and has both a queen bed and twin bed....a perfect place for the kids! Up the stairs is a gathering area with the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen serves as a central meeting point - which is fully stocked with cooking/dining gear and top of the line appliances. You can choose to cook your meal in the gourmet kitchen or order delivery from one of the areas great restraunts! The main countertop serves as both prep and dining space and there is also a table for dining. You'll be sure to enjoy the kitchen if you decide to eat in and make a great meal during your vacation.
As you continue through the second floor, the master bedroom is just downt he hall and is HUGE. It has a King bed and ample closet space for clothes with an en suite full bathroom.
The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and twin bed. A closet with ample space for clothes.
There are 2 1/2 bathrooms. The full bathrooms each have a shower/tub combo.
Please be aware that this is entirely a non-smoking property and no pet property.
PARKING: There are two (2) parking spaces. One in the garage and on is in-front of our garage.
Check-in time: 4 p.m. on the arrival date
Check-out time: 10 a.m. on the departure date
Certain weeks of the summer season have nightly minimums. July 4th week is a 7-night minimum. If you have specific dates in mind, please reach out to us and we will try to make them work!
Locals know the 1.5-mile-long stretch with the harbor on one side and a broad, sandy California beach on the other as “the Peninsula.” You'll find that many local enjoy our beach for it's laid-back atmosphere and the sand volleyball courts (we have one in front of the house). A short walk to the bayside of the peninsula, you will be able to rent a paddle board or take a Gondola ride around Naples Island.
We have implemented CDC Approved cleaning. Using additional sanitizing and anti-bacterial products, especially on "high-touch" items. Staying in a vacation rental can be safer than hotels and you control your environment.
Please be advised this is a strict NO PETS AND NON-SMOKING/VAPING property. We are also considerate of our neighbors and we have a strict NO PARTY policy in place. Please note that our properties may have electronic devices installed such as electronic locks, front door cameras, or noise monitors. There are no video recording devices inside the property.
The Long Beach Peninsula is a beach community and sometimes the tides can be high and the local governement might enact safety measures to prevent beach erosion, including the building of sand berms. We do remind our guest that we are fortunate to have access to two beaches, with the second being a few blocks down on both the coastal side and on Alamitos Bay.

Tuesday is trash removal day, place bins on curb on 56th Place after 7pm on Monday day evening and bring them in after the trash has been collected.
If you are departing on Sunday, we ask that you remove trash from the home and take the bins out to the curb in front of the garage (street).
It is important that you remember trash pick-up because Long Beach Pennisula is a small area and there is not room for excess waste.
We have two parking spaces. One is inside the garage (left side) and in front of our garage.
STREET PARKING
Street parking can sometimes be congested. If you park on the street, please be aware of trash schedule and street sweeping schedules. The city will ticket and tow cars that are on the street during these hours.
Please feel free to parallel park a car in front of our garage. When parking in front of the garage, do not park on or block the side walk. Police may issue a ticket if any part of the car in on or blocking the sidewalk. If you Street parking is available as well.
DOOR ACCESS
2-3 days prior to your check-in you will recieve an email with the front door access code.
CHECK IN / OUT TIME
Check-in time is 4 pm local time. Check-out time is 10:00am.
CHECK-OUT REMINDER
Plan your time the night before checkout and the morning of checkout so that you can finish on time. Late checkout results in additional charges to us, and may result in additional charges to you.
To avoid an extra $50 cleaning fee, please make sure all trash has been removed, linens have been removed and placed in a pile, and the dishwasher is loaded and turned on.
INTERNET ACCESS
Internet access is provided. Please use the iTrip App or the Guide Book in the home for WIFI network name and password.
CLIMATE CONTROL
This property has a heater only and AC. There are fans throughout the house in the event of a above average heat.
NO SMOKING
Smoking (both traditional, 420, and electronic) are not allowed inside or on the property at anytime. Violation of this house rule can be cause immediate removal without any refund.
PETS
We are a no pet property. However, assistance dogs, depending on size, are allowed only with prior approval.

AMENITIES
- Beach towels are provided. Please do not remove the bath towels provided.
- A supply of paper products has been provided to last 3-4 days. Extra rolls are kept in the cabinets. Additional needs beyond this are your responsibility.
