Great La Quinta home

This house was very comfortable and extremely clean and neat. The two king size suites were so nice for our friends and ourselves. Our son stayed in the casita and enjoyed the quietness and pleasant surroundings. The kitchen was well stocked and maintained. We used the grill a few times which was fantastic. Our granddaughters so enjoyed the pool which is a very nice size. Our trip was great and we would return to this house again and again. Thanks!

Great stay at PGA West

We had 3 couples for our one week stay. The two suites inside the main house with king beds were very nice. The casita was nice as well but does have a queen size bed. The home was very clean when we arrived. The pool area was great with a fantastic view of the golf course and mountain backdrop. Thanks to the staff from this home, a water problem at the casita was handled immediately. Would return to this property again.

Lovely home....

Lovely home, great location, beautiful view of golf course, mountains, etc. Convenient location to La Quinta center. Neither bedroom in the main house has a dresser, which is difficult if your stay is a two weeks or longer.The closets have adequate hanging poles, but no shelving to put things on that you fold. A few other small items which need to be addressed have been communicated to the agent to pass on to the owners. Otherwise great house, great location.

This home was perfect for our family with adult children. As you walk in it has a great open view of the pool and golf course. The sun rose to the right and and sunsets on the mountains easily seen to the left view. Open flow living and kitchen area. The hot tub was a hit and the pool perfect temperature to float around in. The kitchen was stocked nicely and had a few days supplies of basic cleaning products. The location is next to a common pool so only neighbors on one side. Plenty of nice quality outdoor patio furniture. On site agents were very quick to respond to a service request. We will book this unit again!

Not the perfect Stay, but Satisfied

The house was perfect, the weather was great, unfortunately the next door neighbors had some loud construction going on for a couple days of our stay. Of course, this was not ideal, and not really the fault of the agency, but we negotiated to make it right and we were eventually satisfied. Would definitely rent again sans construction!

The house was clean, and ready early on the day of arrival. Great location, easy access. We had a couple issues one with the AC the other with the spa. Enjoyed our first getaway since Covid for a two week stay at 80968 Hermitage in La Quinta. The house is well equipped and is located just a short drive from Old La Quinta, which offers a number of restaurant options. Communication with property managers was excellent. They were very responsive to a couple of minor issues.

Beautiful home and location!

What a beautiful home and the view can’t be beat! The home was spacious and we loved having the casita for grandma to join us! The location is so quiet. It’s a little far out in La Quinta from Palm Springs but there a grocery store down the street, restaurants nearby and Old Town La Quinta was only about 10 mins away. We loved getting up in the morning to the views of the pool, palm trees and golf course and enjoyed taking walks around the neighborhood. We felt very safe. The WiFi was pretty slow but we took our phones off WiFi and it was fine. If you book, do not follow the directions of you have an iPhone. Follow the directions they send you because it takes you to the back gate which you can’t access. We paid to have the pool heated and even though it was a little cool and windy out girls loved playing in the pool and then warming up in the hot tub. We would 100% return!!

This was a beautiful property in a breathtaking location in PGA west. Elizabeth in reservations was spot on guiding us through the rental process and setting up our visit so it all went well. The property was very clean and well equipped. The layout was very spacious. The outside space was good. We were concerned about being on the golf course but it was quiet and relaxing. No balls ended up in the pool or patio. Management was prompt in answering any question. The sofa was uncomfortable but the beds were good.

This house was wonderful! Each bedroom had its own private bathroom and very roomy! Shelving in the closets would have been nice to set clothes on, but we add do. La Quinta is so nice and quiet, we loved it. Great kitchen, pool was wonderful, loved the view! The only real downside was the sofa......looks big and comfy but slides on tile and sections kept sliding apart.....a little adjustment to the sofa and you'll have perfection! We would defiantly stay again!

Great First Vacation in the Palm Springs Area

Our group of 6 stayed in the Mountain View Weisskopf home for Coachella Weekend 2 and we enjoyed every minute. The pictures don’t do the house justice when it comes to how spacious the place. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom, allowing privacy and space for each couple. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The pool was definitely our favorite part and the spa was so relaxing to be in after spending hours at the festival. The staff is really prompt if you run into any problems as well. We discovered a hole in the coffee pot one morning when trying to make coffee and someone replaced it with a whole new coffee maker a couple hours later after finding out. A pool guy was also sent to clean up the leaves in the pool from the windy day before. We’re already looking forward to our next Palm Springs vacay!

We stayed for a full month at the beautiful Weisskopf home and enjoyed every single day. A beautiful place as well as overall excellent weather conditions made our stay very pleasant. Several very nice golf courses can be reached by car within a reasonable time frame. The support by the itrip team (Cindi and others) was highly appreciated and worked perfectly.
