-This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME: A non-refundable Pet Fee of $250 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. The Pet Fee is $350 for 2 dogs. Contact us regarding dog rules at the beach.

-Maximum Occupancy: 11 Occupants: Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.

-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

-No events or parties. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.

-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.

Cancellation 60 days or more before your stay will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Cancellation 60 days or less before your stay will not receive a refund unless the same dates are re-booked. If that occurs you will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Additional details with regards to cancellation policies and procedures may be found in Section #15 of the Rental Agreement as provided at checkout.

This is our second time at this house and we’ve absolutely enjoyed both times. All the rooms are spacious and clean. The walk to the beach is short and the amenities that are provided are just what you need on a family vacation. We have booked with multiple houses are Kure and Carolina beach and none compare to this house. Babies are able to nap due to multiple floors, we’re all able to eat together due to the big living area and kitchen, and we’re able to have so much fun in the basement with ping pong and games. We do wish that there was something to contain the flies by the trash but that is really all the complaints I have!

We reserved Bella Playa for a week in August with our family right next-door in Bella Mar! Bella Playa was absolutely beautiful. It is welcoming, inviting, open, and clean! The furniture is comfortable and everyone had a space to enjoy our time during the week, including our dog! Everything we needed was on hand and nearby…. Like the beach! This is an excellent place to stay in Kure Beach. It is very clean, spacious, well-appointed with all basic amenities and the communication from the property owner is spot on! The layout with bedrooms on multiple floors is perfect for large families who need their own space while also having a large area for being together. You can see the ocean from the 3rd floor and is a plus for those who want a water view and the elevator is a great enhancement for those who have issues with steps or just for convenience with loading and unloading. This property is also close to the pier and an access to the beach. We rented a golf car during our stay and I would definitely recommend that as it makes traveling to those points of interest quick and easy. I can highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay again.

The first thing you notice once inside is the level of furnishings and decorations of this rental vs. anything we've experienced before in this price range. Many times when renting at the beach you get the sense that everything was used elsewhere in a previous life. This house feels like it was well thought through and decorated to appeal to guests that want to feel comfortable and at home. The next thing you notice is the size of the place. Again comparing to other rentals, this is a huge house and although it may have the same number of beds and bedrooms as others, there is just more room on every floor to spread out and not feel like you've loaded your 10lb family into a 5lb box! Next is the location as everything is walk-able, from the beach to downtown Kure. Not having to deal with paid parking is a huge positive and makes life so much easier. Overall the house and the grounds were clean and well maintained. The communication to and from Itrip was perfect. Literally 0 issues with a beach rental is almost unheard of, but our experience was about as perfect as it gets. Thanks Itrip!

We greatly enjoyed our time at Bella Playa! There was ample space for family time and the proximity to the beach was great. It was such an easy walk. We had a slight issue with the elevator and we received a very quick response which resolved the issue and that was greatly appreciated. We enjoyed the view at the Kure Beach home at 325 N 3rd (Bella Playa) . It was very spacious clean and we could tell well maintained. They had plenty of kitchen appliances and utensils . It was very smart to put two sets of towels in the bathrooms , it made it easy to account for them. They had plenty of beach supplies and it was a very short walk to the beach. We walked to almost everywhere because house was centrally located. The rental company was very nice and on top of things and punctual.

Second time staying at Bella Playa in Kure Beach because we had such a great time two years ago. The house is perfect for multiple families. It was clean and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our time here. The house had everything we were looking for, close proximity to beach, elevator, multiple bedrooms ect. We had 5 adults, 4 kids and had plenty of room. My husband and I spent 2 weeks working remotely in Kure Beach. Bella Playa was the perfect home away from home for us. The house was bright and well laid out, the appliances were all modern and well maintained. The bathrooms are up to date with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The neighborhood was very walkable and everyone was incredibly friendly. The elevator made the house a good fit for our senior dog. We loved going to church outdoors at the pavilion on Sunday morning. We'd definitely return to Bella Playa!

Our Kure Beach family vacation at Bella Playa was awesome! The location (two minutes from the beach and boardwalk) was ideal and the size of the townhome was great! Also, the property was very clean inside upon arrival. I highly recommend this property. We plan on returning next year.

This is our second Thanksgiving with our grown children and their spouses and grandchildren. Everyone loved Bella Playa! The layout gave each family some privacy and the elevator made check-in and check-out a breeze since we didn't have to climb a bunch of stairs with all of our food and bags. Although the weather wasn't perfect, we still made it to the beach and the large supply of beach chairs and the wagon was much appreciated to carry everything there. One of the highlights of the trip was the ping pong table in the garage that kept all of us entertained in between watching football and eating.

We were a group of college friends in town with husbands and children for one of our friends' wedding. The size of the house was perfect for our large group, everyone had their own space to retreat to yet the kitchen and living areas were spacious enough for all of us to gather. Our only complaints were little things that would help things function a little better - ie no indoor mats at the doors made it harder to not track in sand and water, not much hanging space inside for bathing suits and towels. Nothing that really impeded us from having a nice time or any faults with the house itself, just touches that would have been nice. The upstairs balcony was very nice for evenings after the kids went to bed for adults to have a cocktail and listen to the waves crash. Proximity to the beach was perfect and the availability of toys and chairs was very nice to have for those of us that flew and couldn't bring such items. We enjoyed evening walks to the pier and arcade as well. Overall, we all enjoyed our time and wish we could have stayed longer!

Great floor layout of the house when you needed privacy you could find it and the top floor was great to entertain, eat and view the ocean from balcony. A short walk to the beach made it easy to commute back and forth during the day and pop up rain storms. Attentive and responsive management company that fixed any minor hiccups. Stayed at Bella Playa in Kure Beach and was pleasantly surprised with how clean and spacious it was. We were all impressed with the amount of furniture in the house. The kitchen was bright with five counter stools, dining table with six chairs and a bistro table to accommodate four. All bathrooms were spotless and bedrooms were spacious. Short walk to beach. My extended family of 9 stayed at Bella Playa very comfortably recently. There was lots of room for sleeping and hanging out. The house was decorated very cute and beachy, and was very clean upon our arrival. There's a ping-pong table in the garage that the kids loved playing with and the house is an easy walk to the public access entrance at the beach. We had an issue with the freezer while we were there and Itrip sent someone right out to check it and they even brought a bag of ice! The house has an elevator too, which was so helpful for my parents who were staying with us. Would definitely book with them again in the future!

Property was exactly as described. There was room for everyone in our party of ten to gather for meals in the dining areas, plenty of seating for movies and popcorn and also provided private space for “me” time. Access to the beach was easy with the chairs and wagon. Our young granddaughters loved the large walk in shower. The kitchen was bright clean and functional with a very large frig and the counter seating was very convenient. The start up supplies were more than adequate for our stay. There was also convenient local access. We would highly recommend this property and would use it again on any future Kure Beach trips.

The location of the house was a short walk from beach access and a park with tennis courts. The house was convenient to many attractions in the area including the pier in Kure Beach and the Fort Fisher Aquarium. The folks at iTrip Vacations were terrific with their communication, knowledge and professionalism.

Bella Playa was great. There was plenty of room for our 2 families and several teens. Had a great time playing ping pong and spending time at the beach. There were a ton of beach chairs and a wagon available to get all of our stuff to the beach. Enjoyed a morning walk to the pier each morning. The kitchen was fully stocked. We had brought several kitchen items but didn’t need them as the unit had it. It even had a large pot for our seafood boil! Yummy. The living room and kitchen are on the third floor so we had a good view of the beach and there was ample seating for everyone. The elevator was helpful to get all of the food upstairs. I would highly recommend!

The house was as described in the listing. However, it's much better in person! We put the beach wagon & chairs to good use. We only used the elevator on check in & check out days. It was very handy! The stairs weren't that bad but with all the food and luggage it would've been no fun. The second floor Primary bedroom had a HUGE closet and shower. The King bed was also very comfortable! Bedding and linens were of good quality. I brought pillows, towels and blankets just in case but didn"t need them. The TV was an added bonus but I really didn't spend that much time in the room to use it. The room with the bunk beds and futon were enjoyed by the kids. The porch on the 2nd floor was nice with the rocking chairs to sit on when it was raining. Very quiet street, lots of houses around and still quiet. The laundry machine was helpful to wash beach towels and I went home with clean laundry which was a plus. The top floor is where we spent the most time. It felt very comfortable, like home. The Primary bedroom and bathroom had no complaints. I didn't sleep in there or go in there so I can't write a fair review. That bathroom is the only one on that floor. I would always go downstairs to mine but it is good to know for planning. The kitchen is huge! We made spaghetti and tacos during our stay. There is ample seating at a formal dining table, a high bistro table (with a nice view of the ocean) and at the kitchen counter (on high stools.) The couches are so comfortable with lots of pillows. Side tables and coffee tables made for easy snack and drink spots while relaxing on the couch. The top floor porch was my favorite. I liked the high chairs to sit and listen to the ocean. I also appreciated the ceiling fans! You will surely enjoy this location as we did!

The most beautiful home on the block! My family loved everything about this home. Not only will we stay again each year when we visit but we will tell everyone we know about the family business ITrip! We support family owned and we support this business! From 15 years of law enforcement to my service in the military I really value giving my family a better life and making it worth our time together! This not only added so much joy to my family but peace and tranquility! I felt so at home and it was absolutely beautiful!

We enjoyed our stay at Bella Playa very much. The info provided online was very accurate with respect to the amenities. The walk to the beach was as advertised - public beach access just across the main street from the house. The house is very bright and cheerful and very clean. They did a great job communicating with us, checking in via text and email both. We had a few questions while we were there and the team was very responsive to us and checked in mid-week as well. Highly recommend Bella Playa for your vacation!

My siblings and I booked Bella Playa for our annual vacation. There were 6 of us total and the house was very spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean and beautiful. The home has an open floor concept on the top level which was perfect when some of us were cooking and others just hanging out. The garage had all the perfect beach amenities - ping pong table, grill and beach chairs. The folks at iTrip were extremely responsive before and during the trip. They even posted a Sign saying Happy Birthday to my brother and sister (twins). I’m so glad for the experience we had at Bella Playa and will gladly book w iTrip in the future.
