-This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME: A non-refundable Pet Fee of $250 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. The Pet Fee is $350 for 2 dogs. Contact us regarding dog rules at the beach.

-Maximum Occupancy: 12 Occupants: Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.

-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

-No events or parties. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.

-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.

-No uninvited guests without permission.

North Carolina Beaches

Cancellation 60 days or more before your stay will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Cancellation 60 days or less before your stay will not receive a refund unless the same dates are re-booked. If that occurs you will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Additional details with regards to cancellation policies and procedures may be found in Section #15 of the Rental Agreement as provided at checkout.

My family was very pleased with accommodations at Bella Mar. anything we could have needed was provided. The house was spacious and ample room for all of us. Easy access to the beach, plenty of chairs provided. The locals are friendly and welcoming. Close proximity to grocery stores and dining. But enough provided in the kitchen to allow for cooking and grilling. Highly recommend this home.

The house has so much space for a large family. We had 8 adults and 3 kids. We loved the convenience of the elevator, especially going from the first floor to the third. The living room and kitchen was spacious. The host seem to have thought of everything. There were lots of chairs, beach carts and toys. It is a very short walk to the beach from the house. On the third-floor deck, there is a great view of the ocean. We will definitely be coming back.

We had a great week at this wonderful property. We had guests from 18 months to grampa age. We really appreciated the elevator which helped getting people and packages to the third floor. The view of the ocean from the third floor porch/deck was great. We've never been in a place that had so many kitchen and beach accessories available for us and the ping pong matches will be legendary!

What a beautiful house! This huge house was so close to the beach. It was one of the best stocked kitchens, in terms of pots/pans/utensils I’ve ever seen in a rental. We had 9 people and we were extremely comfortable. Loved the large kitchen table which made the perfect Phase10 playing space. TVs in each room which was so nice! If you’re coming to Kure, try to stay here!!

This is our 4th summer stay at Bella Mar. Firstly, we enjoy Kure, nice and clean beach, not as crowded as nearby beaches. Secondly, Bella Mar is adequately appointed, very light and well laid out. The balcony provides a tranquil start to each morning. Enough room for out extended family of 10 and we aren't all on top of each other! Thirdly, block and a half to the beach via nearby access. All of these equates to return stay next summer! Madison and staff at itrip always provide timely communications before during and after the stay.

My family really enjoyed our stay at Bella Mar. We had absolutely everything we needed for the week. The house is beautiful and perfect for our family of 10 as well as the dog. The house is conveniently located near the beach, good restaurants and grocery stores. It also came furnished with beach equipment which made the kids happy. We stayed as a group of 4 families and everyone had good time. Everything was as it was supposed to be in the house, nice and clean. No complaints. They even have hot shower in the backyard to rinse off the sand from the beach. Beach is just couple of mins walk and you see and hear the ocean from the balcony. We had a memorable stay.

We had a wedding to attend at Ft. Fisher and needed a place for the whole family to stay. 3 generations. I was a little worried about having everybody in close quarters, but Bella Mar is not close quarters. It is beautiful and spacious and we all had plenty of room to be together or on our own.

If you’re looking for a large house in close vicinity to the beach then this is it! The condo is beautiful and all of the touches they put into it were greatly appreciated. I was on vacation, but with a kitchen like that I didn’t even mind cooking every day! I will say I wish there were more common items like sugar, flour, aluminum foil, and containers with lids (for leftovers). We just had to make an extra trip to the store to purchase the items so it wasn’t too big of a deal. The house is literally a 3 minute walk to the beach and they really do have everything in the house you need to enjoy your days there. And less than a 10 min car ride brings you to the boardwalk. You definitely could walk to it, but I had a 2 year old and no stroller so we drove. We had a couple small issues and the property manager was quick to respond and was helpful. And there’s an elevator in case you missed that in the description. It made carrying the suitcases upstairs SO MUCH easier! If we come back to this area we will definitely stay here again.

The Bella Mar is a great beach house that is absolutely bigger then it looks in the pictures, it easily accommodated all of my friends with room to spare, the walk to the beach is 2 minutes only and the area was very quiet. I highly recommend anyone who is thinking about staying here to go ahead and book now.

Bella Mar was the perfect house for a beach vacation for multiple families. We had 3 families in total. I loved that this house had 3 master bedrooms so no arguments over who gets the master. Walking to the beach took 5 mins, which is great with young kids. A 10 minute walk to a few small shops, restaurants, and the Pier. Around 10 minute drive to Publix for groceries. We grilled daily with either the charcoal or propane grill. Kids enjoyed having the ping pong table in the garage. Management was quick to respond when the internet went down. I would definitely go back.

This house was perfect for our family (11 people) it was very clean upon arrival and very spacious. The beach is only a short walk away and came with many beach essentials. Kure Beach was very beautiful and we would definitely rent this home again.

Our group of 11 stayed at Bella Mar for 3 nights and loved every minute! Everything was extremely clean which was highly important to us during this time of Covid-19. The beach toys and chairs were very appreciated and came in handy. The elevator was very helpful in hauling our luggage in on 3 different floors. The beds were very comfortable and the showers in the master bedrooms where amazing! I wish we could have brought them home with us! There was plenty of room for us to spread out and lots of places for us to gather comfortably. We made many fun memories and are excited to book with iTrip again in the future! The fact that we could contact iTrip via text was a huge plus. I always got a quick and friendly response. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We spent two weeks at Bella Mar for Christmas and it was just perfect! We were very hesitant to travel with the pandemic, but wanted to be close to our local family for the holiday. Upon arrival, we were very happy to find that the house was very clean and sanitized. The 3 levels are very spacious and provided plenty of space for us, 3 adults and 5 kids. The elevator is so helpful to bring in all of our belongings and groceries. The kitchen layout is great, and two adults could easily cook together without issue. The kids loved sitting at the breakfast bar for their meals! All the beds were super comfortable, plenty of closet space in each bedroom. There is a beautiful view of the ocean from the third floor balcony and just a few minutes to walk right over to the beach. Nice boardwalk access that you can walk along the beach and leads you right to Kure Beach Pier! Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Bella Mar, and have already begun talking about when we can return!

Bella Mar was perfect for our yearly Thanksgiving getaway with Family. Our families all gathered to Kure Beach and stayed at Bella Mar for the week. It was PERFECT! We all had our own King Sized bed suite, all on different floors. The living room is spacious and perfect to all gather and enjoy family time. The elevator was a huge plus for my Mother who can not walk up stairs and for loading and unloading all your luggage. The walk to the beach is a quick walk down the street and the views from the balcony were perfect to watch the sunsets from. iTrip NC Beaches was a pleasure to deal with and provide amazing service! This was a beautiful little townhouse. Great value for the money. Lots of space, lots of beds. Great for families with kids, or several different couples that need their space. Very close to the beach, a square half-block walk away. Very pleasant neighbors. Very clean spaces, lots of bathrooms, some for private bedrooms. No pets allowed, and they are very careful about desiring no sand, so just be careful and courteous to clean up after yourself, and this will be a great stay for all invovled!

Bella Mar is not only beautiful, it is perfectly close to the beach, with amazing sunrises seen from the top porch! Loved the accommodations, was very clean, decorated well, and beds super comfortable! Loved having the garage stocked with sand toys and beach chairs, and the ping pong table was a hit with the teens! We loved having our family there, and only wished we could have stayed longer!! We stayed at beautiful Bella Mar over the Labor Day Weekend and loved it! The place was spacious and fit our party of 9 perfectly! We found the home very clean, the beds comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the elevator very convenient. The top deck provided a wonderful view with my morning coffee! My family and I were looking for a getaway at a spot that we feel safe and is thoroughly clean based on CDC guidelines. Bella Mar surpassed our expectations. This place is beautiful inside and out. We are a group from UNCW doing service with Habitat for Humanity over spring break and this was comfortable space we needed at the end of working all day. This home was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The colorful interior and tasteful artwork did not go unappreciated. The three couples in our party each had their own floor, which provided lots of privacy. The upper level housed a large living/kitchen to enjoy time together. Bella Mar is a great place to host a large family gathering. We easily slept 12 people. With three of the five bedrooms having an en suite bathroom, it was easy to accommodate families at different stages of life. My 91-year-old father was very comfortable all the way down to our two-year-old grandson and his seven-year-old sister and their parents. The kitchen is adequately stocked, if you want specialty items such as a certain baking pan, you may want to bring it yourself. The house is newly redecorated, with beautiful bright beach colors. You are about two blocks away from the beach, But because the houses in front of Bella Mar are low, you have a pretty good unobstructed view of the ocean. Highly recommend!

We were mostly very pleased with Bella Mar. It was a big place, which worked well for our big family. The main living space is on the third floor, which is a little inconvenient at times, especially with a couple babies/toddlers, but the space itself was very nice and worked great for hanging out in a big group. The bedrooms were mostly very good, the exception being the bunk bed room and the 1st floor room with a pull-out couch. In both rooms, the mattresses left something to be desired. Our only other complaint was the lack of towels. We were short on bath towels (less than one per person, I believe) and there was only 1 dish towel. It's a minor thing, but it would have been nice to have a few more of each. All in all, we had a great stay! The house fit our needs very well, and it was great that we did not have to book it for the entire week. The proximity to the beach was wonderful, with beach access 1 block away. And the beach itself was great too. Though it is a very narrow beach, it was quiet and not very crowded at all, giving us plenty of space to stretch out. If we ever go back to Kure beach, we would consider this place again in our search.

I stayed at Bella mar during the end of July/ beginning of August. The house was fantastic! The master suite has hands down the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Even the pillows were amazing! My step dad, who is older, really benefited from the elevator. There were a few issues with the house (wasp nest under the deck, leaky windowsill during a torrential thunderstorm) but we had direct access to the management company and they were able to help us out swiftly. I think the best part about this house was the proximity to the beach. We were only two blocks away! It’s so nice to walk to the beach, instead of having to pack up a car and drive. And Kure Beach is where it’s at. The town is beautiful and you won’t find any ugly buildings covering up the ocean view (like in Carolina Beach). The streets are pristine and the houses are all shades of pastel. It’s quite the lovely town!! I would definitely stay here again.
