Bec's Beach Bungalow is an adorable 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom beach cottage, just one block from the beautiful shores of Kure Beach! Located close to the Kure Beach Pier, this vacation retreat offers the perfect blend of coastal comfort and convenience. This pet friendly cottage has an outdoor seating area and a fenced yard.

Step inside and discover a cozy retreat. With its cottage design, this home has no stairs to climb! The living room features a wall-mounted TV, sofa with full size pull out, and easy access to the dining area and kitchen. The dining area comfortably sits 4 indoors with additional seating for 4 on the outside patio.

The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, with a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, ensuring restful nights of sleep after a day of beachside adventures. This home features one full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Fresh linens and towels are provided for your convenience, so you can focus on enjoying your time at the beach.

Bec's is just 1 block from the ocean, with easy access to the pristine beaches of Kure Beach. Sunbathing, surfing, or beach combing, you'll find something to love about the nearby beaches. Explore the local attractions, including the Kure Beach Pier, Fort Fisher State Recreation Area, and the Fort Fisher State Historic Site.

This property also features a separate 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit on the opposite side of the garage, which is not included in this listing. -This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME: A non-refundable Pet Fee of $250 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. The Pet Fee is $350 for 2 dogs. Contact us regarding dog rules at the beach.

-Maximum Occupancy: 7 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.

-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

-No events or parties. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.

-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.

-No uninvited guests without permission.

-This home has exterior security cameras for your safety.
