-Maximum Occupancy: 6 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.

-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

-No events or parties. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.

-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.

-No uninvited guests without permission.

-No golf carts without written permission from us.

iTrip NC Beaches Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 60 days or more before your stay will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Cancellation 60 days or less before your stay will not receive a refund unless the same dates are re-booked. If that occurs you will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Additional details with regards to cancellation policies and procedures may be found in Section #15 of the Rental Agreement as provided at checkout.

We cannot say enough about the view and the beauty of being so close to the ocean! The sound of the ocean could be heard even through the closed sliding glass doors, and I loved falling asleep to the roaring sea. Then, waking up to a sunrise and enjoying breakfast on the deck was simply wonderful! The inside of the condo was great too, and the decor just made me happy. It was the nicest place I have ever stayed!

What a great getaway. We stayed at a property called Sand Castle and it was nearly perfect. We honestly would not have changed a thing. The unit was clean and everything operated as it should. ITrip communication was wonderful. This is the first time we rented with a contrast utilized text messaging and we really liked the responsiveness. The only issue we ran into was the hot tub at the resort (Wild Dunes) was not working. It Southampton e changed our plans but would have been good to know before we went over for a soak. All in all, we are already taking about our next stay there with iTrip.

We had a wonderful long weekend on Kure Beach. The lodging was right on the beach and we went to sleep and woke up to the sound of crashing waves. Just a mile from Kure Beach pier and the aquarium, this was the perfect place for a restful stay. Had a fantastic family vacation with two teenage daughters. Spent countless hours enjoying the ocean and beach, with very easy access to the condo for occasional breaks/lunch. Enjoyed the pools as well (both outdoor and indoor). No complaints about the condo! Very much appreciated the location - it offered a bit of quiet, but was close enough to the main Kure beach "downtown" area. Also an easy drive to Wilmington area.

We loved our stay at Kure beach! Kure beach was a sleepy beach town with amazing restaurants and close enough to Carolina beach if you wanted more action. The place was right on the sand with beautiful views of the ocean and sunrises! The indoor pool was awesome when we wanted to cool down but needed a break from the sun. My only negatives were the bedroom slider door to the deck was difficult to open and the washer and dryer (which were awesome to have and easy to use) had a very small capacity, necessitating multiple loads. We did have one small issue during our stay and the management was extremely responsive and fixed it asap. Overall fantastic place and we would stay there again!

This is the second time we have rented the Sand Castle. Once again, very relaxing. It is amazing to get out of bed and walk out onto the deck. Especially at high tide and the water is about 50’ from the deck. Amenities are great. The only thing that need some work is the sliding glass door to the balcony from the living room. I figured a way to get leverage and made it easier to open. Great stay.

This condo is absolutely perfect for a small family. My husband and I have a 3 yr old and a 1 yr old. We loved that we could sit on the deck during their nap times and be so close to the beach. I’m talking like throw a baseball and be able to hit the water close. And it was super clean along with providing us items that we haven’t always received at other rentals (such as dishwasher detergent, salt, pepper, some other spices). Would definitely stay here again. The communication was also great and it was nice knowing we could easily contact the renters if we needed to.

We had a great stay at Sand Castle in Kure Beach! We had our teenage children with us and had plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook meals and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from a few minutes down the road. We loved the location of this home, right off the beach with an amazing view and a great deck. The beach was not crowded in this area, which we loved, and if the kids wanted some more action, we could drive down 5-10 minutes to Carolina beach with plenty of shops, restaurants, and a biardwalk. We would definitely return!

This lovely beach escape is well-appointed with all the right touches. Literally steps from the sand with a breathtaking view of the ocean, I was able to relax and enjoy my while feeling right at home. My family had a wonderful stay at Sandcastle! It was the perfect getaway for my little family- my husband and two sons (age 4 and 9 months) to relax and enjoy each other's company. It had everything we needed. We loved the view from our balcony of the crashing waves and sunrises. We enjoyed walking on the beach and playing when the weather allowed. The outside pool was wonderful and the rec center was close by although we didn't get to check it out as we were so busy. We loved visiting the aquarium, walking at Fort Fisher, taking in the sunset at Fort Fisher, checking out Kure Beach pier and arcade, and Carolina Beach boardwalk.

This was our second time staying at Sand Castle. Just like before, location and condo are perfect. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen is well stocked and then there is the ocean. The only reason we really come, to relax and look and listen to the ocean. What better place than in the oversized deck, Captains chairs and beautiful sunrises. I am sad to leave, it have to go home and work to earn some money to come back in October!

This is a beautiful property very close to the ocean. The condo was updated and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The area is beautiful with lots to see and eat! Overall the unit was in very good condition. One issue is the living room sliding glass door that needs to be repaired or replaced. Very difficult to open/close the door. The glass seal is obviously broken as evidenced by the air/water intrusion between the glass panes. We used the bedroom slider to access the balcony.

We loved our stay. Steps from the pool and the beach made this spot perfect for our multigenerational family vaca. The balcony made it possible for my FIL to feel like he was on the beach with us and the kids loved hopping out of bed and being in the water. It was a close drive to restaurants and stores and the accommodations were comfortable and clean. We would stay here again for sure.

We had a wonderful time staying at Sand Castle in Kure Beach with iTrip Vacation Beaches! The hosts made a special birthday sign for my daughter to welcome us, and the condo was super clean. We loved being right on the beach, with direct beach access. Zero complaints about anything (although I would prefer an 11:00am or 12 noon checkout vs 10am). Everything else was great and hopefully we will be back!

This was our first family trip to the beach with our 5 and 2 year old boys. We had a stressful trip driving to the beach because of a flat tire, but once we arrived at the house we instantly felt relaxed with the AMAZING view of the ocean from the deck. The relaxation continued throughout the week thanks to the rental offering all the amenities we needed during our stay, from board games to laundry pods. Thank you for providing a VERY clean house for us to stay. The Ocean Dunes private beach access also made our stay very enjoyable with low traffic on the beach. We are so grateful to have found Sand Castle and would highly recommend to other families wanting an oceanfront property!

We are having such a great time @ Sand Castle on Kure Beach. It's updated with a clean look and feel and has everything we need. Lots of pluses including easy access to the beach and pool. We will certainly be coming back! The customer service is top notch as well.

Thank you for a great vacation! The condo was perfect, very clean, and well stocked with everything we needed! Having the beach just steps away was wonderful. The pools are nice and relaxing, we tried both of them since we were located in between them. We walked to the pier, which took us about 30 minutes. We would come back to Sand Castle!

We had an amazing stay at Sand Castle condo in Kure Beach, NC! The beach was pristine, quiet and we feel asleep each night to the sound of the waves! The newly renovated condo was comfortable and clean. We didn't have any back issues which means the mattresses are awesome! The recreation center was a great place for fun in the pool a couple of days when it was chilly. The condo is close to lots of fun activities too! We went to the aquarium, the carnivorous plant hike, and we had some adventures in Wilmington's Historic District too! All in all a memorable vacation. Itrip Vacations were attentive to our questions and followed up right away. We will be back for sure!

Absolutely gorgeous stay. You can hear the roar of the waves throughout the house and are just a few steps away from the sand. The location of this property has gorgeous rocks perfect for photo opportunities. The area has amazing shops (Majik Beans, Havana's, etc.) within walking distance on or off the beach. Beautiful weekend!

There are not enough good things to say about our week at Sand Castle. Everything was perfect. Condo is absolutely gorgeous. Beds are so comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with essentials to get you started. The views are breathtaking. We had a wonderful relaxing week. Looking forward to returning to Kure Beach in the fall.

not only were the rental logistics low key with ease, the whole setting brought wonderful calm in upfront wide views of crashing ocean waves from waking up with the bright ocean sunrise and winding down with the magical full moonrise during our stay, easy beach access made it SO convenient to pop down to the beach for a visit and then go right back home with no extra effort and we also enjoyed the nearby outdoor gazebos, well cared for and well stocked rental

Really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and nice. Great communication with iTrip Vacations NC Beaches and we were able to check in early. Balcony is very close to the water with great views. We enjoyed watching dolphins from the balcony each morning. Recommended!

The apartment is very comfortable with good amenities, and the shore is so close that it almost looks as if you're above the water when looking over the balcony at high tide. Being near the south end of Kure Beach, we were within walking distance of Fort Fisher and a hiking trail, and only about a mile from the aquarium, the ferry, and a kayak/canoe launch. The Kure Beach restaurants and bars are about a mile in the other direction. We loved it.

This was a great beach getaway! This condo is great! Right on the beach. The part of the beach that it is on is not as crowded as the center of Kure Beach. The condo is modern decorated and very comfortable with all the kitchen accessories you might need. Even has coffee and some spices. Smart TVs in each room with cable. And the owners are extremely helpful! The beginning of my trip we had to deal with a hurricane. I was very anxious about coming during the storm. But they texted and called me to give me all the information I needed. I did text them a few more times while we were there. And they always texted right back. And helped me with whatever they could. I will definetly stay here again!! And recommend it to anyone who wants to stay here!

The condo was clean and inviting when we first arrived. There was a binder in plain site to refer to for activities, dining, and house rules. The outside was in need of a paint job but very comfortable inside.

We had the best time at the Sand Castle! My husband and I took our 21 month old son here for a long weekend summer vacation. The condo was perfect for us. Everything was so clean and the updates were great. The bed in the master was super comfortable too which is always a worry when going on vacation, so that was great. I was really surprised to see how well stocked the kitchen was with supplies and the towels provided were really nice and abundant. The deck is awesome! It really is like having two decks it is that large. The views are truly incredible and one of a kind here. You fee like you are on a cruise ship when looking out from inside the condo. The beach is amazing here as well. It really was not crowded at all when we came so it felt like we had the beach to ourselves most of the time. Before we arrived the rental company let us know that the master bathroom light wasn’t working, but they had already set up an appointment for an electrician to come out. He didn’t make it that night, and couldn’t figure it out the next day, but we really didn’t mind because we had candles and could use the other bathroom. The electrician was able to fix it finally on the last day. We also couldn’t use the pools due to the Covid 19 situation, but I can see that they would be really nice when they open back up. Our unit was walking distance to one of the pools. Just a few things I would point out that could use some updating although the whole place is really great, are: 1. The bath/ shower is original and definitely could use an update. I did appreciate having the bathtub with our toddler though although it was old. 2. The toilets need to be updated. They are really low and do not flush very well, but again this is minor! 3. Get some new deck furniture. There was one tall chair That was on its last leg and the table and chairs were the cheapest things you could find. These would really be my only critiques. We are already dreaming of when we can go back!

We just got back from staying at the best condo we have ever stayed at Carolina Beach, Kure Beach area. My wife, 21-Month-old Son, and I needed a vacation after the 2 months of quarantine, and iTrip did not disappoint! First off, the assurance that the property was going to be cleaned with CDC standards before our arrival was really a big deal to us. Again, iTrip didn't disappoint. This was without a doubt the cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed at. iTrip went above and beyond with the softest, cleanest, embroidered linens and towels that we have ever used. The Condo itself is PERFECT! The amazing view from the deck is worth the price alone. The fact that you don't have to climb flights of stairs to get this view, was one of the things we loved the most. With a 21-month-old and all our beach toys, it was an easy walk to and from the beach. Sand Castle was renovated to perfection! Everything was well thought out and done first class. The Master King-sized bed was so comfortable, we got the best sleep we have ever had while on vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook while we were there, but we also enjoyed some delicious take out and dine in from our local favorites. If you are looking for an Ocean Front Condo, with easy access to the beach and amenities like an indoor/Outdoor Pool, you HAVE to book Sand Castle! This place and iTrip NCB are TOP NOTCH!
