The Private Pool area features a unique Water Fountain feature to enjoy in or out of the Pool. There is a large Patio Table with Seating for up to 6 guests and there are 4 Sun Loungers for relaxing.

The Gourmet Kitchen boasts Stainless Steel Appliances, Upgraded Small Appliances, Modern built in Oven/Microwave combination and a built in Stove Top. This very spacious floor plan provides all the counter space and cooking room any vacation chef could ask for!

March, 2022 - 5 Stars -This home was perfect for our month stay in February. The home is just as it's listed. The 2nd floor laundry was a treat I didn't expect. Great place for a girlfriend getaway. Everyone has their own bedroom and bath! The pool is the perfect size for a quick dip. The loungers outside were used every day. The house is stocked well for dishes, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans. There were no baking dishes. A 9x13 or 8x8 would be helpful. Also, the bath towels need to be replaced as they are thin and worn. Besides those two minor things, the house met our every need. The customer service was helpful and responsive. I have stayed in the Reunion Resort at different locations for the past six years. I think we found our forever vacation home! Will definitely be booking for next year. Donna K.

June, 2022 - 4 Stars - The house was very nice and had plenty of room for our family. It was great to have a bathroom for every bedroom and the small private pool in the backyard was great for the kids! The house was very clean and we felt very safe in the Reunion community.

Upon arrival to the home, you should find the temperature set at 78 degrees (F).

If you find that your AC unit is not working properly, please make sure ALL doors and windows are closed. AC units will stop running when doors or windows are open.

Should the unit not return to normal cycling after doors and windows have been checked, or should you find the temperature too hot or cold for your preference, please phone our office during normal business hours, so we may assist you in a timely manner.

Please note that some of the larger homes have two AC units, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. Keeping those thermostats set on the same temperature will help to maintain a comfortable level throughout the home. 

AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY SERVICE SHOULD ONLY BE CALLED IF THE TEMPERATURE IS OVER 80 DEGREES (F) OR BELOW 70 DEGREES (F) AND DOES NOT CHANGE AFTER ONE HOUR. 
Easy! Just phone our office at your earliest convenience to inquire whether your vacation home is available for an extension. If available, the rates are as follows: Up to 3:00 p.m. $75.00 / 3:00 p.m. or later – Full Night’s Rate
The home has been inspected prior to your arrival to note incidental damages however feel free to call our office during business hours to report issues you may find. Please note that regular maintenance items may take up to 24 hours to resolve
Ensure the power to the TV and cable box (if present) is on. TVs should generally be set on Channel 3 and the Cable remote is used to change the channel and adjust the volume. For TVs with only one remote present, that remote will perform all functions necessary. 

If you cannot see any channels or the screen says NO INPUT, the television is on the wrong INPUT. Locate the TV remote with the same name as the TV brand (i.e. Sony, Insignia, etc.), press the “INPUT” button until a picture comes on the screen or select “HDMI1”.

If there is a cable box, make sure that box is ON. For changing channels, please use the CABLE remote (i.e. Brighthouse Networks, Comcast, Summit, Verizon, etc.). 
 
Yes, you may schedule daily or mid-stay cleans by calling our office. Prices vary depending on the service requested and size of the home. 
If your home is equipped with a security alarm, it is to be used upon each departure from the home.

Please be sure to understand how the alarm system operates prior to setting it when leaving the home.  

Fees are assessed by the local Sheriff’s department for false alarm calls. 
CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00 A.M.

Late checkouts can be requested (and may or may not be granted) by calling our office.

Check Out Procedures
  • Check all drawers, cabinets, closets and under the beds for any belongings.  We do not have a lost and found and neither the management company nor the property owner are responsible for any items left in the home.
  • Remove all trash from the home, place bagged rubbish in the provided bench, bin or dumpster.  Please contact our office if there is more garbage than what can be placed in the bin.  We will make arrangements for collection or provide you with an alternative disposal area. Excessive trash will cause an additional $50.00 disposal fee to be charged to your credit card. 
  • Make sure all dishes are placed in the dishwasher along with dishwasher detergent and the washing cycle has been started prior to your departure.
  • If time permits, our housekeeping team appreciates a load of towels be placed in the washing machine and started prior to your departure.  
  • Fold down the comforters of each bed that has been used.  Please do not remove any linens from the beds as an inventory of each item must be done by our cleaning staff.
  • Take a moment to report any damages.  We understand that accidents happen, but failure to report damages could result in your being charged for repair or replacement. 
  • Ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked. 
  • Turn off all lights, appliances and faucets. 
  • Place return all thermostats to 78 degrees during the summer and 68 degrees during winter.
  • If your villa is equipped with an alarm system, please set the alarm with the provided code and lock the front door upon your final departure.

The Wi-Fi Network Name and Password may be found in your Welcome Letter. 
Please place bagged trash inside the bin provided. For communities with trash collection, your collection day is noted in your Welcome Letter.

For valet bench trash collection, please ensure all trash is bagged prior to placing in the bench.

For some communities with condos and town homes, you must place your bagged trash in the area dumpsters.  

During busy seasons and Holiday seasons, 4:00 p.m. Check In is not guaranteed. Early Check Ins or Late Check Outs cannot be granted.
 
Trash should be placed in closed Trash Bags before being put in the Trash Bin, DO NOT put household trash in Recycle Bin.  Trash found in or around the home after check out will result in an additional charge
 
Home cooling - please keep the thermostat between 72 and 78 degrees.  If the unit freezes due to low temp settings you will be charged a repair cost.  If service calls are requested and nothing is found wrong you will be charged
POOL RULES - Use AT YOUR OWN RISK. No Lifeguard is on site, no unsupervised children, no swimming alone, no diving, no running, NO GLASS ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA.  
Neither Premier Resort Properties nor the owner of this home shall be held responsible for any accidents, injuries or death that may occur from the use of this pool or home.  Tampering with pool equipment will result in an additional fee charged to re set or repair equipment. 
POOL HEATER INFORMATION –
Minimum (3) consecutive nights, 18-24 hours to heat, won't turn on if below 55 F, will only heat 10-15 degrees above ambient 
DAMAGES –  FAILURE TO REPORT DAMAGES CAN AND WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO YOU  
ALL OF OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING AND WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS IN THE HOME.

A minimum charge of $500.00 will be incurred for smoking and or unauthorized pets in the home.
PROPERTY INVENTORY
If we find any items missing or broken after your checkout, you will incur a replacement charge.
PLUMBING - 
Unclogging toilets or sinks will be charged at $150 or more.  Any after hour non-emergency calls will be charged at the going rate.
Check Out time is promptly at 10:00 A.M. on your Departure Date.
Late checkout fees will be assessed  
If home is left in poor condition and requires additional cleaning over the standard clean you will be charged an additional cleaning fee
Missing keys or fobs will be charged to you

The house was very nice and had plenty of room for our family. It was great to have a bathroom for every bedroom and the small private pool in the backyard was great for the kids! The house was very clean and we felt very safe in the Reunion community. Just a few suggestions to make staying here even better, the mattresses really need to be replaced, there are divots in all the mattresses that make them very uncomfortable. Also, the vertical blinds on the large sliding doors need to be replaced, they don't open/close correctly. Finally, the upstairs bedrooms really need ceiling fans, it gets very warm upstairs especially in the master bedroom and ceiling fans would really help.

Good large group or family vacation rental!

We are a group of 9, 7 adults, 3 couples, one single, a toddler and infant. The house slept us perfectly, each bedroom having their own bath was ideal. Having access through the garage with zero entry was ideal for luggage, groceries etc. The home has been professionally decorated, and still through many rentals looks good and feels clean. The kitchen is equipped well enough for quick breakfasts before heading to the parks, and a take home dinner after a long day at the parks. We chose not to purchase the pool heat package, @$30 a day, three day minimum that was too steep, but sadly the pool in mid March is unusable otherwise. The downstairs King bed has lost its comforter that is pictured in photos, there is a thin blanket that apparently replaced it, in my opinion it’s cheesy and inadequate., we were cold. The pillows throughout the house are awful and miserable to sleep on. Bring your own. The upstairs laundry room holds a selection of bath towels that took us awhile to find. Two bath towels, one hand and one washcloth are all that is supplied in each bathroom attached to a bedroom that can sleep two to four people...

Beautiful, modern, well-kept home. Management VERY responsive. Community was also well-kept and very quiet. We used the community pool and hot-tub, loved it. The only thing I wished the home had were ceiling fans. The rooms were a little stuffy at night. (We had them at home, it could have just been us missing our fans). And there was only one remote for the LG tv downstairs and the LG tv in the sitting area upstairs. So we were unable to have people watching tv upstairs and downstairs at the same time. Small inconvenience, easy fix. I recommend this property and i would book again if i am in the area again.

Great rental. Spacious rooms and loft is a great surprise. Small grill for the price. No dish soap or sponge and no extra toilet paper. Beside that, great rental. I realy enjoyed and would recommend to all.

My family and I were down August 1-6 and we had a great time. We really enjoyed the house. It was beautiful and the kids love the pool. Only things we would change is some kind of blind to the front door and bedding to change or than that the home was wonderful!!! We cant wait to plan another trip there!!!!

Check in was at 4pm today and its after 6pm and the home is still being clean it was a disaster. Trash everywhere. The towels and wash clothes are Stained. Im not a happy tenant and im going to have to go buy sheets for the beds cause to see the way this house is makes me feel like its still wont be clean. And i email the management and they keep coming up with excuses. Look like they would've sent someone eles over here to help him but they didnt and even he said that. And look like they would've put us into another place but they didnt smh. Im done

This house was perfect for our girls' trip to Orlando. It was spotless. Beds were all comfortable. Especially nice that there were no twin beds! The double queen rooms worked great too. 8 women, and only 2 of us had to share a bed. Plenty of bath towels. Kitchen/dining area very nice. We were all able to eat together every evening after spending our days at the parks. Wi-Fi worked great. Definitely recommend this house to anyone!

The home was beautifully decorated and spacious. It was easy to locate and in a quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately, we had internet issues that were never fixed, and I did not receive a follow-up call for an update. When I contacted the tech that had been at the home to fix the issue, he notified me that there were issues with the service provider and he was waiting on an approval. That was the last I heard from anyone and the issue was never corrected. Also, the toilet in one of the bedrooms was obviously not cleaned although there was a wrapper around the toilet stating it was "sanitized". Since there were so many bathrooms in the house, we avoided using this one. Due to the size of the home, and the number of people it accommodates, I suggest having another trash can available to roll to the curb.

I am sorry the internet issue was not resolved, however our team scheduled a visit with the service provider but apparently you would not allow entry as you didn't want to be bothered at that time. Regarding the toilet issue, the only thing we can figure out is there was some recent work done in the home by a vendor who must have used a toilet and placed the strip back over the seat, we also apologize for that.
