Indian Rocks Beach has numerous restaurants, including Mexican, Italian, Steak, and Seafood. IRB also offers several parks and nature centers. Clearwater Beach with its nightlife and marina is about 7 minutes to the north. Johns Pass with its waterfront shopping is about 10 minutes to the south. Tampa with the international airport, Busch Gardens and the Florida Aquarium is about 30 minutes away. Disney is about 90 minutes away. Several MLB spring training facilities are also within a short drive.

Binnie's Beachfront Bungalow

We were VERY pleased with our retreat to Binnie's Bungalow. The pictures portrayed were exactly what we received. The check-in process was very easy as was our check-out process. The location by far exceeded our expectations, quiet, private and just a short walk on the sand path to a beautiful beach. The ability to just sit back, relax and read a book on the patio while still being able to see and hear the Soothing Gulf waters was fantastic. We are in conversation now to return next year but for 2-weeks instead of just one.

The house was perfect for our summer vacation. It was a huge plus that beach chairs were provided, especially since we forgot ours at home.

This is a wonderful little cottage right on the beach. Very clean and comfortable. I have stayed here at least 4 times, maybe 5, and will continue to return each year as long as I can. The only negative thing I have to say about the cabin is the router for the internet cuts off frequently and has to be unplugged and plugged in again then has to reset the whole thing. This happens a few times a day if you use internet a lot. Otherwise, I love this cabin.

The view is fabulous at the cottage. We could not be happier with the location. All we need is Sunshine! It has rained now for 2 days. But we are still finding things to even in the rain. Thank you for sharing this home with us!
