While there is no community pool in this neighborhood, there is a pay to use pool in Sea Pines The South Beach Inn is a seasonally opened pool that is not heated. It is located at 232 South Sea Pines Drive. They charge $25/day/family or $75/family/week.

No Smoking / No Pets - No Exceptions.
Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind.

Due to limited parking availability at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the best beach access point for guests staying in Sea Pines, the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley is available to take rental guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club continuously during the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Between March 20, 2022 – September 7, 2022 rental guests will not be able to park at the Sea Pines Beach Club or Plantation Club overflow lot. Aside from these block out dates all guests may park at the beach club. More details can be found at seapinestrolley.com, and we will include information in the welcome packet provided with your reservation. One pick up spot for the trolley is directly across the street from Ketch Court.
NOTE: We do not advertise for rent on Facebook or Craigslist. If you find this property on either of those sites it is a SCAM.
We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We apologized via a note in the property about the motorized blind and it was replaced the day you departed with a manual blind. We could not repair the broken motor on the right side and the left side worked with the manual buttons as described in the property book. The washer and dryer being a common use for the 4 units on the floor is explained in the listing description on the booking web site. We are not sure how else to tell people prior to booking other than a very clear description.
