What Is Mountain Mover?
Mountain Mover is a complimentary winter shuttle service available to guests staying in select Deer Valley East / Jordanelle area communities. It provides scheduled transportation to Deer Valley East Village skiing, helping reduce the need to drive on ski days.
Who Can Use It?
Mountain Mover is available only to our guests staying in communities currently served by the program in the Deer Valley East area. Mountain Mover can be used during the winter ski season.

All properties and homes are non-smoking. 

Parking rules must be followed. The city is very generous with its parking tickets and towing.

We absolutely loved this home and its layout. It was perfect for a large family getaway, it fit comfortably 3 families with 6 kids total. The space down stairs for the kids was beyond perfect. Myself and 3 friends stayed at this Deer Valley Vista townhome in Heber for our annual golf trip. The place was beautiful and well maintained. We appreciated the 3 master suites, which is hard to come by anywhere. I live near mountain towns in CO so I know Air Conditioning is rare in those places so it was nice to have. What else can I say? The place felt like home, everything worked great and the team was proactive and responsive -- not that I actually needed anything from them because we had zero issues. I would highly recommend.

We stayed here for a girls trip during Labor Day weekend. The house was spacious, clean, and loaded with everything we needed. We enjoyed the decks and outside Hot tub. It was a great way to unwind each night. The surrounding areas were beautiful and the Jordanelle Reservoir and State Park were literally out our back door. This property is so conveniently located to both Park City and Heber/Midvale. We will definitely stay here again!!

We just returned from a wonderful 9 day stay in the home. The house is exactly as advertised and is very comfortable for one large family or even two families. The beds are comfortable, there are plenty of towels and linens, and the house is tastefully decorated. It was really helpful to have A/C for a couple of hours when the afternoon sun hit the patio side of the house during the warmer days. The view is amazing and we already miss sitting out on the balcony drinking our coffee from there. The garage is spotless, the jacuzzi is a special treat at the end of the day, and there are plenty of spaces to gather together as a group and play games or eat. (Thank you for the playstation to entertain the teenagers!) :) Thank you to I-trip for being so responsive and attentive to us. We really appreciate the early check in and the nice touches of keurig pods, toilettries, and dishwasher/ laundry detergent did not go unnoticed. We did have a challenge booking kayaking with Explorie, but both Explorie and I-trip were responsive to our concerns and we are pleased with the level of customer service we received. In the end, all of the activities we reserved through Explorie were great! We would definitely come back again and would recommend this house to our family and friends. Thank you I trip!

We had a great time at this place, no complaints! The check-in process was seamless, iTrip was even able to accommodate a last minute request for early check-in. The house is centrally located in relation to the major ski resorts. Park City Resort, Solitude and Snowbird (our choices) were all a short reasonable drive from home base. The house was very clean and had plenty of space for 7 people. We could have added a few more to our trip and still would have had plenty of space. The kitchen is great for cooking any meals needed before and/or after a long day of skiing. The hot tub came in handy as well! Would definitely recommend to friends!

The home was awesome. Plenty of room for people to sleep comfortably, the views were amazing and the location was awesome. They also allowed us to check in a little early and stay a little late so that was helpful. Only downfall was I couldnt figure out the sound system and no one answered me to explain how. We had speakers though ourselves so it was okay.

Another Great Stay at Deer Valley Vista 1230!

This is the second time we have rented this particular townhome in the last 4 years and once again we had a wonderful stay! The beautiful location is perfect for a large group with varied interests. We could quickly drop our husbands/sons at the Deer Valley Jordanelle Express Gondola for a day of skiing, as it is less than a 5 minute drive away. Then, we could head into Park City or Kimball Junction for spas, shopping, and lunches and arrive within 15 minutes. The layout of the townhome is great for several adult couples since all of the 3 main bedrooms have very comfortable king size beds. The lower level is perfect for children. Even our young adult (23 and 26 year old) children appreciate the privacy of the lower level. We dined out several nights, but on two nights we stayed in and were able to cook dinner on the gas grill on the patio, and enjoy the kitchen. We also had great response from Mandy at iTrip Vacations Park City to questions regarding the rental prior to our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this townhome!

Would Definitely Stay Again!

Spacious accommodations - we had five adults (two couples) and two kids -- and there was enough room for everyone to feel like they had their "own" space. Just as nice as the pictures depict it to be. We would definitely stay there again!

Our accommodations were fantastic for a big ski group. Beds for everyone, very clean, nice hot tub. Location was very convenient. One exit up the highway from Park City had us in Old Towne in 10 minutes.

Great Deer Valley Ski Home

We have stayed in this home the past few years and it is always very clean and well maintained! Location is great for Deer Valley even if the Gondola isn't running. The only downside is that we've had TV trouble where the dish is unable to connect.

Deer Valley Vista

Property was nice; very roomy and decorated nice. Kitchen needed 1 large pot only had medium pans and dishes to platter your cooked food was also lacking pans for over. Should note that we could not get any pizza delivery for this neighborhood. Maybe, also might upgrade TV options hardly any channels to watch TV on. Layout of property was nice with 3 master suits and kids downstairs worked well for 3 separate family's with kids.

Nice place, great view

This place was great. It worked well for our family and we loved having a jacuzzi. The view off the main balcony was great. Some of the furniture was really hammered and worn ( not comfortable). There was also a lot of extra furniture crammed into the family room which made it appear smaller and crowded. We had a few issues and I emailed the management company. They responded right away and brought over the missing items later that day. The coffee maker didn't work so they also brought us a brand new one. Customer service was great. Plenty of towels were provided, as well as body wash and shampoo in all bathrooms. The kitchen could use a glass baking dish or two. There were lots of spiders inside, so a quarterly bug spraying would be good. Parking was a bit tough. 2 cars will fit in the garage but the driveway is tight because of how the neighbors share it (hard to explain). Not a huge issue but be aware. Overall, everything was pretty good.

Our stay at deer valley Vista

Thanks again for your feedback but please post honest reviews. I did not give this home five stars. It was nice and I appreciate the commentary but I noticed my review was not accurate thanks again. The house itself was nice, but customer service was not the best. We received an email prior to arrival asking us if we had any questions and giving us a time to check-in, (the email said 4 pm, which is ridiculous but the lady we spoke with said it was 2 pm ) I emailed the lady back and asked if they had pack and play available, she explained they did not but referred a company to me which was nice of her. We emailed her a day later to explain we would be arriving early and asked if we could do an early check in. We received no response, (emailed twice ) On the day of arrival we called the local number a (435) number to inquire about an early check in. We called at 7 am, 9 am and 11 am, we spoke with someone each time , explained our situation and they asked for my phone number and said someone would be calling us back. We never received a call back ! It was unprofessional, (secondly it was frustrating to call a local number and not be able to speak with someone directly. ) The house itself was nice plenty of room for our party of 12 to spread out and relax. The kids had a great time. There was a coffee pot (no coffee?) No welcome basket upon arrival which would have been nice, (in other places we have stayed it was always a nice gesture ) We noticed the master bedroom had a small TV for such a large wooden armoire. It would have been nice if all the other bedrooms had tvs also. Towels were a bit scarce in master bedroom also. (Only 2 extra towels in bottom of sink cabinent, and a weird place to put towels ) The house was nicely decorated and everyone enjoyed hot tub. Parking was a bit tight (driveway was slanted which was not ideal ) we had 2 cars parked in garage and had our guests park on the side in driveway to allow room for the neighbors to pull into there driveway. The overflow parking did not seem convenient to have our guest have to walk from to get to house. For a large group it's a nice place, nice laundry room area (with laundry soap provided) overall an OK stay, Thanks

Our standard check-in time is 4pm because the check-out time is 11am and we need those 5 hours to turnover the home and conduct our post-inspection. That time is also especially important because we have many same-day turnarounds, so 5 hours is not a lot of time when you consider everything and especially in a larger home such as Deer Valley Vista. We were able to accommodate an earlier check-in for you, as per your initial comment when you called, so you were a-ok to arrive early. I spoke with our Reservations team and we did try to call you back - when our team calls from their personal number it appear as unknown for privacy reasons - so that may have been why you were unable to reach us or did not speak with us again directly. Happy that you enjoyed the home itself and found it to be spacious, comfortable and well stocked overall. Perfect Place by Jordanelle and Park City!

This was a wonderful home that was spacious and luxurious. It accommodated my two sons' families (4 children) and my husband's 86 year old mother and us. We loved this home!! The views from the central seating area were beautiful and serene. Every amenity we needed was provided. A well stocked kitchen made it easy to cook for our little crowd. She the bedrooms were lovely and comfortable. We couldn't praise this home enough!!

We just concluded a ski vacation to Utah and couldn't have been happier with the accommodations on Hailstone Dr. The townhouse was beautiful with plenty of room for all. It was also well appointed with everything one would need to make the place feel like home. I was also very happy wih how smooth the whole process was. Plenty of room for large groups

We stayed here with a group of 11 adults and 6 children. At no time did we feel like we were on top of each other. There was plenty of space here to accommodate us all. The house was nice, clean, and the kitchen was stocked, yet it could use some additional pots and pans. They did have a waffle maker which was awesome. If you stay at this house, be prepared to have a vehicle or to take an Uber, as it is located 15 mins from PCMR in a nice quiet community. We knew this when selecting this house so it wasn't an issue for us. Only 2 cars are supposed to be parked in the garage, and the others are to be parked in the overflow lot, because people were parking in the driveway and blocking the neighbor's access. We had 2 large cars parked in the driveway with plenty of room for the neighbors to come in and out so we didn't bother with the overflow lot. We had an issue with our hot tub temperature the first night we were there but after 1 phone call, iTrip had someone out the next morning to fix it, and we had no additional problems with it. The view from the hot tub was great. While wireless internet was provided, it was pretty slow. I don't know if there was an issue with it or if that is just the normal speed in the area. The speed was good enough for basic web browsing and email but don't expect to be streaming any high definition videos. It didn't matter enough to us to call. Additionally, the house has a built in sound system throughout yet we couldn't figure out how to work it and no instructions were provided. Once again, we didn't care enough to call about it as we brought our own portable speakers from home. Overall we were pleased with both iTrip, and the condition of the house, and we would be happy to rent through them again.

Gorgeous house

The nicest house we have ever rented. Overlooking Jordanelle lake and had everything you would ever need. Big enough for 3-4 families and never would feel crowded. Kitchen had great appliances including a double oven. We cooked a lot at home and used the gas BBQ. Washer and dryer were top of the line. Minutes away from Park City and Heber. Would recommend this house to everyone. If back in Utah will definitely rent again.

Jordanelle Retreat

Lovely property with plenty of space for visitors. Make sure you take dish soap, etc for the kitchen. These items are not supplied and the store is 15 minutes away. Kitchen is fairly well equipped and makes cooking easy in an unfamiliar space. Overall this property is an excellent rental and we would rent it again.

Oh we absolutely loved everything about our stay! The house was beautifully furnished, very cozy and roomy. We had two families together during our stay and the accommodations met every need. We’re big on cooking and the kitchen was fully stocked and supplied.Not to mention how convenient it is to drive up to Jordanelle, literally a five minute drive. Four couples rented this unit for a golf vacation. It was spectacular in almost every way. The accomodations were comfortable and luxurious. The unit was spacious and met all of our needs for cooking in and gathering in the evenings. It was tastefully decorated and made us all feel at home. The views are spectacular from almost every window. If we could offer one suggestion: the boys missed having a T.V. in each bedroom. They just can't go to sleep without ESPN!! Thank you again. Beautiful home, but some administrative problems

This home is roomy, beautifully furnished, and very well stocked with dishes and towels. We had 10 adults in our party, including 4 older teenagers, and the house was a very good fit for us. It is located conveniently to Park City and all 3 ski areas, and is a 5-minute drive from Deer Valley's Jordanelle gondola. Unfortunately we were emailed the wrong information just prior to our trip, so when we tried to access the house via the garage upon arrival, the code did not work. It took us 2 hours of phone calls, waiting in the cold, and a fair amount of anxiety before we finally gained access to the house (after a long day of travel). The internet access information was also incorrect, so we were without internet the first 2 days of our stay, which proved difficult because my husband had planned to work from there during our stay. He also ended up going into the basement to fix the internet connection about 5 days in to our stay as the internet signal died. Finally, the bedspread in one of the upstairs bedrooms had blood stains on it, but I was able to change it for another we found in a drycleaning bag in a closet. We enjoyed our stay overall, but for the price paid for this beautiful house, I expected better service and am surprised we have not been offered a small $ discount for the number of issues we experienced.

This property has a great ‘modern-mountain’ feel to it and with the added amenities of the private Jacuzzi hot tub, fireplaces, modernized kitchen and all the space, it does make for a fantastic destination. I would like to apologize for the inconveniences you experienced with the incorrect check-in and Internet login information; they are simple issues that could have been addressed and solved more effectively. Prior to the peak winter season, we had migrated our system to a new and updated software platform, which obviously proved to have some immediate issues that we were unaware of, so again my apologies for that. I followed up on the issue with the bedspread, but I couldn’t identify which one. Each property we manage, whether designed to hilt or more modest in build, is cleaned extensively from the home itself to the linens and bedding, so this was surprising to hear. Again, thank you for your review and detailed insight. We do hope that you and your party enjoyed your vacation to Park City and that these problems didn’t prove too difficult. What a beautiful home and place to stay

We have stayed in many Vrbo through the years but hands down this has been the cleanest, Luxurious, largest, persoally decorated home we have ever stayed in. Check in was easy as we were just given a key code to the garage. It was easy to find and the location was perfect. Our view of the lake and the mountains was beautiful. This home has been professionally decorated and it like a five star hotel. It has a gourmet kitchen with viking appliances. It is so huge that we all had our own rooms and bathrooms. With the three floors no one was ever interrupted. Nice hot tub located just on one of the three patios. The picture do not do this location justice. We got free tickets to the dog show from the hotel, went to Park silly which is a free huge event. Swam at the pool but the best part was just being able to be in a quiet, peaceful setting surrounded by nature. We were sitting on the porch one night looking into the trees and a deer stood up and walked away. We walked birds and other animals. We wanted to stay and eat there rather than going out. Park City and Heber are moments away but you just do not want to leave the comfy couches. There are several TVs, 2 sets of washer and dryers so don't pack a lot of clothes anyone choosing to stay here will never regret it
