Sea Oats I-103 is an adorably decorated, 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit located on Little Lagoon, directly across the street from the beach. The complex offers deeded beach access to the Gulf. Please note, there is no elevator at this property.

PET FRIENDLY: One dog 30 lbs or less is allowed. A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be added to your stay. Any additional cleaning charges will be billed to your credit card.

Condo Features:

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and both bedrooms

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need in your home away from home. Dining room table seats six.

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• Living area has a sleeper sofa

• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry

• Maximum of two cars allowed

Enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats. Nice beach access. Pool was as nicer than any hotel we have been to. Enjoyed sitting out at the dock shelters in the evening. Everyone we met was so friendly. Would not mind coming back to stay again!

We loved our stay here! Beautiful condo right across from the beach. We enjoyed the pool, bbq grills, and fishing out back on the covered piers. It was quite our entire stay. My whole family really enjoyed it and we hope to be able to book this place again!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo in Gulf Shores. It was large, clean, and decorated so nicely. We had the lagoon behind us and the ocean in front of us. One of the large pools was practically right outside our door. We brought 3 14 year old boys with us and they had a blast!!

the condo was great it was well supplied with things you need very clean well updated we love the location very quiet did fishing off the dock with my gandkids we are thinking trying to get the same one next year

Our condo was clean, comfortable beds, and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The condo has a regular coffee maker and a Keurig (wish we had known before buying filters and coffee for regular pot.) The beach was just a short walk across the street. The pool was great for times when the wind was too strong or cool on the beach. I appreciated how itrip kept me posted about important things such and the beach closing due to dangerous water conditions, check in and check out reminders, etc. Overall, we had a great stay and we would stay here again.

Trip was excellent. Very close to beach. Just across street. Would not advise swimming in lagoon because was told by residents they had seen gators. Ocean was perfect. Air conditioning was cold and was a plus after being on beach all day. Recommend watching the sun come up on beach. Very beautiful and picture worthy. We had dolphins swimming in front of us several day Condo has washer and dryer which was very handy. It wasn’t to busy. Very relaxing. Wish we were still there

We came to gulf shores for the pomp stomp fishing. We had a great time. The condo was great a lot of space and very clean. I felt safe and secure on the grounds. Everyone was very nice. We stayed on beach all day and on the bay at night. I loved you could stand on balconies and look to left and see beach and to right see the bay. We will go back and stay.

Nice complex

Sea Oats is a nice complex with easy access to the beach, bay, and pools. The unit was clean and the beds were comfy. The hallways to the units could use a little cleaning but that is more of a condo association issue. We’ll definitely be back, but will probably wait until COVID numbers are down as the mask wearing in Gulf Shores is basically non-existent.

We enjoyed our stay and were very pleased with our accommodations. The Sea Oats I-103 is a charming unit that has been recently updated. We loved being able to fish from the piers out back, plenty of lawn for kids to enjoy and close access to the beach.
