Sanibel 1701 is a three bedroom, three bath, west corner condo with an incredible view of the Gulf and Little Lagoon from the 17th floor. Located just across the street from the beach with deeded beach access.

• Tile throughout unit.

• Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, dining room table that seats six with two additional stools.

• Washer and Dryer in unit

• Living room has a sofa sleeper with a 46" flat screen TV/BluRay.

• Master bedroom has a king size bed with a 31" flat screen TV/DVD/VCR.

• Second Master bedroom has a king size bed with a 31" flat screen TV.

• Third bedroom has a queen size bed with a 15" TV.

• Wireless internet access is provided.

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• Maximum of two cars allowed. Guest required to purchase Parking Passes from on-site office on 2nd floor : $20 each - limit 2

• Minimum age to rent is 25.

Guests will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity, every day and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

You may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free) and then golf at lunch (one person is free) and then the waterpark that afternoon (one person is free.) Or you may choose to go to the waterpark in the morning with the kids (one person is free) and your husband can go play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of the activities every day and one of your party is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

The Condo was great for our 5 adults and 2 yr old granddaughter. No stairs to contend with so that was good for my mother-in-law. Beach access is very close and we enjoyed walking down to the small beach on the bay side where our granddaughter could play without the constant waves. Saw dolphins, hermit crabs, lots of fish and one jelly fish while there. Also walked the beach at night and saw several blue crab. Restaurants/shopping are not within short walking distance. This wasn’t an issue for us. Be prepared to wait 2 hours to eat if you go out in the evening. Pool is 3 to 3.5 ft deep, so you might like that with little ones. Currently limiting the pool to 15 people due to COVID-19. The beach was beautiful and plenty of room for social distancing.

We always love vacationing in Gulfshores, AL!! Sandibel Condos never disappoint!! Lots of great places to eat and family friendly activities or if you choose relaxing on the balcony or the beach soaking in the sun or playing in the water whatever you choose you will have a great time!!!

The condo was spacious and the best location to all restaurants and gift shops. The walk across the street to the beach was not bad at all. We had a great stay and renters made sure we had everything we needed. Would love to stay again!

Once again our stay at unit 1701 in the Sanibel was fantastic. We really appreciated seeing the updates which included fresh paint, new patio furniture, upgraded TVs, new microwave and new sofas. This was our 6th year in this unit and we are booked again next year. Strongly recommend.

Beautiful unit, spacious, great views. Great value. Only small negative we got to the unit about ten minutes before check in time and tried the code and understandably code didnt work, so we waited and but the code didnt work until 4:06. Otherwise excellent experience and would highly recommend.

The condo & the view is beautiful! We had 3 generations...my husband & me, our son, my parents. Each of us had privacy in our own BR & bathroom. The Living area, kitchen and huge patio were spacious enough for the 5 of us + a few dinner guests. The way the condo is oriented, you can see the beach and the lagoon and the views are amazing. You can always see the outside from anywhere inside. The bathrooms are beautiful and well-equipped. The kitchen has a great array of supplies and appliances for as much (or as little) cooking as you'd like to do. The fridge was huge. Getting to the 17th floor was not as big an issue as I thought it would be...the elevators are quick. When I had some questions, the on-site property manager and the internet booking agency were very quick to respond. Would definitely book again.

This was absolutely a wonderful place! I would definitely rent again. I have rented a number times from these sites and I am always a bit skeptical that the pics are not what the unit is like. The pics are absolutely on the mark of the unit. In fact I was pleased to find out we were on the corner unit facing the beach and the bay side. We watched a sunset every night! Elevators were quick and in the garage they had plenty of hotel dollies to bring your stuff up. Only unit above us was I think a pent house.(it look like 2 units). U could rent bicycles down stairs but we didn’t do it. The beach is right across the street and from your balcony you can see the beach all the way down. You are a mile or two from all the entertainment and restaurants. I loved not being right where all the action was going on. We felt we were close enough without all the traffic.

Awesome view and super close to the beach access point, but the condo was not very clean when we arrived. There was a lot of sand on the floor and the bathrooms had hair in the showers and on the floors, and the furniture was quite dusty. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in 1701 Sanibel, in Gulf Shores, for our vacation. We loved the unit. It had beautiful views of the beach and the lagoon. The floor to ceiling windows were awesome. The balcony had plenty of room. We loved how nice it was decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would come back again.

This condo was beautiful and spacious! The corner unit gave us a balcony overlooking the lagoon and a large balcony overlooking the gulf. I thought being on the 17th floor would be a problem with the elevators since there were only 2, but there was never a long wait for the elevator. The path to the beach was almost right across the street. Having a beach buggy/wagon was very helpful to carry all our towels, chairs, and umbrella. We had a couple of maintenance issues that first evening. I called itrip the next morning and the person I spoke with was very helpful. She sent someone from housekeeping over right away and the other maintenance issue was resolved while we were at the beach. This condo was perfect for our family! Every couple having their own bathroom was great and the fact that all of the beds were queens or kings was a plus. If going to the beach and sitting in the sun and sand isn't your thing, but you enjoy the sound of the waves and the breeze, this condo is perfect for you! Sitting out on the balcony you can hear the waves and there is a wonderful breeze and a great view. Almost like you're sitting on the beach. Or if you prefer, there is a pool. All in all, it was a great vacation. We would definitely come back here again!

The condo was great! We had 6 and there was more than enough room for all of us! There were some minor fixes that need to be made, but overall it was great! The view is amazing!! Great place to see a breathtaking sunset! Easy access to the beach too!

When I booked this Sanibel 1701 I assumed it was on the beach because the beach and the Gulf were in the online pictures. I would have never booked it had I known it was across the street. BUT I'm so happy I didn't know. The beach and the Gulf were in the pics because they're so close and there are no condo buildings in front of Sanibel to block the view. And it was on the west end of Gulf Shores so very little traffic or crowds. It was great. Walking distance to the beach walkway; large, roomy condo with three bedrooms that each have their own bathroom (best feature). Free wifi..........can't beat that either. Huge front balcony with a beautiful beach view. We loved it and will definitely book it again.

My son was recently married on the beach of Gulf Shores, AL. He had rented a house on the beach and 6 of us stayed just down the street in the condo at Sanibel 1701. The condo was beautiful, exactly how it looks in the photos! Waking up and looking out the huge windows at the Gulf of Mexico was a perfect way to start anyone's day. Having coffee in the mornings or a evening cocktail on the balcony could not have been more relaxing. We did not have any problems within the condo or at any of the outside areas. Perfect place to revisit!!

This is our 3rd straight year in the unit and we are already booked for 2017. Love the unit; especially the comfort of the furniture and the never-ending view. Any problems we report are acted upon quickly. Great location, great unit, great view......bottom line is we can't wait for January.
