Cleaning Protocol

***Gulf Tower will be renovating the elevators beginning January 2023 through June 2023. During this time, only one elevator will be operational at a time.***

Gulf Tower 2B is a beautifully decorated two-bedroom, two-bath, recently renovated condo with gorgeous gulf-front views from the 2nd floor.

• Glass enclosed balcony can be accessed from the living room and primary ensuite and overlooks the gulf-front swimming pool. This balcony is enclosed with the ability to open the sliding glass window if you so desire.

• Brand new LVP flooring has been installed throughout.

• Fully equipped updated kitchen with brand new granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances and a Kuerig combo coffee pot. The dining table with a bench and four side chairs will seat six comfortably.

• Washer and dryer are inside the unit.

• The living room has a sofa sleeper and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV.

• Primary ensuite has a king-size bed with a brand new mattress set as of 12/2022, a flat-screen TV, and its own access to the enclosed balcony.

• The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a flat-screen TV.

• Wireless internet access is provided.

• Amenities include Air Conditioning, BBQ Grill, Boardwalk, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Elevator, Heated Outdoor Pool (Heated Seasonally/Winter ONLY), Internet/Wifi, Iron and Board, Private Balcony, Refrigerator, Satellite/Cable, TV, Washer/Dryer, Outdoor pool

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• ***PLEASE NOTE: Maximum of two cars allowed, EXCEPT during peak season. Only ONE car will be permitted from March 1st - August 15th & Labor Day Weekend - Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday. Violations of guest registration will result in a $100.00 fine, per violation, per day. Parking is strictly enforced.***

• ***No boats, trailers, campers, or dually trucks.

• ***Minimum age to rent is 25 and this is strictly enforced by the HOA at this property.

Guests will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You may go to every activity, every day and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free) and then golf at lunch (one person is free) and then the zoo that afternoon (one person is free.) Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free) and your husband can go play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of the activities every day and one of your party is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
