This place was absolutely beautiful. It was wonderful that they had toilet paper, paper towels garbage bags to start with. We didn't use the other services, we just want to appreciate the beach. The downfall was the elevator on our last day. We would use this place again.

Had a great time this past week with only one hiccup. Mid week of our stay, we tried to go down to the beach but the elevator was out of service. So we hiked down 9 floors to find maintenance folks working on something in the elevator shaft. It wasn’t broke, they broke it soaking on electrical and pumps. This by itself wasn’t an issue, it was that we weren’t notified of the maintainece and when we contacted the management company, they didn’t know about it either. They contacted the HOA which told them it was some scheduled service that they requested but didn’t bother to tell the owners or the management companies until our call. HOA said it would be out intermittently but in fact it was OOS All day till about 8:15pm. Other than this, our stay was good and we enjoyed the location and the time to relax.

Very clean! Great communication! Right on the beach! Great secure storage by the pool so we didn’t have to lug beach gear and sand to the condo! It was wonderful!

Clean, updated unit. Comfy bed, great views, and a cold AC unit. What more could you ask for? We had a great stay. 1 short mishap with the elevator that made us take 9 flights of stairs but this was fixed very promptly.

We loved it! Needs to have a broom and dustpan for little clean ups. Needs instructions for TV for us old people. Need signs at pool for no food or glass in pool. We saw a lot of that. We will definitely use this condo again.

This was such a well done condo. It was very cozy and beautiful. The view of the ocean is amazing. My boys and I would sit every morning and look at all the marine life. We saw dolphins, baby sharks, sting rays, and a manatee! It was very easy to get our beach gear set up without long walks to find a spot and the pool was a great place to cool down with the toddlers who didn’t want to get in the ocean. This condo was beautifully renovated and very comfortable. It felt like home away from home. 10/10 we will be back!

Wonderful experience and beautiful redecoration of the unit! Very impressed. the only complaint is that the unit could use a TV antenna otherwise you need multiple accounts to apps. It is impossible to watch same day news except for short clips.

Room was just as advertised. Older unit and it shows but it was exactly like they said it was. Worked great for us. Beds were comfortable and place was clean. Could not beat it for the price. I would stay there again without a doubt.
