***Door Preparation & Painting Project, scheduled to begin on Monday, April 27, 2026, through May 1st. Below is an overview of the project scope, schedule, and what to expect.
Project Plan of Action
• Each floor will take approximately two (2) days:
Day 1: Surface preparation
Day 2: Painting application
• Additional time may be required for final touch-ups after the main project is completed.
Preparation:
• Clean all doors using Simple Green or equivalent
• Sand and scrape doors (twice) to treat rusted areas
• Apply oil-based rust primer to affected areas
Coating Application:
• Apply BondPlex coating
• Finish with Sherwin-Williams Sher-Cryl topcoat
Access & Coordination:
• Management will coordinate access to all units
• Doors will be secured at the end of each workday
• Units without access will be completed at the end of the project once access is available
Important Notes:
• Doors will need to be left slightly ajar after painting to allow proper drying (approximately 2–3 hours)
• Work hours: Mondays to Fridays 9 am to 5 pm
Crystal Tower 1904 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo on the 19th floor with stunning views of the Gulf and Little Lagoon. Located just across the street from the beach, it offers deeded beach access via an air-conditioned overpass.
• The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom.
• Luxury vinyl plank flooring is featured in the living room and bedrooms, with tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms.
• The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. The dining table seats four and there are two barstools for additional seating.
• A washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.
• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed.
• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.
• Enjoy convenient check-in and check-out with keyless entry—no long lines required.
Parking Info:
Paid parking is collected directly by the condominium association upon arrival. Only card payments are accepted—cash is not accepted. A maximum of two vehicles per unit is allowed.
