Perfectly wonderful layout of home. Plenty of privacy between bedrooms. 3 bath, 3 bed perfect for us and our adult children/couples. Golf course in back was lovely, relaxing and entertaining at times! Listing forgot to mention the straight shot view (yet somewhat obstructed by trees) of Black Butte right in front of great room windows! THAT was a bonus!

We loved Mary Dunes and would highly recommend to others. The home was spacious, well-maintained and had a perfectly stocked kitchen of pots/pans, utensils and other basics for cooking. The included golf cart and hot tub were nice perks as well! It was a perfect week at Oak Island!

Wonderful trip

Despite the rainy weather , we had a great family trip. Our home rental was perfect. Plenty of space to spread out. We loved sitting on the rocking chairs on the front porch and we walked to the beach each day, about 6 minutes which was so convenient. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfy. Great trip and we would rent again

Staying at 1202 N Pacific St Unit 101B, Oceanside was a wonderful experience. The unit was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. Our host was very communicative and accommodating. The location was perfect, steps from the waves. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

The location was good. The condo was very clean. However, the A/C vents surrounding are starting to build lots of dusts and/or mold-like debris. The wooden napkin holder should be replaced b/c the bottom or side have mold around them also. Otherwise, I am very satisfied.
