THE SPACE

This open-concept studio flows comfortably from the kitchen through the dining and living areas and into the sleeping space, with generous storage throughout so everyone can unpack and truly settle in.

The living area is well-arranged with full dining for 4, a queen sleeper sofa, and a flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. Slide open the full glass doors and step onto the screened lanai — your spot for Gulf breezes, quiet mornings, and evening conversation.

Sleep soundly on a king-size bed freshly made with hotel-quality linens, with ample storage throughout so there's no need to live out of a suitcase.

The bathroom is a genuine upgrade for a studio — a fully tiled oversized shower, granite countertops, and plenty of storage make it feel polished and spa-like. Bath and beach towels are included for your stay.

The kitchen is where this studio truly shines. Granite countertops, a subway tile backsplash, a large farmhouse sink, and full-size upgraded stainless steel appliances create a space you'll actually enjoy cooking in — a rare thing in a studio rental. Bonita Beach & Tennis Club sits directly across the boulevard from the white sands of Bonita Beach, where wave runners, paddleboarding, and kayaking are all within easy reach. Doc's Beach House, Coconut Jack's, and The Fish House are among the beloved local restaurants just steps away.

On-site, guests enjoy two pickleball courts (tennis courts are temporarily closed during ongoing renovations). Please note that some restoration work on buildings, grounds, sidewalks, and atriums is continuing — occasional daytime construction noise is possible.

Airbnb Cleaning Fee Question

Important note to Airbnb travel guests about the cleaning/housekeeping fee:

This is a combination of the actual cleaning/housekeeping fee, modest booking fee, and state & local taxes, and not the cleaning fee exclusively.

Our cleaning/housekeeping fees vary based on size of property, number of bedrooms & bathrooms, pool patio homes, garages, etc. They typically range between $125-$325 based on the aforementioned.

The booking fee is $89.

Airbnb does not currently allow hosts to itemize these fees on their site which is why we'd like to explain what otherwise appears to be an excessive cleaning fee expense.

Lovely area and close to the beach, restaurants and shopping etc. The condo was nice but the kitchen sink was stopped up upon arrival (the disposal was not working) . The buildings and grounds were not back to normal due to the hurricane of recent, but they were diligently working on these issues. Overall we had a wonderful and relaxing stay.

All-in-all the studio served us well. The decor was very nice as were the staff in the sales office. The Cafe was terrific, with great food and staff and I highly recommend them for breakfasts during your stay. The close proximity (easy walk) to the beach is a huge plus! My only complaints were the construction noise from work being done on the buildings (especially when I was at the pool) and the unit itself had tiny ants on the kitchen counter and on the coffee table. I should have reported this during our stay, but our visit was short.

The small ants are all over our area and tend to pop up specifically this time of year; they love crumbs, food & drinks left out. Recently stayed in the condo unit and Bonita Springs Beach and Tennis Club. Lovely condo unit. Bed mattress was a little too soft for me, but that is just personal preference. They did have the option of a fold-out mattress and/or a sofa. Enjoyed our stay there and would definitely visit again. The neighboring condo building does have construction during business hours; however, we were not hanging out at the condominiums during the day so it didn't impact us. We could hear it at one of the pools; however, we were on vacation and were not phased by it. Great location with the beach right across the street and fabulous restaurants within walking distance. The grocery store is also close-by. Lastly, the Cafe, located in the condominium complex, features great service, wonderful food, and great coffee! Thanks for a great stay; we will be visiting again.

We have been coming to Southwest Florida, to escape from the Wisconsin cold, for several years. This was a nice change from the crowds at Fort Myers Beach and we were able to make the short drive from the Fort Myers airport easily. This studio condo was perfect for my wife and I, the walk across the street to the beach was so nice, we enjoyed it every day. We will look for this location in the future, remodeled and very clean. This studio condo was perfect for the 2 of us. plenty of space, everything you need is there. Clean modern do to recent remodel. Close to beaches & restaurants. Quite area compared to alot of Florida coast areas. If anything I wish it had a bigger TV but not a deal breaker

This was our first time staying at BB tennis & racquet. The studio is super nice, great modern kitchen, very comfortable bed! We have visited Bonita Springs for many years, but this was a first being so close to the beach. So nice to walk across the street for a morning beach walk, afternoon sunset, or easy walk for a day of relaxing on the beach. People were super friendly!!! We would highly recommend this bright and cheerful condo!

We stayed in unit 3204. The unit itself was great for the 2 of us. All the beach toys, chairs, cooler, towels, etc came in Handy. This location is close to Naples & Ft. Myers beach. Doc's restaurant is across the street & was Very good food. Beautiful views. Beach is OK. Would recommend this place.

It was a perfect location, walking to the beach, quiet neighborhoods, close to EVERYTHING, the beach essentials were perfect. We traveled with a 3yr old and celebrated a 1yr birthday and my husband's 40 yr birthday. For the four of us it was a perfect size and absolutely the perfect location. Fantastic much needed holiday, we would love to continuing staying in this community.

This studio condo was absolutely as featured in the listing. The location was convenient and just a short walk across the street to the beach. The unit was nicely furnished and was clean, fresh, simple, comfortable and spaciously laid out. The kitchen had new full size appliances and everything we needed. Added bonus was the beach closet that had everything we would need for a day at the beach (chairs, umbrella and convenient rolling cart). We loved every bit of the property. **Additionally, I can't say enough good things about the booking agent who helped me during our stay. I realized I had made a mistake on our reservations with the departure date. The people at itrip were so helpful with accommodating me and allowed me to stay another day. The cleaning staff was willing to work around my error. Just an amazing property and rental team!

Studio was exactly how presented with everything you could need to unwind and go to the beach. The 2nd floor location was perfect and despite this unit not having a washer and dryer, the bld. facility was right down the steps and out the door. The walk to the beach was quick and easy and the cart and chairs provided were perfect. I’ve stayed in this complex a couple of times and this was my favorite unit. Make sure you walk to Coconut Jack’s Waterfront Grill while you visit.

What a great week! Lovely renovated condo with new kitchen and furnishings. Very clean and comfortable (especially the bed!). Perfect for my daughter and I. The location was wonderful - right across from beautiful Bonita Beach (walking distance) and easy drive to many restaurants, shopping and other beaches. The complex has nice pools and a small cafe. Host was very easy to communicate with and the check in/out process couldn't have been easier. We really enjoyed everything about the condo and location. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book in the future.
