This completely remodeled single story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhome is 1536 sq ft with a wonderful layout whether here for business or pleasure. The living room features a large leather sectional sofa and leather recliner perfect for relaxing or catching up on your favorite tv shows on the 70” smart tv with YouTube Live TV. The kitchen is equipped with what you need to stay in and prepare your meals including a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, utensils, and cookware. The dining table seats 6 and is just off the kitchen where you can look out the French doors to the private side courtyard with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill. Retreat to the master bedroom each night where you can curl up on the King size bed and watch tv on the 43” Smart TV with YouTube Live. The master bedroom also features a dresser and a private bathroom with single sink and tub/shower combo. Guest bedroom #1 has a queen size bed with desk and chair and guest bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, dresser and 43” Smart TV with YouTube TV live. The guest bathroom features a single sink with tub/shower combo. There is also a laundry area inside the townhome with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Linens and towels provided. We also provide a few items to get you started of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo and conditioner.

House Rules:
  • Guest agrees to leave the premises, and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Guest found the premises, upon check-in, normal wear and tear expected. Guests are responsible and will be charged for damages caused beyond normal wear and tear to the premises. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage to be removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles.
  • Do NOT take pool cleaners out of the pool (if applicable) or you will be charged for damage it causes
  • The occupants shall not: exceed the sleeping capacity, use the premises for any illegal activity, cause damage to the premises or to any neighboring properties or other acts which interfere with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises. If the Tenants are not abiding by quiet time hours of 10:00pm(MST-AZ) and 7:00am(MST-AZ) and the police are called out or the owner receives a violation and/or fine for any disturbances the Tenant will be charged a minimum of $100 or the amount of the actual fine
  • No BBQ grills, open flames or candle burning is allowed in the unit w/ the exception of a wood burning fireplace available for use. Do not dismantle smoke detectors
  • Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed in the unit. Pets are not allowed on premises unless advertised as pet friendly and pet fee is paid. Tenant is responsible to pick up dog waste and pay for damages caused by the pet(s). Breach of Smoking or Pet Policy will result in immediate termination & $500 fine per policy breached will be charged to Tenant
  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of 25. We require at least 1 member of the party to be 25 years old. Violators will be evicted & forfeit all monies
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises for these reasons: in case of an emergency; to make necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with 24 hours notice of intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency)
  • Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Arizona & local laws while on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Arizona or the above rules will cause tenant to vacate the premises & forfeit all monies
  • No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, or phone. Outages will be reported immediately, and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible. No refunds for early departure
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to the Manager and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited; to heating, air conditioning, appliances, tubs, pools, spas, pontoon boat, kayaks, televisions, etc. 
  • Parking at the premises may be limited. Homes may allow more cars depending on how many parking spaces there is on the driveway. The Owner cannot be held liable if your vehicle violates local parking ordinances and cannot be held responsible should your vehicle be towed. The cities may have strict restrictions on the parking of vehicles on the street overnight. Any fines incurred from the community HOA for parking of vehicles will be reassessed to the Guest. No boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs.
  • Linens and towels provided. Lost or damaged linens will be charged to you. An initial setup of toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, and soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest. We recommend that you bring any special items that you may need.
  • There is no daily maid service. Prior to arrival, Unit has been cleaned. If housekeepers have missed something, please notify us immediately so we can come and take care of it. 
  • All door keys, pontoon boat, pool keys, or garage door openers (if applicable) are to be returned to the unit upon move-out by the Guest. There will be a $15.00 charge per door key, $75.00 for pontoon boat key replacement and pool key/key card, $75.00 per garage door remote, $75.00 per key phob if not returned on check-out date. If you leave anything behind that requires it to be shipped back to you there will be an automatic $25 service fee + the cost of shipping. 
  • Owner or Owner's Agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency, to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, improvements or to supply necessary or agreed upon services. Owner will provide Guest with at least 48 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control
  • Guest hereby acknowledges that if the premises reserved includes a community, private pool, spa, hot tub, Pontoon boat, kayaks or deck/patio the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that these can be very dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, that there are potential dangers that may be present for children who are not carefully supervised, or if the guests are intoxicated, using any kind of drugs or medication, pregnant or have other health risks. You agree that you are swimming in the pool and spa at your own risk. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Guest accepts, agrees, and assumes all risks discussed above to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents that may occur to the Guest and all other occupants in or related to the use of these above areas. The Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against Itrip, Dream Vacation Rentals LLC, or the owner for accidents or claims arising from the guest’s use of the Pool, Spas, or Patio areas. Guest expressly relieves and indemnifies Managers from any and all liability and responsibility for compliance with any applicable pool barrier laws and regulations. 
  • Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time

The condo was a great place for our friends' get together. Roomy and spacious with an updated kitchen. Roomy living and dining rooms. Your airbnb was a nice space. The photographic prints on the walls were really nice. Plenty of light and windows. The furniture was in good shape and comfortable. The sheet on our bed in the master bedroom kept coming off the mattress. We would have to put it back in place more than once during the night. Also, the vent in the ceiling over the door to the patio is in bad need of a cleaning. Hot tub was out of commission and unusable.

Spacious and clean

Place was clean and spacious. Neighborhood was quiet. A/C worked great. Minor damage was found upon initial check in but after I sent an email, someone had come by just a couple hours later to fix it. Having three parking spaces was nice. The pool was a nice addition to our stay.

Better than expected

The property had everything you needed and then some. My wife & I were in town to enjoy Super Bowl events in the area and were pleasantly surprised all events were a short drive or ride share trip away. The property was clean, comfortable & you can tell the owner thought of everything guests would need.

The Comforts of Home

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at this property. The condo is in a quiet residential area. We were in Phoenix for the Fiesta Bowl and the location was fairly handy to the stadium and also many restaurants and other attractions. The living area is very large and we absolutely loved the huge sectional couch and large TV. It was perfect for watching sports and movies. The kitchen is very well equipped with nice appliances. The bedrooms are somewhat smallish but the beds were very comfortable. The property manager was very responsive to questions and an electrical issue was resolved quickly. We were sad not to have nice enough weather to enjoy the patio, but it is large and nicely furnished. We had a great time!
