Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of sunny Gilbert, AZ! This 2,112 sq ft home is perfect for families or a group of friends that want to maximize their time together. The 3 bedrooms and den allow everyone to have their own space while the oversized backyard is large enough to play cornhole, badminton, ping pong, and Giant Jenga all at the same time. You can even prepare a large feast of hot dogs, burgers, potato salad, and chips with the gas grill and fully equipped indoor kitchen.
After you arrive and everyone settles into their rooms, you can start planning all the local activities that you want to experience together. Downtown Gilbert is less than a mile away, so you can take a short 15-minute walk or a quick 3-minute drive to experience all it has to offer. Grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants, try country dancing, sip on a drink at the local speakeasy, or play a classic pinball game at the arcade bar. There’s also many other local activities you can experience throughout the rest of Phoenix’s East Valley, such as hiking, golfing, and a variety of events and festivals. All while creating memories together that will last a lifetime!
Home is dog friendly with two dog maximum and paid non-refundable pet fee. No dogs allowed on furniture and must be crated/kenneled when left alone at the house. One large dog crate is provided.

- Must be at least 25 years old to book and cannot book for someone under 25 without staying at the property for the duration of the booking.
PET RULES:
- NO other pets allowed except for dogs
- NO aggressive or dangerous dogs
- 2 dog maximum (w/ PAID non-refundable pet fee)
- NO dogs on furniture
- Must keep dogs in a crate/carrier when left alone in the home
- Must walk dogs to relieve them of bodily waste
- Must pick up dog waste and place in black outdoor trash barrel
- Must leash dogs at all times when not inside the home or fenced backyard area (Arizona has strict leash laws)
- Must have dogs’ required vaccinations up-to-date
- Dogs must be supervised at all times when in the backyard to prevent damages and nuisance behaviors
- Barking, digging, biting, and other harmful/nuisance behaviors will not be tolerated
- Guest is responsible for additional cleaning requirements related to their dogs' stay
- Must have renter’s/homeowner’s insurance that covers dog bites/dog-related injuries
- Guest is fully responsible for any and all damages, claims, bills, suits, judgements, and bodily/personal injuries related to their dogs
HOUSE RULES:
- NO smoking/vaping allowed on the property
- NO events, parties or large gatherings (2 visitors max)
- Any damages that occur during stay must be reported
- All guests shall obey all local and state laws during their stay
- Exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for illegal activity, causing damage to the premises or to any of the neighboring properties, and any other acts that interfere with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises will not be tolerated
- All linens and towels are provided. Any lost or damaged linens and towels will be charged to the guest.
- Must leave home in substantially the same condition, neat and tidy, as it was found.
- Using the property address as a mailing address is strictly prohibited. Any guest that needs to receive mail while staying at the property will obtain a private mailbox elsewhere to receive their mail.
- No compensation given for temporary outages of electricity, gas, water, cable, and/or internet service. All efforts will be made to restore as soon as possible.
- Report any maintenance issues. No refunds will be made for maintenance including, but not limited to, heating/AC, appliances, and TVs.
- Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services; or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide Guest with at least 24 hours notice of Owner’s intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
- iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property nor does the owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond their control.
