This comfortable, family-friendly 4-bedroom home (1,836 sq ft) offers inviting spaces to gather after a day of adventure. Whether you're visiting for Spring Training, golf, family activities, or simply to enjoy the Arizona sunshine, you'll find plenty to see and do during your stay.
When you first arrive, take some time to explore everything the home has to offer. The living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together, making it easy to stay connected whether you're preparing meals, relaxing in the living room, or gathering around the table for conversation and games. With seating for the whole group, the dining area is the heart of the home and provides plenty of space for family meals, game nights, and planning the next day's activities.
After a day of exploring the Valley, head outside to enjoy the private backyard. Cool off with a swim in the pool, soak up the Arizona sunshine from one of the lounge chairs, or unwind under the shaded ramada. In the evening, the fire pit provides a cozy spot to end the day. If cooking outdoors is on the agenda, the Blackstone griddle makes it easy to prepare breakfast, burgers, fajitas, and more.
When it's time to recharge, each bedroom offers a comfortable retreat for a restful night's sleep. Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or teammates, everyone will have their own space to settle in for the night.
In the morning, brew a cup of coffee and enjoy the peaceful backyard before the rest of the house wakes up. Prepare breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen or head out to one of the many local restaurants. With fun and family-friendly activities nearby, there is sure to be something for everyone to enjoy. NOISE MONITORING: there are decibel level sensors inside and outside the house to monitor for excessive noise that may disturb the neighbors. They DO NOT record audio.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Must be at least 25 years old to book and cannot book for someone under 25 without staying at the property for the duration of the booking.
HOUSE RULES:
- Quiet hours are 10pm-8am (all activity must be brought inside during that time)
- NO smoking/vaping allowed inside or outside
- NO events, parties or large gatherings allowed (only guests staying at the home plus 2 visitors are permitted to be on the property at any given time)
- NO tampering with security cameras or noise monitoring devices
- NO rearranging furniture inside the home or moving inside furniture to any outdoor area (or vice versa). A restaging fee of $500 will be charged to place furniture back where it belongs. Any damages noted from furniture being moved will result in additional charges.
- Please report any damages that occur during your stay and include photos
- All guests shall obey all local and state laws during their stay
- Exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for illegal activity, causing damage to the premises or to any of the neighboring properties, and any other acts that interfere with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the property and forfeiture of all monies paid
POOL RULES:
- Do not remove automatic pool skimmer at any time (an additional fee of $200 plus any damages will apply)
- Avoid taking glass near the pool
- Swim at your own risk - no lifeguard on duty
- Children must be supervised at all times
- NO diving
- NO running or horseplay (pool deck may be slippery when wet)
- Only use the pool towels located in the hallway closet (additional charge of $150 if bath towels are used outside)
- Must leave home in substantially the same condition, neat and tidy, as it was found. Additional fees will apply if checkout instructions are not followed and/or damages are found.
- Using the property address as a mailing address is strictly prohibited. Any guest that needs to receive mail while staying at the property will obtain a private mailbox elsewhere to receive their mail.
- No compensation given for temporary outages of electricity, gas, water, cable, and/or internet service. All efforts will be made to restore as soon as possible.
- Report any maintenance issues. No refunds will be made for maintenance including, but not limited to, heating/AC, appliances, and TVs.
- Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services; or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24-hour notice of Owner’s intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
- iTrip or the Owner does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property nor does the owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond their control.
