This two bedroom is located nestled in the southern neighborhood of Frisco, a quiet space close to lots of trails, and Mt. Royal and Mt. Victoria. It is a short walk to the restaurants, shops, and bars of central Main St. The balcony is south-west facing for plenty of sunshine, and looks directly at the base of Mt. Victoria. The master bedroom has a king bed, lots of storage in the closet and wardrobe, and a television. The second bedroom has two twin bunk beds, so there are lots of space for singles and children. The kitchen is comfortably equipped with new efficient kitchen appliances. It opens to the living room for a social space, or as a bar. All windows let in ample mountain light with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.
You are less than a 10 minute drive to Copper Mountain Ski Resort, about 20 minutes to Keystone and Breckenridge, with Vail and Arapahoe Basin about 30 minutes away. Multiple breathtaking views of Peak 4 and Ten Mile Peak are right outside the door, and Lake Dillon is a short walk away. Multiple bike trails link this property to the surrounding towns, even to Vail for those with the grit to tackle the pass! Bike rental providers in town offer shuttles to the top of the pass for a pleasant descent back into town.
