UNIT LAYOUT:

Beautiful, sunny, south facing deck opens up to Mt. Royal and open spaces for some of the best views in Frisco! Second story condo with two bedrooms, keyless entry, parking for one vehicle. The second bedroom also has a queen murphy bed so the unit sleeps up to six. Covered parking for one vehicle, with an open spot available for a second.

This two bedroom is located at the top of Frisco’s downtown, a short walk to the restaurants, shops, and bars of central Main St., but set back at the base of Mt. Royal for a quiet retreat. The balcony is south facing for plenty of sunshine, and looks directly at the base of Mt. Royal. The master bedroom has a queen bed, lots of storage in the closet and wardrobe, and a television. The second bedroom also has a television as well as a murphy bed to sleep a total of four. The newly remodeled kitchen is efficient and comfortably equipped. It opens to the living room for a social space. All windows let in ample mountain light with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

You are less than a 10 minute drive to Copper Mountain Ski Resort, about 20 minutes to Keystone and Breckenridge, with Vail and Arapahoe Basin about 30 minutes away. Multiple breathtaking views of Peak 4 and Ten Mile Peak are right outside the door, and Lake Dillon is a short walk away. Multiple bike trails link this property to the surrounding towns, even to Vail for those with the grit to tackle the pass! Bike rental providers in town offer shuttles to the top of the pass for a pleasant descent back into town.

Frisco Condo Perfection!!

We loved the comfort and convenience of this condo and it had a great setup for nice long weekend. It's and easy walk to bars and restaurants and the bus to Copper was literally at the front door. Great for couples and small families.

We didn't know how awesome Frisco was until we arrived. Frisco is centrally located to so many different areas. We stayed at Woodbridge #207, which is a very short walk to downtown Frisco. The bus stop to Copper Mountain Ski Resort is directly across the street, which was so convenient. Unit #207 suited our family of 4 very well with lots of space. A family of 6 would be very comfortable. The only negative thing was the hot tub was out of service!! We were not made aware of the out of service hot tub until the day of check-in. Although, the property and accommodations were great, we would not have stayed knowing there was no hot tub. We ended up going to a local recreational facility about five minutes from the property and it was great. Josh with itrip vacations was our point of contact and he was great. We never had any issues getting in touch with him and he did everything to accommodate our requests. We would definitively recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay. We would also consider staying here again provided the hot tub works :)

This condo was amazing as well as the little town. The views out the back were so stunning and we even got snow our last night we got even more amazing views the next morning. Everything worked as it should and was so nice and clean and the indoor garage was awesome with the snow, we never got it on us going to the car. It was perfect

We booked the condo, on 400 W. Main Street, arriving about 5 pm, on June 15. When we arrived the room was not cleaned, with old sheets still on top of beds. I made two phone calls to the guest number, and left a message. Twenty minutes later after no response I called the owners number. I received an answer, and the person stated they did not answer the previous calls because she thought they were telemarketers. Yes, we are guest from another state. The third call got me some action, and house keeping crew came and did their job. The excuse I was given was the short notice reservation I made did not get caught by whomever was monitoring the condo. Secondly, pictures of the condo showed a hot tub. We looked at several other properties, and ultimately, the deciding factor was this unit had a hot tub. When we went to the hot tub, we saw a sign stating it was out of order. We would not have booked this condo if we knew that. As an owner of a short term rental, I realize things happen, but I am quick to communicate when things happen such as closing of a pool or other facilities I have listed in my property description. In fact, I refunded cleaning fees to guests if the cleaning was not completed before their arrival. Disappointed at these quality issues. Please call me to discuss - 850-687-4295. Joe, We spoke during your trip and had an open dialogue. There was a problem with the phone system which was thankfully resolved in short order. I am the property manager and was the only person you spoke with. We strive for excellence and are committed to supporting all guests when they stay with us. It was unfortunate the cleaning was not 100% complete but it was my belief from our dialogue, that given the quick resolution, you were satisfied with the response. I appreciate and share your frustration the hot tub was not operational. Given it is a shared resource and managed by the building, we are reliant on others for this amenity and it can be closed without prior notice. The building managers are diligent and only close the hot tub when it can not be operated safely. I want to emphasize that guests are a critical part of our business and like you, we take that very seriously, and endeavor to make every stay special. We have been recognized, by the premier booking channels, with elite status which is a direct endorsement of the service we provide from the leaders in the industry. We did have a few missteps during your stay (again, apologies for that) but was perplexed to see the 2 star review as that would indicate your trip was completely ruined and there was nothing redeemable about your stay.

Great access to restaurants, ski mountains. We really liked the location. Unit was well stocked. Good size unit for family of 4. Appreciated the covered parking. Very thin walls/ceilings/floors in the complex… you can definitely hear the neighbors. But . . . overall, it was great!

This place is perfect for anyone looking to stay close to a resort without actually staying at one. The bedrooms are spacious and well kept. You are given everything you need in the kitchen to stay in and cook. The living room is comfortable and a nice place to unwind. Also, the water pressure here is better than I have at my own home. That’s always nice! We only had two guests but you could easily put six or more people in here if you wanted. Absolutely loved our stay!

This was a perfect spot for a stay in Frisco. Close to downtown, within walking distance. Very clean and had all the amenities you need. Walking trails nearby. Exactly as pictures showed. I would highly recommend!

My nephew Eddie Janicki is almost half way through the CDT. We met up with him and it was a perfect location for hiking and exploring. We used the fold down bed, the bbq, the couchbed, the kitchen.

Great Condo

The condo was great for a family of four and has a shuttle stop right in front. We also liked that you could hope on I-70 in about a minute and it was a half mile into downtown Frisco. All worked out fine and iTrip was a very accommodating and responsive host during and prior to our stay.
