It was a good location. Had to walk uphill and then up stairs to get to Gondola. But not too far. Place was small but functional. Despite being a Murphy bed-/it was comfortable It would have been nice if Nespresso pods provided—or would have let know that it was that kind of coffee machine.

This house has great outdoor space with gorgeous sunsets. The spaces indoors are roomy, the beds comfortable and the kitchen is stocked. Everything you need to enjoy sunny weather in the desert. It is situated in close proximity to other cities in the area, grocery stores, restaurants and lovely walkable streets right out the front door.

Cozy, comfortable and convenient stay for the Kiawah marathon weekend. We were close to the race festivities which was nice. We also enjoyed a quick and beautiful walk to the beach. The villa was just as pictured- well decorated, updated, and spotlessly clean. I wish we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this place. I would definitely stay here again!

Seacrest 701 was exactly as advertised. From arrival to departure, everything was seamless. Really enjoyed the smaller atmosphere of this property. There was never a wait at the elevators, no crowds and short & simple walk right down to the beach and pool. Our condo was the perfect size and layout with a beautiful direct view of the ocean! Updated, clean and tastefully decorated!

Our family of four stayed at Simba run for 5 days over the holidays. Our unit was very comfortable. The complex has a number of convenient amenities including shuttle bus throughout Vail, indoor pool and both indoor and outdoorhot tub and free DVD rental. Our kitchen supplies were somewhat sparse but certainly workable.
