THE SPACE

An eating bar with two barstools separates the living area from the full kitchen — refrigerator/freezer, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, with cookware, dinnerware, and basic small appliances all included.

Sliding glass doors open from the living area onto the open balcony, where a table and seating for 2 put you right in the center of that extraordinary waterway view — sunrise, sunset, and everything in between.

The spacious bedroom features a king-size bed and a TV with DirecTV, with a direct connection to the dual-access bathroom.
